Antica casa ottocentesca caratterizzata da una torretta chiamata “Sa Specula” da cui potete ammirare la piana degli aranceti Sa Forada. Realizzata in pietra locale e dotata di numerosi archi in mattoni pieni, faceva parte di un’antica casa padronale. Completamente ristrutturata, offre al primo piano due camere matrimoniali con bagno interno e terrazza panoramica per la colazione. All’interno della corte è presente un antico pozzo. Si trova in centro storico, di fronte alla chiesa parrocchiale di San Vito, in una zona tranquilla con ottima possibilità di parcheggio esterno gratuito.
