Minnanni's House is a beautifully renovated countryside home, carefully restored and situated entirely on one level, surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from the stunning attractions of northern Sardinia. Its slightly elevated and peaceful location allows for quick access to Santa Teresa Gallura and the crystal-clear waters of La Marmorata beach, which is only 3 km away.

The property features three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, all offering direct access to the garden. Inside, there is a bright common living area and a veranda perfect for outdoor relaxation. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar, a coffee machine, and an outdoor clothes dryer. An extra single bed can be added upon request.

Guests also have access to a spacious private parking area. The presence of a few outdoor cats adds to the authentic and homely atmosphere of the place.
