Description

The green surrounded structure was opened in 2003 and offers rooms with independent entrances, for maximum guest privacy, free to come and go at any time of day or night.

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, hot/cold air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, supply of all room and bathroom linen with toiletries included, mini-fridge, hairdryer, balcony (in some rooms furnished with armchairs, a table and city views) and fiber optic Wi-Fi in common areas and in the room.

Breakfast offers a sweet and savory menu, served at the table in compliance with regulations on the outdoor terrace or in the room at no extra cost. Personalized breakfasts for any type of intolerance or allergy are also available upon request at the time of booking.

Daily cleaning is provided.

Other free services include umbrellas and sun loungers, parking for bicycles and motorcycles within a private driveway covered by a canopy, while for those traveling by car, parking is available right in front of the structure, on the public road. We are located in the residential area of Olbia, therefore very quiet, with no restrictions and it is free.

Within 100 meters there is the nearest bus stop, the nearest restaurant, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, a supermarket and the Veronese café.

We are located in Via Lamberti 58, quiet but only 400 meters from the central Viale Aldo Moro, 10 minutes by car from the historic center, port, airport and the nearest beach to the city.

We are available to guests for any need during their stay 24 hours a day.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The property is cared for down to the smallest details, clean, welcoming and tastefully furnished. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the comforts needed to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the most pleasant moments of the day: plentiful, varied and with fresh, delicious products, many of which were homemade. A real pleasure for the palate! A special thanks to Graziella, kind, helpful and always ready to give advice on what to visit in the area. You can truly feel the passion and love they put into their work. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, genuine hospitality and an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable large bed, only 1 floor of stairs to climb with a large balcony and view. Very accommodating hostess. Great selection of breakfast options. We are older Australians driving through Sardinia and found her English very helpful. We could park for free in the quiet street out the front. We liked that there were only 3 rooms in the bnb...not too big.

We stayed for two weeks and received excellent service. Room with terrace and panoramic view. Spacious and well-kept room and bathroom interiors with Sardinian style and very clean. The location is perfect as it is not on the main street. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and the center of Olbia is easily reachable on foot as well as the beautiful city park for sports or walks. Graziella, the owner, was very professional and friendly during the booking (as we requested vegan breakfast) and during the stay. Every morning she offered us different vegan products and the croissants and cappuccino were delicious! Breakfast was served in the garden under the gazebo. I jokingly asked because the neighbor unfortunately snored and Graziella immediately offered me another room. I highly recommend this B&B and hope to return soon!

Really nice structure, located a few kilometers from the port and the city center. The owner was very helpful in meeting our needs: since in the morning we left the structure before the scheduled time for breakfast (due to boarding), the night before she gave us a bag containing everything needed for breakfast. I recommend it!
