Description

The B&B is located in an independent recently renovated house. It overlooks a large garden with an English lawn, BBQ, and Sardinian oven. The house offers cozy double rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, private balcony with garden view, LCD TV with satellite decoder, and Wi-Fi internet. Clients can also enjoy a spacious living room equipped with TV-Sky, hi-fi, and Wi-Fi. The breakfast is served on a lovely outdoor veranda where guests can admire the garden and the nearby countryside. The closest beaches are 5 km away, while a few kilometers more will lead to both famous and secluded beaches. Mountain lovers, hikers, and speleologists will also be delighted to explore places of interest such as the Zuddas caves and the Is Cannoneris countryside, where deer and fallow deer can be observed.

it is attainable crossing the S.S. 195 for 50 minutes around.
it is advisable once reaches Chia to turn to the left and to continue for the panoramic road to still admire coasts and uncontaminated beaches.

We stayed last week at this property and immediately felt at home. Mrs. Antonietta is truly a kind and discreet person. She prepared us a good and abundant breakfast every day, varying between sweet and savory. She recommended beautiful beaches to visit and restaurants to go to, always impeccably. Furthermore, the room is very nice and clean, and nothing is missing. It was a great experience. Highly recommended!

We have been guests at this B&B these days and it was like spending the holidays "at mom's house". We were pampered and welcomed like family. The room was beautiful, clean, and with all the comforts. The breakfast was super abundant and varied, so much that we couldn't finish it. Mrs. Antonietta was kind and sweet, she didn't lack anything. Absolutely recommendable.

We stayed at this property from September 18th to 27th. Antonietta welcomed us as if we were family, making us feel at home. The property is very well maintained and the room was always clean, well-kept, and tidy. Away from the noises and strategically located to reach all the beaches of Teulada but also Porto Pino, Chia, and Pula. A short walk takes you to all the restaurants in Teulada. Excellent breakfast with quality products. Many thanks for the hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay. A hug Cristina and Riccardo.

We had a great time! The room and the bathroom are small but very clean, cozy, and with a garden view, a corner of greenery and peace. Mrs. Antonietta takes care of every single detail of the house and did the same with our stay. The property is located in Teulada, in a quiet yet central area, and the town is a 10-minute drive from the coastal road that offers a beautiful panorama and direct access to about ten charming beaches.

Excellent B&B in a very quiet and secluded private house on a closed street at the edge of the vegetation. Only 3 rooms beautifully furnished in style and with brand new bathrooms, excellent cleanliness and great breakfasts, a structure for nature and silence lovers. The lady manages it with great cordiality and attention to customers.

What can I say! At Mrs. Patrizia and Mr. Beniamino's place, you feel at home! Super welcoming, very helpful and extremely flexible with the schedules, always ready to please the customers. The rooms are very clean, with everything you need, champion breakfasts, and lots of little animals to cuddle! Absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back!

The choice of this B&B for our stay in Teulada was spot on! Great location, quiet, very clean but above all managed with great availability and kindness by Mrs. Antonietta who immediately made us feel at home. Always ready to give us advice, suggestions on places to visit, curiosities and events to participate in (don't miss the focaccia festival in Teulada!). Excellent and abundant breakfasts served in the veranda in front of the garden where you could admire many animals including our feline friend Belen and the turtles. A thank you also to nephew Riccardo for his friendliness and the numerous tips he provided us regarding the beaches to visit.
