The B&B “Zia Delia,” run by Massimo Madeddu, is located in Villaperuccio, a serene oasis surrounded by the greenery of Southern Sardinia. Housed in a completely fenced single-family villa, it provides a safe and relaxing environment, perfect for families and pet owners. The rooms are fully equipped, and the spacious courtyard features playground equipment for children, including bicycles, scooters, and small tractors, ensuring fun for the little ones.

Guests are warmly welcomed and treated like family by Massimo and his sons, Giulio and Nicola. Pets are an affectionate presence in the home, with cats, chickens, a turtle, and even a rooster named “Friday,” who brings joy to the days—and sometimes the nights—with his crowing.

Only 2 km away is the Archaeological Park of Montessu, one of the most significant prehistoric sites in Sardinia.
