Description

Starting from January 1st, 2019, Marzia is welcoming guests to Casa Anna, located at number 28 on Via delle Ortensie. This independent house is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. It is just 400 meters away from the stunning Porto Istana beach, which can be easily reached on foot in just 8 minutes.

Casa Anna boasts a lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom, exclusive use of an entrance, and a private outdoor patio in the garden. Guests can enjoy a special and abundant homemade breakfast, both sweet and savory, served in the garden. Free WiFi is available, as well as bed linen, bath towels, and toiletries. Cleaning and linen change are also included.

The house is located 13 km from the port, 11 km from the airport, and 12 km from the center of Olbia. Upon request, a private transfer from the airport or port can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests also have access to the garden and private parking.

Hello everyone, my name is Marzia. I was born in Olbia, but I have always lived on Lake Maggiore where I managed my restaurant, which is now run by my son Pino.

Returning to my fantastic homeland and to the wonderful house of my mother Anna, I have brought with me all my passion, experience, and enthusiasm for hospitality from the lake.

I am very happy to have had the opportunity, over the years, to meet travelers from all over the world here at Casa Anna. I am also looking forward to welcoming you to this enchanting place: Porto Istana, and to make your experience here a positive one.

Very beautiful structure, immersed in a well-kept and colorful garden. Marzia is an extraordinary person, nice, helpful, kind, and super welcoming. The beach of Porto Istana is a short walk away. Porto San Paolo, Porto Taverna can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It's a place to relax.

We stayed 2 days at Casa Anna 2 with Mrs. Marzia. Very kind and welcoming. The structure, furnished very finely in Sardinian style, is very clean and with plenty of linens. Guests have a furnished outdoor space for exclusive use. A few minutes walk from the beautiful Porto Istana. What else to add if not highly recommended. We will gladly return if possible!

Highly recommended, the room and the bathroom, in addition to perfect cleanliness, are carefully designed in every detail and very pleasant, the bathroom is well equipped with plenty of linens. The outdoor space, private, is also pleasant. Breakfast is served by the very kind owner, Mrs. Marzia, in beautiful ceramics and with care, as well as abundant and of quality. On foot, you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Istana beach. A dinner at the Pescheria - caught and eaten - is a must.

Beautiful structure, situated in a property rich in plants and with a particular charm. A lovely little road leads to the room with a private patio, evening illuminated by soft lights that enhance its charm. The bathroom is large and comfortable, the shower feels like being in a garden because it overlooks a window where the cork oaks seem to come in. It is not bothersome that the toilet paper is thrown into a separate basket, as it is throughout the area due to the lack of a communal sewer system - however, it does not cause any inconvenience. It is wonderful to feel immersed in nature a stone's throw from the sea, you only hear the sounds of birds and the rustling of vegetation, at night there is an incredible silence. The television is not present and this really allows you to disconnect from everything. The room cleaning is excellent and the breakfast is amazing, Marzia is very good and also prepares local specialties, you cannot expect more from a vacation and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I am a person who travels a lot and has visited many structures, so congratulations and thank you very much for everything.

Un posto molto carino in campagna con un giardino ben curato. Le simpaticissime e disponibile Consuelo, il partner e Marzia ci hanno regalato dei bellissimi ricordi, e la voglia di ritornare in quel posto. La cena preparata da loro è stata ottima e così abbiamo avuto la opportunità di conoscere altri ospiti di Casa Anna. È la terza volta che vengo in questo B&B e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. La struttura è molto bella, ben curata e con uno splendido giardino. Le stanze sono indipendenti e questo conferisce maggiore privacy. Inoltre la colazione è fatta in casa e ottima. La posizione l'ho valutata 10 perché è davvero a due passi dalla spiaggia. Adatta a persone che amano la tranquillità e la quiete. La casa si trova circondata da alberi di sughero e tanti cespugli e alberi da frutto. Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo mare vicino stupendo. Si raggiunge a piedi facendo una piccola passeggiata Porto Istana.

