Casa di Rosy is a cozy and recently renovated vacation home located in the heart of San Sperate, the famous Museum Village known for its murals, widespread artworks, and connection to the sculptor Pinuccio Sciola. Its central location allows visitors to comfortably explore the village on foot, easily accessing bars, restaurants, artisan shops, and some of the most iconic spots in the area.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a small building with a private entrance, features well-maintained and functional spaces, making it perfect for couples or small families. It includes a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, satellite TV, a terrace overlooking the countryside, a courtyard, garden, and private parking.

Designed to ensure peace and comfort throughout your stay, the house offers areas suitable for both relaxation and exploration. The kitchen is complete with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, toaster, and tea and coffee maker, while there is also a barbecue available outside.
