Descrizione

The B&B "Il Pittoresco" is an apartment, recently renovated, in the center of Cagliari.

We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the breakfast area.

All rooms have air conditioned.

We are in a very strategic area, near the Metro, and the court haus, 5 minutes from the train station and bus station, 5 minutes from the main shopping streets (Via Alghero, Via Dante, Via Sonnino, Via Garibaldi, Via Manno etc.), 10 minutes from Poetto beach and 5 minute sfrom the highway "Asse Mediano", connecting the center to the outskirts of the city.

Excellent guesthouse in the Bastione area of Cagliari, easily reachable on foot or by public transport. The owner is very friendly and kind, he guided us by phone until we arrived in the room. The room is clean, equipped with a wardrobe, fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a small balcony overlooking the street. The room I chose has a shared bathroom with another room, for one night it's more than fine. The only drawback might be the absence of breakfast, a real shame. Price is average, even though I booked for New Year's Eve the price wasn't increased. I recommend it!

Gianpaollo was very nice on the phone, to guide us upon our arrival for self check-in.\nVery clean, pleasant place, 15 minutes walk from the center. We didn't have breakfast, so no idea about that. Pleasant.

Great place to stay if you want to explore the city. Very clean, comfortable, close to the city center and bus stops. I really recommend :).

Comfortable, spacious room. The property is located in a great location with all the amenities and not far from the center. Good value for money. I highly recommend it!

Very clean room, but you can hear everything, being on a busy street makes it hard to rest. You can hear everything from one room to another. A single bathroom for several rooms, so very inconvenient.

Clean place, very pleasant and well-kept. There was a small inconvenience, things that happen, a pity for the manager's reaction, who has some difficulty managing stress.

Excellent structure, excellent cleanliness, excellent welcome even outside check-in hours they accommodated me and had the room ready by 11. Very quiet area and well stocked with everything, and then the Van Gogh paintings that I love scattered throughout the various rooms. Thank you, I would come back to you again if I had to return.

A very quiet B&B, very well-kept interiors, kindness and availability of the owners. Not very central location, but perfect for starting the day with a visit to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Bonaria and then enjoying a walk along the seafront to the port and then heading towards the city center. A very positive stay. I recommend it and hope to return soon.
