Stay comfortably in a large apartment with terrace and private parking space, in an area served by local shops and an excellent transport network.
The apartment is located on the first and second floor of a small building with a total of 5 apartments. The entrance is on the first floor. The private parking is 10 meters away, in the adjacent street, and it is accessible by remote control.
The accommodation consists of a large living room with sofa and piano and guitar. This room leads to the separate kitchenette, the hallway for the bathroom (no window) and bedroom and, via an open staircase, to the second floor. At the top of the stairs you will find a hallway to access, on one side, the attic room and, on the other, the terrace.
The terrace is large, partially covered by a canopy, and allows you to cook and dine outdoors. You can also take an outdoor shower, with hot water, and enjoy convivial evenings.
The washing machine is on the terrace. The apartment will be equipped with bed linen, bathroom and kitchen.
You are free to use musical instruments, as long as you know how to do it and respect the tranquility of the neighbors.

Beautiful house but with improvements to be made. For example: the terrace is too exposed to the heat; it would be helpful to install a ceiling fan or a fan. The house is on two floors connected by an internal staircase with very high steps that are very tiring. Each floor has a kitchen, but the dishes are single sets, so if you want to move to eat on another floor you have to carry everything with you, including the induction hob, of which there is only one for the two kitchens. In addition, in the kitchen on the terrace, which is the one we used most, there is a very small camping refrigerator that held very little, so it was a constant up and down even for a bottle of water. The shower on the terrace is nice. The parking space is convenient and secure. Unfortunately the house is located in a very run-down and particular neighborhood; in the evening it was impossible to go out for a walk on foot, first because there was nothing interesting within walking distance (bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants, etc.), and second, honestly, there was some cause for concern because of the dubious people around.
