Our BB is situated at the entrance of the village on the main street at the center of a garden of 2500 m, has just been built with modern standards so as to boast the energy class B certified. It has private parking inside and outside the garden. We have 3 rooms, each with independent output giardino. Il on the outside garden is furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy the cool of the external OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE PIC-NIC. Tutte rooms have private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge, we have a double bedroom, a triple and a quadruple, oNE OF THEM hAS BEEN DESIGNED BY THE FACILITATION tO CLIENTS with mobility difficulties. Possibility of utizo washing machine for longer periods of 4 days.

Wir stehen am Anfang der Allee der Eingang des Dorfes, ca. 1 km von dem Platz, bei 1, 5 km von der Hauptstadt entfernt. Wir sind 2 km von der archäologischen Zone namens "Lu Brandali. , in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich mehrere Reiterhöfe finden, neben uns ist Tauchzentrum, Restaurants, Bars und vor uns zwei Supermärkte. abbbiamo A 10min Bushaltestelle, 10 min marina mit der Möglichkeit der Verpflegung auf Korsika, und Ausflüge zu den Inseln des "Archipel von La Maddalena.
Wir sind 45 Minuten von Flughafen / Hafen von Olbia, bei 1, 5 Stunden vom Hafen von Porto Torres, 2 Stunden von Alghero.

Damaris, the manager, makes you feel comfortable from the first minute. Pure kindness and hospitality that translates into a plentiful and varied breakfast, many of them homemade, a comfortable and clean room with everything you need to be comfortable: fridge, TV, shower, and large bed... a real pleasure to have spent a few days there. Totally recommended especially if you are Spanish since Damaris, being of Cuban origin, speaks Spanish perfectly and served as a guide to discover the best of the area.

Spectacular! We have spent such happy days at B&B Kalòs, both for the spaces and the kindness and good attitude of Damaris, her husband, and her daughter. The breakfasts are spectacular, homemade, typical of the area. They had their own fig and grape orchard that they offered us for breakfast. The rooms are modern and spotless, with all the comforts. Perfect accommodation to rest. We took a friend with us in our hearts. Totally recommended for Spanish people because Damaris is Cuban and our communication and her advice flowed perfectly. We would repeat without hesitation.

We stayed at this wonderful establishment for about a week. Excellent service, available to the customer for any request. Impeccable cleanliness. Very convenient location, close to the center but away from the busiest streets. Beaches easily reachable. Absolutely recommended.

Stanza grande, accogliente e pulitissima. Posizione vicina al centro di S. Teresa raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto. Persone squisite. Pulizia ottima. Comodità ottima. Ritengo opportuno aprire una parentesi sui materassi: eccezionali. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Disponibilità eccellente. Tutta la famiglia molto molto ospitale. Ritorneremo sicuramente e con vero piacere.

Die traumhafte sehr saubere B&B Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen das wir sogar vier Nächte geblieben sind. Ideal für Ausflugsziele die wir von dort aus unternehmen konnten. Zu Fuß in die Stadt ist ideal. Wir fanden es auch sehr angenehm von der Lage da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten quasi rundum sind um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, für alle Wünsche und Fragen offen. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und reichlich. Wir waren mit dem Auto da, der Parkplatz ist großzügig und man fühlt sich sicher. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. wir haben uns sauwohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns das Beste B&B was wir auf Sardinien hatten.

Eccellente cordialità interesse giornaliero ad ogni singolo componente della struttura. Una grande famiglia mi sono sentita come a casa. Francesco e Damaris due persone eccezionali ti danno consigli in tutto per raggiungere le spiagge più belle e calette super Ogni giorno a colazione una sana lezione di vita e tradizioni grazie dal profondo del cuore. Da consigliare a tutti un'oasi di tranquillità fuori dal Caos e da rumori. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata ogni giorno una frittatina con ingredienti diversi Damaris hai un cuore grande tu e la tua splendida famiglia un abbraccio ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Struttura moderna e funzionale a circa 1 km dal centro di Santa Teresa. Camera spaziosa ben arredata e pulita anche se (la nostra) un po' esposta ai rumori della strada. Bagno con doccia idromassaggio e radio. Colazione buona anche se a mio parere accontentava più gli amanti del salato. Spazio esterno ampio. La signora Damaris e suo marito molto cordiali e dispensatori di consigli utili sulle spiagge da visitare. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Ich war zusammen mit dem Ludwig (siehe dessen Bewertung) mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und übernachteten im B&B in Santa Teresa Gallura. Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der sonstigen Räumlichkeiten. Die gesamte Anlage war mehr als ordentlich gepflegt. Die Betreiber waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schade nur, dass das B&B von der Straße aus nicht sofort erkannbar war. An dieser Stelle möchte ich nochmals auf die Bewertung von Ludwig hinweisen. Ich kann das B&B guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und sollte es mich nochmals in diese Gegend verschlagen, dann werde ich wieder dort übernachten.

