We have created B&B the NEST in order to satisfy in the better possible way the requirements of who goes in vacation. We are Francesco and Simona, a young couple who have been renting out rooms in our home for about 10 years. During this time, we have acquired the necessary professionalism to provide the best accommodation for our guests.

As proud Sardinians, we have a strong attachment to our homeland, which allows us to safeguard, preserve, and pass on the traditions that have been maintained for years to our guests.

We stayed on the 27th and 28th of April 2023. We were welcomed by Mrs. Simona who immediately proved to be helpful, kind, and attentive. She provided us with a wonderful apartment, tidy, very clean, and fully equipped. We had a really good time. We hope to go back as soon as possible. Mrs. Simona, besides being very competent, is a wonderful, sunny person who makes you feel comfortable as if you had known each other forever! Beautiful!

The structure is very beautiful and very clean, the welcome from Simona immediately put us at ease, helpful and present for every need. The room is beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The structure is close to the center with all the shops and locals within easy reach, we only used the car to move to the various beaches, always following the valuable advice of the owners Simona and Francesco who advised us which way to go based on the wind. The breakfast is super abundant with fresh products every day and if you don't finish it, they pack it for you to take away. Highly recommended! I hope to return to them soon!

We stayed in 3 people for a week at B&B Il Nido owned by Simona and Francesco in August. The structure is strategically located for traveling to the various beaches, as well as convenient for a walk in the historic center of the town or along the promenade (reachable in a few minutes on foot). The room was tidied up every day and we found towels and toiletries on site. The breakfast, always abundant and with fresh bakery products, was served in the spacious kitchen by the owner Simona with whom it was a pleasure to chat at any time of the day. Francesco's advice was very valuable as he daily provided us with information on excursions in the area. Connected to the kitchen, the structure offers guests a small terrace with a clothesline, very useful. Our impression, therefore, was that of staying in an entire apartment.

Simona and Francesco are impeccable hosts: they do everything to make customers feel comfortable by providing exhaustive information both regarding the geographical and landscape context and the cultural aspects of Sant'Antioco (town and island). The choice of housing situations is very wide, ranging from the room with services to the mini apartment. Excellent and abundant breakfast with homemade sweets. Definitely worth trying. Great, it gives the possibility to choose whether to stay in a room + breakfast or apartment without breakfast. We chose the second option, so we cannot give any rating to the breakfast. We definitely highly recommend it and if we were to return to Sardinia in this area we will return. The managers are extremely helpful, friendly, and ready to give valuable advice.

Friendly and welcoming hosts. We had a great time. The structure, although on the ground floor and without a panoramic view, has an outdoor area outside the town that is very useful for a break from the residence itself. It is comfortable and furnished with everything needed for the stay. Additionally, the proximity to shops of all kinds allows you not to use your own car for any useful purchase.

My parents were extremely happy with this property, everything was exceptional: from the managers and their kindness and availability to the excellent and well-centered location, passing through the structure, the distance from the sea, the view, and everything else. A five-star stay for five nights! Good structure! Some suggestions already given to the manager, that is in the first apartment it is advisable to have a mirror, a coat rack, and a microwave oven to warm up food, in the second where we stayed the same thing, that is, a microwave oven, coat rack, mirror, and a larger fridge. The owner Simona is a lovely person, like her breakfast croissants. The location is convenient both for walking to the city center and for driving to the beaches.
