Surrounded by a charming garden and immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, the Bed & Breakfast "L'Asfodelo" is located in the small village of Villa San Pietro, an excellent starting point for excursions to the sea and mountains: the splendid beaches of Nora, Santa Margherita di Pula, and Chia can be reached in just a few minutes.

It offers three spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and internet connection.

A rich breakfast is served in the dedicated dining room exclusively for guests.

Additional services:

Overall satisfied. New structure and recently renovated, very nice room and bathroom and well cleaned. Convenient location even if not by the sea, but it can be reached in a few minutes by car. 5 minutes from the center of Pula. Convenient also for reaching other locations. Mrs. Jose' very nice, helpful and very prepared to provide information and advice on beaches and restaurants. Good breakfast, with few variations from day to day. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Per quanto mi concerne sono più che soddisfatto del mio soggiorno in questa struttura. Ottima colazione, pulizia, cordialità e disponibilità sono solo alcune delle cose che ho apprezzato. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottime colazioni con tutti i giorni la torna appena sfornata e i cornetti caldi, oltre alla frutta di stagione fresca (anche i fichi appena raccolti dall'albero), la pulizia ottima, posto tranquillissimo anche se a meno di 100 metri dalla ss195, a parte le galline e le pecore non si sente null'altro. Josè è un ufficio informazioni turistiche eccellente, sa sempre trovare la proposta per la giornata e per la serata (ristoranti - pizzerie - agriturismo). Sicuramente da consigliare.

Struttura, gestore, colazione e pulizia di qualità elevata. Posizionato a 2 Km da Pula è sicuramente un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni e visite in tantissimi lidi.

Ci siamo trovati BENISSIMO! Lo consigliamo a tutti. La gentilezza, disponibilità, cordialità ed i consigli utili di JOSÈ e MOSÈ rendono questo B&B una tappa imperdibile per chi vuole visitare queste zone. La camera è molto spaziosa, pulita e ben disposta. La struttura si trova vicino al centro di Pula e alle spiagge della zona, ma nonostante questo il risveglio è accompagnato dal belare delle pecore. Nessun problema per il parcheggio dato lo spiazzo sempre libero adiacente alla casa. La colazione è servita in un locale adiacente le camere. L'unico neo era l'assenza, nella colazione, di prodotti tipici locali.

Fermati a Villa San Pietro per visitare le spiagge di Chia e dintorni, ci siamo fermati in questo B&B. Josè, la proprietaria, ci ha accolto come un'amica, questo ci ha fatto stare subito bene. La struttura molto accogliente, le camere belle e pulite, la colazione abbondante e varia. I tre giorni che siamo rimasti, sono stati intensi, anche perché le indicazioni di Josè e de marito Mosè, sono state molto preziose. Grazie Josè, ci rivediamo ancora, la seconda settimana di settembrè, per visitare altre bellezze non visitate per mancanza di tempo.

La casa è in una posizione strategica a metà strada da tutti i maggiori punti di interesse, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo! Con la macchina in pochi minuti arrivi ovunque e le strade sono scorrevoli pure nel weekend. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, anche i bagni sono grandi e attrezzati. La struttura ha un bel giardino curato e vasi con meravigliosi fiori ovunque. Un bel voto anche ai gestori che sono molto simpatici e disponibilissimi. Molto consigliato.

Très agréable accueil, chambres spacieuses avec salle d eau privée bien située entre chia et Cagliari d ou qualité /prix attractif le propriétaire parle français, étape a faire facile à trouver, nous conseillons ce B§B.