The Bed and brekfast Casa Anna is definitely one of the best B&B where I have been. The house is very beautiful and the room we rented, although a little bit small, it was the same very nice, cozy and clean. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. The room possessed an outdoor area with a comfortable sofa where we spent a lot of pleasant evenings. The beach is magnificent, and at more or less 10 minutes walking from the B&B. The owner Marzia is very kind and hospitable. The room where breakfast is served is very nice and the breakfasts are plentiful and very good. In short, a B&B which I highly recommend!

Natura, semplicità e tante coccole: la formula per una vacanza perfetta a due passi da una spiaggia caraibica. Marzia è un vulcano di simpatia e di dolcezza, ti riempie di attenzioni e ti fa sentire davvero bene, ha sempre un occhio di riguardo per ognuno dei suoi ospiti e si fa in 4 per accontentarli. Wir (das heisst mein Mann Rocco und ich) können Casa Anna nur weiterempfehlen. Maria und ihre Tochter haben uns herzlich empfangen, ein tolles Frühstück gemacht und hatten die richtige Balance zwischen herzlicher Gastfreundschaft und Distanz. Der Garten hat zum abschalten eingeladen und mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir die tollen Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Betten regelmässig frisch bezogen. Es war eine tolle Zeit. Grazie Marzia & Consuelo!

Dopo 4 anni siamo ritornati con molto piacere a Casa Anna. Questa volta abbiamo fatto conoscenza di Marzia e di sua figlia Consuelo. Tutte e due con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno messo a nostro agio. Questo B&B lo raccomandiamo a tutti coloro vogliano passare qualche giorno in un luogo tranquillo ed accogliente. Penso che fra 2 anni ritorneremo in Sardegna e sicuramente a Casa Anna.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Una casa in piena vegetazione, una breve camminata per raggiungere una spiaggia abbastanza affollata (per essere settembre) ma con un mare bellissimo, con il baretto e la possibilità di scelta tra affittare sdraio e ombrellone o spiaggia libera. Marzia (il gestore), la figlia ed il simpatico bassotto sono state molto carine e gentili e alla mano. Solo alcuni piccoli appunti, anzi, suggerimenti direi: in bagno sarebbe da cambiare lo specchio anticato nel quale non ci si vede. Pur essendoci altri specchi è in bagno che è necessario vedersi. In alternativa si potrebbero mettere gli specchi tondi che ingrandiscono (per le signore e le loro sopraciglia), manca l'adattatore per la presa del phon e in ultimo, se non tutti gli inquilini sono particolarmente rispettosi del silenzio, le camere comunicanti tolgono intimità acustica. Sinceramente è tuto superabile vistii molteplici lati positivi. Abbraccio e ringrazio ancora Marzia e Consuelo per la settimana passata da loro.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto in una struttura che ricorda i suggestivi stazzi della Gallura. Molto romantico il contesto, rilassante e silenzioso. Bella vista sulla campagna con alberi che sfiorano le finestre delle stanze. Ottima l'abbondante e varia colazione servita nell'elegante veranda. Marzia e figlia gentilissime e disponibili per ogni necessità. La cagnetta che con simpatia ci dava il benvenuto. Conserviamo un bel ricordo delle due giornate trascorse tra mare e campagna. Marzia e Consuelo riescono a farti sentire veramente come a casa, viziandoti con le loro colazioni "speciali" e con la loro disponibilità a consigliarti e darti una mano in caso di bisogno (ho bucato una gomma). La struttura anche se un po' disagevole da raggiungere (strada sterrata con buche) è veramente un'oasi di pace e silenzio: giardino curatissimo e stanze arredate con gusto veramente invidiabile. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare a Casa Anna!

