Located in the central Trieste Avenue, the B&B Un Letto a Casteddu provides to the customers comfort and suitability. The accomodation facilities are in an ideal area to people who travel for work or tourism. It’s very near to Cagliari Port, the railway station and the bus station Arst. The B&B is easily accessible also to people who come to Cagliari by car or by taxi, because it is located at the town entry.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

OK to arrive or depart, not for a stay, especially in summer. The value for money is not good: over 90€ without breakfast is exaggerated even in Cagliari where everything is a bit overpriced. The convenience of the location near the train stations and the center, and Michele's welcoming smile do not make up for the lack of charm of the place. The building is not soundproof at all, the lighting is insufficient for reading, giving it an austere and even gloomy feel. Avoid the room without a balcony (n°1?) because you can't dry towels there (only one bathroom hook). You roast in the afternoon, air conditioning is essential even if you hate it: the blind doesn't work, the curtain doesn't protect from anything, and the large (not very clean) windows turn the room into a sauna. Let's add that the breakfast not included was a surprise. And finally, the tourist tax is more expensive than three streets away.

Host Michele was very organized to confirm my arrival time in advance so that he can make sure he is present there and not let guest to wait for the door to be opened. When I ring the front door bell he saw I'm carrying a lot of luggage and he was kind enough to come down to the entrance and offered hand to help. Not every host do this based on my experience. He explained a lot about the neighborhood and where to go, etc. Room and common area are very clean and well maintained. Felt like staying in my own apartment, it was so cozy and hard to leave. Location is the best, a few minutes walk from the train station and central area. There is a supermarket nearby as well. But what makes this B&B the great place is still the host Michele and his personality!

We really enjoyed our stay. Michele was very helpful, always responding quickly both on WhatsApp and via email. On the day of departure, our flight was in the evening and he gave us the chance to leave our luggage. The room is comfortable and clean. It is located 5 minutes away from the train and bus station. It is a 10-minute walk from the center.

Struttura molto comoda per chi viaggia perché vicina alla stazione dei treni e all'aeroporto. Il gestore é stato gentilissimo e molto cordiale. In caso di necessità ci tornerò sicuramente.

Struttura molto vicina al centro. Il gestore molto ospitale. Grande pulizia. Accettano gli animali e quindi un punto a favore. Siamo stati benissimo e, senz'altro se capiterà, ci torneremo.

Eine super Wahl, sehr zentral gelegen, nur 5 Min. Fussmarsch vom Bahnhof (Zug/Bus) entfernt. Das Zimmer neu, sehr sauber mit AC, TV, Wireless und Balkon. Sehr preisgünstig. Michele war eine sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Person. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pulizia perfetta, flessibilità di arrivo a qualunque ora e ottimo punto di riferimento per vacanze, soste lavorative o solo passaggio. A due passi dal centro, dal porto, dalla stazione autobus e dalla stazione ferroviaria, letteralmente 5 minuti a piedi se non meno!Fornitissima di mezzi pubblici questa accommodation è ideale per chi volesse stare a Cagliari in relax e senza stress. Il servizio è a 5 stelle Michele è gentilissimo e super disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente, il migliore nel settore.

La struttura è accogliente, pulita, confortevole e risponde ad ogni esigenza del viaggiatore. Michele è una persona squisita, è gentile, premuroso, prodigo di preziose informazioni, disponibilissimo, preciso e, non ultimo, amante degli animali il che rende il soggiorno perfetto, per chi è accompagnato da un amico a quattro zampe. La posizione del B&B è ottimale per i trasporti, vicino alla stazione FS, ARST e a numerose fermate dei bus locali, permette spostamenti semplici e immediati in tutta la città. Ho dormito una sola notte al B&B perché ero a Cagliari per un concerto. Posizione centralissima in Viale Trieste, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e, nel mio caso, molto comoda per raggiungere la Mediateca del Mediterraneo ed il Fabrik, che distano qualche centinaio di metri. Michele è stato professionale e molto disponibile, ho trovato la stanza molto comoda ed in condizioni impeccabili. Non ho usufruito della colazione perché il giorno dopo sono partito molto presto, però spero di avere presto una nuova occasione per farlo. Riassumendo: comodo, molto centrale, pulito e con un proprietario molto disponibile. Consigliato!
