The villa is located in a quiet location just a few hundred meters from the center, is entirely surrounded by the garden, overlooking the sea, the rooms are cozy and furnished in modern style, we have a double room comfort with private bath; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds with shared bathroom. The property is very suitable to families and long stays.

The Villa Diana is located in the residential area of Stintino, the villa is completely surrounded by private garden, quiet location away from downtown traffic makes it a place of rest and relaxation assoluto. A few hundred meters there is a bus stop the line of urban bus for spiagge. Il nearest port; Porto Torres; is 30 Km, while the plane port of Alghero is 50 Km.

We spent New Year's Eve 2026 at this property. We were satisfied. The bathroom was en-suite. There was no breakfast, but there was a completely free vending machine with coffee, hot chocolate, etc. available. Excellent price for New Year's Eve, when many others took advantage of it. Only drawback: the window in our room lets in too much light in the morning and there is no way to make the room completely dark.

The house is nice, in a good location, close to the center and various services. Convenient for the different beaches. The host is very helpful. The room had all amenities, but ours was very small; I don't know about the others. There is no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine available for free use.

I recommend, the room is a bit small if you have suitcases, but very nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and comfortable, with a good shower. There was a jacuzzi to use, a pool, free coffee machine, our room had a nice view of the sea and the town.

Charming structure a few steps from the center of Stintino. Andrea, the owner, is friendly and always available. The cleaning lady is very attentive to the room. I would return. I recommend it.

The B&B has an outdoor private swimming pool, great for refreshing before going to bed. The structure is equipped with all the necessary comforts and is technologically more advanced than the average of other B&Bs visited. Andrea is a very helpful host, a worthy representative of Sardinian hospitality. If I want to be picky, the only real flaw concerns the weather, or rather the humidity, which is excessively hostile for a motorcyclist, hoping that Stintino is not always like this because the beaches are simply... well, you will judge!

Structure located just outside the center of Stintino, very convenient for reaching the beaches. Clean and comfortable room. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin. Bordering with the other rooms, you can hear the noises, however not annoying, from the adjacent rooms.

Great solution for staying in Stintino, in a quiet and peaceful location and close to the town center. Being on a hill, it's also well-ventilated, we didn't use the air conditioner. Andrea was very kind and helpful.

Mini 2-day vacation in Stintino. The structure is easily reachable and very close to the center and the port (10 minutes walk). Comfortable and very clean. Andrea is a host very attentive to the customers' requests, helpful and sociable. The breakfast is plentiful and especially varied, suitable for everyone: vegetarians, vegans, lactose intolerant... Ask and you shall receive! Beautiful view of the bay. Recommended!

The owner is always very kind and helpful. The room is too small, there is no space to open the suitcases. The bathroom is embarrassing, sitting on the toilet you have the wall 10 cm from your face, you have to sit sideways to pass. The shower is all scaly and with a not very practical mixer. For the price paid, the service is very poor, the cleaning is approximate. There was a squashed mosquito on the bathroom mirror, it was still there after cleaning.

The B&B Villa Diana is a small villa located in a truly delightful setting with a glimpse of the sea that envelops the view from the entrance to the little garden. A stone's throw from the center and easily reachable from the main entrance roads. The extreme kindness of Andrea is a certainty, thanks again for everything.

Structure very simple for the quality/price ratio. Small and very hot room. There is the air conditioner but really too noisy to keep it on at night. I didn't find the owner particularly helpful. Breakfast room really shabby and poor quality food. I wouldn't go back. You can really do better.
