The B&B Al Teatro Lirico is a first-class establishment located in the heart of Cagliari in a strategic position, 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the port, and 3 km from Poetto Beach.
The structure, close to the famous Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, the brand new Cittadella della Musica, the Conservatory, and 100m from the renowned Villa Elena Clinic, overlooks the main shopping streets and is very well served by all public transport.
In the vicinity, you will find the Piazza Repubblica train station and various bus and taxi stops. In a few minutes, you can reach the historic center and its important sites, including the Roman Amphitheater, the Castello district with its museums, the Pisane Towers, the Bastione di Saint Remy, and even the International Fair of Sardinia.
All the rooms at the B&B are spacious, bright, comfortable, and very quiet. They are equipped with double-glazed windows, air conditioning, heating, a desk, LCD TV, fast Wi-Fi internet connection, minibar, private or reserved bathroom with shower, hairdryer, linen (sheets and towels), courtesy set, and balconies with views in all the rooms.
The structure was completely and finely renovated and modernized in June 2012 with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The services we offer our guests are characterized by the utmost courtesy and availability. Among the main ones, we remember:

Very kind, helpful, and professional staff. Very beautiful and welcoming structure. Perfect for tourists looking for accommodation near the Lirico Theater. Recommended. P.S. The only constructive criticism aimed at improving the service, therefore not an end in itself, is that the shower system, as beautiful as it was, was clogged, but overshadowed by the rest. Greetings to the managers.

I chose this accommodation for its proximity to the Villa Elena Clinic. In fact, it is really a stone's throw away, you can get there in 2 minutes on foot. Spacious and quiet room, excellent cleanliness and convenient use of the kitchen. Recommended.

Excellent location right on the square, well organized inside the courtyard overlooking the distant castle so away from the noise. Excellent modern and functional furnishings, the managers are very helpful and courteous.

It is our second stay in this ideally located establishment. Public transport leading quickly to the port, the station, and the old town as well as to the large Poeto beach. The owner Mrs. Cocco Mancosu is very friendly and helpful while remaining discreet. We felt "at home" and we have forged friendly bonds here.