Eine ganz liebe Unterkunft, freundliche Betreiber, sehr sauber ruhig, sehr gute Lage, tolle Zimmer. Wir waren auf Motorrad Tour und hatten spontan am Ortseingang, ein leider sehr kleines B+B Schild entdeckt und sofort umgedreht. Als wir in das Anwesen einfuhren war die Überraschung perfekt, über die gepflegten Anlagen und alles drumherum. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis bestens! Kann nur empfohlen werden vorallem an die Bikerfreunde. Empfehlung an die Betreiber- ein größeres Schild an die Straße machen, bringt noch mehr Gäste. Sollte ich nochmals nach Teresa kommen werde ich dort wieder übernachten. Nochmals danke für die nette und preisgünstige Aufnahme an die Betreiberin.

Struttura nuova, graziosissima, di gran gusto, in zona silenziosa. Alle porte di Santa Teresa, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, che si raggiunge tranquillamente passeggiando per la strada principale. Strategica la posizione per raggiungere il porto e ovviamente, per uscire dal paese e raggiungere altri luoghi. Impeccabile la pulizia, gustosa e abbondante la colazione (la Signora di casa, Damaris, si fa in quattro per soddisfare tutti i gusti! Ed è veramente un tesoro) Marito e moglie sono stati di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità uniche, e questo ha aggiunto un extra ad un servizio in se già perfetto. Grazie mille per aver contribuito ad una bellissima vacanza!

Il B&B è bellissimo, le camere hanno tutti i comfort, regna la pulizia e la cura in ogni dettaglio. La posizione della struttura è comoda e permette gli spostamenti alle bellissime spiagge in maniera più celere. Damaris e famiglia sono splendidi: accolgono con gentilezza e familiarità. Il B&B Kalos è una bellissima struttura immersa nel verde di un giardino ben curato e di belle piante alte che ci permettevano di osservare la forza del vento ogni giorno in modo da poter scegliere la spiaggia più adatta tra le bellissime meraviglie che la zona offre. La posizione immediatamente all'ingresso della città, permette di avere tutte le comodità vicine come market, panificio etc. Oltre al fatto di aver alloggiato in una stanza bella, grande, nuova e di buon gusto, una particolare lode và alla padrona di casa Demaris, che ci ha riempiti di consigli, gentilezza e disponibilità in ogni momento, senza mai essere invadente e lasciandoci totale libertà. In definitiva: assolutamente consigliato a tutti.

Solitamente sono molto parsimonioso nel lodare le strutture ma nel caso del B&B Kalòs non riesco a trovare aggettivi per esprimere l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza di Damaris e Francesco, la pulizia, l'ordine e l'accuratezza con la quale sono state arredate le camere nonché i preziosissimi suggerimenti enogastronomici che ci hanno permesso di degustare prelibate cene a base di pesce. Grazie per averci fornito "dritte" per le escursioni alla Maddalena e alle isolette antistanti la Corsica. Grazie per aver reso questa vacanza indimenticabile.

Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet und waren viel mehr als zufrieden! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das große Zimmer war bestens eingerichtet mit toller Dusche mit Hydromassagevorrichtung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Haus ist von großen Gärten mit vielen Pflanzen und Bäumen umgeben, ausserdem befindet sich quasi gegenüber ein großer Supermarkt wo man einkaufen kann. Im Vergleich zu anderen B&B / Hotels in der Gegend ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis im Kalos hervorragend. Wer mit dem Auto kommt kein Problem, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, angenehme uns äusserst freundliche Gastgeber. Es war das beste B&B das ich persönlich in Sardinien erleben durfte. Ich kann mich an dieser Stelle nur nochmal für Alles bedanken. Gerne wieder.