Il B&B, immerso nel verde con stanze ben arredate, è posizionato in sito "strategico" vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle dell'area orientale della Sardegna (Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo, Punta San Diego, Tavolara, Capo Cosa Cavallo, Lu Impostu, La CInta ecc ecc) ed è gestito in modo impeccabile da Marzia (e dalla figlia). Colazione dolce e salata abbondante, curata nei dettagli così come la "presentazione" della stessa. La titolare della struttura è sempre pronta a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti in modo gentile. Unico neo: quando sei tornato a casa cominci subito a rimpiangere la vacanza a Casa Anna. Lo consiglio al 100%!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach Traumhaft. Allgemein ist alles sehr liebevoll und hübsch dekoriert und eingerichtet. Der grosse Garten ist wunderschön und bietet auch mit der Terrasse genügend Möglichkeiten auch mal das Nichts-tun zu geniessen und die Vögel und Eidechsen zu beobachten. Die Gastgeber sind ausserordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit! Jeden Tag wurde von Marzia ein anderes, reichhaltiges, leckeres Morgenessen zubereitet. Ein Mittagessen war daraufhin nicht mehr nötig. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Ich hatte jedoch sehr Glück mit meinen Nachbarn. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 10Minuten vom tollen Strand entfernt. Das nächste Dorf MurtaMaria ist ca 2km entfernt und Supermercato und Restaurants können mit einen Spaziergang gut erreicht werden (achtung: Strasse ohne Schatten:) ) Ein Kühlschrank zur Benutzung ist vorhanden, sodass man nicht täglich nach MurtaMaria gehen muss. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft v. a. Leuten, welche ausspannen wollen. Für Unternehmungen ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Ein total gelungener Aufenthalt! Danke für alles!

B&B molto ben organizzato, camere arredate in stile sardo accoglienti e molto pulite, una piccola passeggiata di 10 minuti circa per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge di Porto Istana. I gestori disponibilissimi per qualsiasi tipo di informazione e altro. Colazione varia, ricca e con dolci fatti in casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo, ottimo per chi cerca tranquillità e relax.

Super séjour à la Casa Anna! Très bon accueil, ambiance très chaleureuse. La maison est à 5 min d'une très belle plage! Le petit déjeuner avec des gâteaux faits maison était très bon. La chambre très cosy et propre. La propriétaire est très serviable, elle peut vous emmener à l'aéroport et c'est bien moins cher qu'un taxi! Bref la Casa Anna on y retournera!

Our stay at Casa Anna was great. The place is quite and beautiful and also Marzia, Jerry and Gisele are very nice, friendly people and always opened to help you. Our room was conformable with nice furniture and a very beautiful, romantic terrace, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was also good and different each morning. The beach is 10 min walking and till the first restaurant (East Istana, which we also recommended) 30 min walking. Renting a car is a good choice for a better flexibility. We found Casa Anna, because we were looking for a nice place to stay for the day of our arrivial. But Casa Anna turned out to be more than just a good choice for a room close to Olbia Airport. The guesthouse with the rooms are very cosy and individual and Anna and Jerry gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful with advices about Sardinia. There is a nice beach in walking distance and the breakfast is big and good. Thank you for your hospitality!

Questo B&B è esattamente quello che cercavo. Un posto tranquillo immerso nel verde, rilassante e ameno. Ad un passo dalla spiaggia di Porto Istana (bellissima vista sull'isola di Tavolara). La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. Ambiente internazionale. Marzia è fantastica e gentilissima. La colazione sempre diversa e abbondante. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto di Olbia (10-15 minuti circa). Non vedo l'ora di tornare. Grazie ai proprietari per l'accoglienza e per avreci fatto sentire a casa.

Il B&B è immerso nella macchia mediterranea. La struttura è accogliente, curata nei particolari e Jerry, il gestore, è simpatico, discreto e disponibilissimo. La colazione, servita nella living, è abbondante e curata anche con prodotti tipici del luogo. Il mare si raggiunge facilmente con una passeggiata di 10 minuti tra olivi, fichi d'india e profumati fiori. La spiaggia è bellissima e servita da due chioschetti con l'indispensabile. Per gli amanti del trekking c'è un sentiero che costeggia il mare tra calette isolate e tavolara sempre innanzi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
