Phocea is a relaxing white house located just a few steps away from the wonderful beach of La Cinta. Perfect for those who want to spend their holidays even during the off-season and very convenient for couples with small children, Phocea is in an excellent position to reach the nearby town center on foot or by bicycle during the lively summer evenings.
The garden
Surrounding the Phocea bed and breakfast is a well-maintained garden with green lawn. In addition to the nearby sea, you can spend beautiful moments reading on the hammock in the tranquility of the house's lawn, peeking into the well-stocked Phocea library, or perhaps organizing excursions in the extraordinary territory and waters of the Marine Protected Area.

B&B with an excellent location, close to La Cinta beach, the center, the bus stop and a market, all easily accessible on foot. We stayed in a spacious room with a large bathroom and also had the possibility to use a very convenient outdoor shower. Moreover, the facility provides all guests with beach umbrellas and a common area with a small kitchen where you can use the fridge and stoves even for a simple coffee. The owner Giuseppe, whom we nicknamed 'king of San Teodoro' for his availability, knowledge, experience and kindness, welcomed us into his family and helped us organize wonderful excursions during the vacation through Insula360. Simply comfortable, hospitable and easy-going, we had a great time.

Absolut Spizze. Super nette Leute, saubere Zimmer für niedrige Preis - Was sonst könnten wir wünschen. Das Früstück war lecker und gesund (hausgemachte Yoghurt, Kuchen, Marmalade). Strand ca. 5 min zu Fuß.
Nur zum empfohlen. Gerne wieder.
