Casa Ducale is a lovely residence located in the historic centre of Sassari, a few steps from Casa Ducale seat of the municipality. It is located on the second floor of a historic building recently renovated. From Casa Ducale you can walk to all points of interest in the city, the cathedral of St. Nicholas, piazza d' Italia, Piazza Università and the University, the most important churches such as Santa Caterina and Santa. Maria and the centre with the shopping streets. Casa Ducale is equipped with three bright and spacious air-conditioned rooms and a breakfast room. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, TV, free wi-fi.

I always liked the idea of ??hosting in my house and so when I had the 'opportunity to expand my home purchasing the second floor, I thought of making a b. & B. I love to travel and know well the needs of a traveler, so I try to make my guests feel at home, with the right comfort and the feeling of being in a friendly atmosphere, while leaving the right independence. I also like to help my guests giving information on what to see in the surrounding area and in our beloved island.

Casa Ducale is very elegant and tastefully renovated, the rooms are pleasant and very cute. The place is really enjoyable and the owner is very kind and helpful. The French touch is quite nice.

Very pleasant room with balcony overlooking the greenery and roofs of Sassari, easy and smiling welcome from Manuela, good breakfast (excellent croissants, coffee, fruits, dairy products etc...) in the lovely 'Casa Ducale'; ideal location in the center of the old town + train station and bus at 15 minutes. Very quiet. I recommend this B&B by Manuela to discover Sassari and its region. Chantal.
