Welcome to our little corner of paradise.

Rio Launaxi has recently been built and is completely independent, located in a quiet spot. It also benefits from a strategic location for visiting the area.

The house offers double / twin rooms with private and shared bathrooms. The rooms come whit LED TV, fan, mini bar, free wi-fi.

The breakfast room is air conditionet, equipped with TV and wi-fi and it is adjacent to the garden with a BBQ. A shared bathroom has washing machine and drier.

Our guests at the Rio Launaxi have access to the private garden with free parking for cars and motorcycles.

The B&B is located near the center of Teulada and is just a few steps from the main services such as bus stops, bank, post office, pharmacy, bar, food, pizzerias, restaurants, gas stations, and others.

Our beautiful beaches on the south west coast of Sardinia, about 6 km away. They can be reached in a few minutes even with bikes, which can be provided for free, upon availability.

The B&B Rio Launaxi is the best starting point for families and couples for visiting an unspoilt area with wild and intact landscape, crystal clear sea and white sand and much more to discover.

Hello everyone, I'm Francesca, I'm 40, my work is currently managing the property which is owned by us with the help of my husband and the small Giancarlo, the house is divided into two parts, one part for guests with private entrance, another entrance on the other side for us, so guests are completely independent and without time constraints. We are always available to meet the needs of guests with information and advice, we like to talk with people who come here on vacation.

The rooms are not as expected, there are cracks in the walls, smaller than expected, in front of the streets. The bar next door is very close and the walls are so thin that you feel like you are inside the bar, with late and early opening hours and the KissKiss channel playing in the background... and a pizzeria will open soon. Google Translate is not enough to welcome people. Too expensive for what it is worth. I am sorry, it was not a good experience.

The owners were particularly welcoming and attentive to every request. Always friendly and with great advice on how to move around the area. I would book again another 100 times. The internal bar at the B&B is definitely another plus point.

The only flaw, even if it didn't bother us personally, may be the bar below our room, for the rest very kind owners, cool and clean room and strategic location to visit the surrounding area which offers various excursion possibilities (caves, Carbonia mine, excavations of old Punic cities) in addition to the beautiful beaches of course.

The location of the structure is excellent for easily visiting the southwest area of the island, both beaches and other attractions. The rooms are new, clean, and well-equipped. The owners of the structure, Francesca and Pietro, were very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs (considering we were with a 3-year-old child). If you book well in advance, it is useful to define the price in writing. Worth going back.

Excellent stay of almost a week. Very clean spaces. Hospitable managers and very helpful in solving any problem and providing information on places to eat, beaches, etc. The owner Francesca is very kind. We will gladly return, also excellent location to visit the most beautiful beaches, Chia, Su Giudei, Tuerredda. Thanks to Francesca and Pietro for everything.

I stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast for 5 days with my 2 children. The place is very comfortable, well-organized, and above all very clean. But what makes it even more special is the care and passion that the owner Francesca puts into managing the Bed and Breakfast. Everything is organized down to the smallest detail. I will definitely come back.

Great Bed and Breakfast, in an ideal location to visit the beautiful beaches of the southern coast and the nearby Porto Pino. Kind and very helpful managers, new and welcoming structure. The Bed and Breakfast offers a rich breakfast and is truly a stone's throw from the center of Teulada. I will definitely come back!
