Welcome to Bissenti Rooms, a facility located in the San Benedetto neighborhood in Cagliari, in a historic and cultural area rich in attractions. You can enjoy a unique view of the city from this quiet district, located a short distance from the sea.
Our rooms are located on the fourth floor of a recently renovated building, equipped with an elevator for your maximum comfort. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, safe, welcome kit and all necessary amenities to make your stay in Sardinia unforgettable.
Nearby, you can visit the San Benedetto market, one of the largest in Europe, where hundreds of exhibitors bring fresh and genuine products that enchant customers and tourists every day. In addition, you can attend numerous cultural events such as exhibitions, museums, exhibition spaces and performances at the Teatro Lirico. There are also monuments and places of architectural interest.
Bissenti Rooms is also close to the Villa Elena Care Home and the Boero Clinic. The Poetto beach can be easily reached in 10 minutes by bus or car, as well as the historic center and the famous Garibaldi Square.

Very good! The place is great, we really liked the instructions and recommendations for breakfast spots, especially Dolce Vitta. We loved finding a fridge and an electric kettle to heat water, and having coffee available is a nice welcome. I give it an 8 and not a 10 because it was too hot in the bathroom and I couldn't stay there for more than 5 minutes, they could find a way to cool it down a bit or maybe place a larger extractor, but it was even hard to breathe. The rest was incredible and I would return many times! I totally recommend it, thank you!

The clean scent upon opening the door is already a great introduction, the confirmation of this is the simple, clean, bright, and well-organized room with courteous service, comfortable and cozy bed, and with extra pillows and blankets available in the wardrobe, truly nothing to envy a hotel room. Contacts are simple and quick, explanations are meticulous and accurate. Thank you, even though it was only for one night my husband felt very good, compliments to the housekeeper.

We stayed at Bissenti Rooms on the night between the 6th and 7th of January. Great location, as we had a night planned at the opera house! Super clean and super tidy rooms. Recommended!

Pleasant stay, beautiful and very clean room and services. The only downside is the lack of daily collection for unsorted waste or, alternatively, a bin in the common area. Definitely worth going back.

In a strategic position for those like us who had to be operated at Villa Elena. Bars, restaurants, and a supermarket very close by. Cozy, clean structure with all the necessary services. Matteo and Luisa very kind. Absolutely recommended.
