Description
Cagliari. Located in the heart of the district called “San Benedetto” in the city centre, is closed to all the major attractions of the city, all reachable by foot, including the touristic harbor. All the facilities (banks, post office, theatres, palace of justice, exhibition fair, restaurant, pubs, markets) are about 2-5 minutes far walking. The university is easily reachable by feet or bus. Buses to the suburb are available.

The bathrooms is shared but the exclusive use of a bathroom can be provided by request and it will be admitted

The Bed & Breakfast is located in the eponymous district of Cagliari, in the city center. It is close to the most important tourist attractions of the city and just a few dozen meters from the main bus stops, from which you can reach Poetto beach and Elmas airport in just a few minutes. Also, within a few minutes, you can reach the port, railway station, trade fair, Municipal Lyric Theatre, Alfieri Theatre, Bastion of S. Remy and the Palestrina State Music Conservatory, which are also easily accessible on foot, such as Monte Urpinu Park.

Even though I stayed only one night, everything went as expected. Andrea, the manager, was kind and very helpful. I didn't have breakfast, I just had a coffee. Also, the B&B San Benedetto is located a few hundred meters from the place where I had an important appointment. It couldn't have gone better.

We had a good time, we took 3 rooms, all clean and tidy. The owner is very kind and helpful, he also gave us some tips on how to move around and on parking in the city center, I recommend it to you.

My daughter and I spent eight days at B&B San Benedetto. The bed and breakfast is nice and welcoming. Everything is clean and well-maintained. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The city center is easily reachable on foot, but you can also get there quickly by bus. The bus stop is a few streets away. Andrea explained and showed us everything. We were lovingly received, treated, and pampered the whole time. We felt at home, ate deliciously, drank great coffee, laughed, and had some wonderful moments. When we return to Sardinia, we know where we are in good hands. We can only say positive things about B&B San Benedetto and its owner, thank you again for everything.

We appreciated the availability of the manager (Andrea) for the check-in despite our late arrival, even more so, the structure, although not providing breakfast as standard, offers the kitchen and everything necessary to provide for oneself. The area is provided with various bars nearby. Note of merit: the cleanliness and bathroom area.

Andrea was very kind and helpful, the property is very close to the center and to the bus stop that takes you to Poetto beach (around 15 minutes to get to the beach from the property). The value for money is excellent, the rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning. The stay was really pleasant.

A great place. It has all the comforts, it's clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. The manager was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy place, air-conditioned and able to maintain a pleasant temperature for the guest. Clean bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. Quiet and elevated location. Ideal for romantic retreats. Wifi working correctly. Helpful, kind, and capable staff, maintaining excellent coordination with other guests. Perfect value for money, parking available nearby within a short walk. Deservedly awarded by the site. Highly recommended.

La struttura è molto bella, pulita e accogliente. In posizione ben collegata e vicina al centro anche a piedi. Grazie alla gentilezza e all'attenzione di Andrea sempre sorridente ci siamo trovate molto bene. Speriamo di rivederci. Consigliato!

Muy amables y atentos. Buenas indicaciones para lo que necesitábamos. Zona de parking gratis pero difícil encontrar sitio según las horas. Habitación con una cama muy grande y otra muy pequeña. Baño nuevo y bien equipado, no os perdáis la ducha de hidromasaje. Desayuno correcto.

Very nice B&B in Cagliari. Ca. 15 minutes walk away from the (touristic) city centre in a normal living area, 4th floor. This B&B consists of some rooms in the flat of a very nice and helpful couple. Rooms were very clean, nicely equipped, internet available, AirCondition, two to three rooms share a bathroom. For German standards, breakfast was somewhat minimal (coffee and a sweet). Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

Grazie, Ulrike, per la recensione; ci fa piacere che Lei e la sua famiglia abbiate avuto un soggiorno piacevole nella nostra struttura; una sola precisazione a proposito della colazione; Capiamo che per gli standard tedeschi possa essere "minimal"; in effetti la nostra colazione è una colazione italiana: caffe, latte, succo di frutta e prodotti confezionati come previsto dall' autorizzazione all'esercizio dell'attività che ci obbliga a fornire solo prodotti confezionati. Purtroppo avevamo difficoltà a comunicare (noi non parliamo l'inglese e tanto meno il tedesco come voi non parlavate l'italiano) altrimenti avremmo cercato di venire incontro alle vostre esigenze fornendovi quei prodotti tipici della colazione tedesca. Grazie di nuovo!

Locale molto pulito, gestore disponibilissimo e cordiale. Condizionatore in stanza e wifi libero. Bagno ampio e confortevole. Ascensore nello stabile. Possibilità di parcheggio comodo e gratuito nelle vie intorno al palazzo.
