In Sardinia, the B&B I Gerani offers family hospitality in a villa with garden in Posada Nu (1700 m from the sea and 400 m from the centre) in a HOLIDAY ROOM with private bathroom, climate control, Wi-Fi, safe and also umbrella and cool bag.. every comfort to feel at home, without household obligations and for complete relaxation between the sea, entertainment, festivals and many prestigious beaches and locations in the surrounding area..seasonal offers from €60 per couple
COMFORT:
The rich breakfast is served in the garden with bread, genuine jams made with our organic fruit, butter, milk, coffee, tea or infusions, barley or fruit juice, delicious cakes (our guests say so), seasonal organic fruit, yogurt, cereals..breakfast only on request for small intolerances or savory breakfast with eggs and cheese
You will feel at home in a double or twin room with private bathroom with window, shower and hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning.

We offer you linen supply, daily cleaning, fridge with freezer, safe, also umbrella, fridge bag and freezer plates, furnished veranda for relaxation and reading, maps and maps, water reserve, reserved place for motorbikes and bicycles, car in front of the gate, area for hanging etc.. constant on-site assistance and referral to trusted locations.

TERRITORY:
Posada is on the east coast 43 km south of Olbia (with port and airport), with 3 km of fine sandy beaches, pine forests and rocks with bathrooms and a lifeguard for everyone's safety. You will also find spaces equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. POSADA or PASADA in dialect means Stop/Stop and is in a strategic position to visit the entire eastern coast with the many renowned beaches, resorts and nightlife
We are in a river park and at the foot of a charming medieval village in Posada (the Castello della Fava dominates the entire valley)

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 19 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 80% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Breakfast is served in the living room and in the summer in the garden from 7: 50 to 9: 15 with bread, jam made with organic fruit, coffee or tea, milk or orange juice, our seasonal organic fruit and for variety also yogurt, cereals, biscuits, rusks you will also enjoy a different dessert fire day to start the day with energy while you chat with other guests and decide which beach to go to or which place to visit
Our guests' favorite desserts are freshly made pancakes, soft cake, donut, double chocolate cake, fruit cake, tart with our jams made with our organic fruit, etc.

The location is very delightful, as is Annalisa, always attentive to the needs of her guests, even without being asked. Everything is clean and tidy. A generous breakfast is offered with good cakes and excellent jams. Our chihuahua was well received, even by the cats! The garden is full of beautiful plants. I would definitely come back! Thank you.

I stayed at B&B I Gerani with my family (wife and 3-year-old daughter) and we had a great time. Annalisa did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and we really appreciated it. Place to choose if you are looking for: strategic location to move around the northeast of Sardinia; optimal location in the village as you can find everything you need by walking or in a few minutes by car but at the same time away from the busiest area; treatment 'like family': going to Annalisa is like visiting a family member in Sardinia; lower prices compared to the average of the area. Place not to choose if you are looking for: a B&B within walking distance of the sea or with a sea view; a charming structure completely renovated and with all the comforts. A hug to Annalisa and family.

Excellent location in the center, close to eateries and also to the beach. Cozy, spacious rooms with attention to detail. Annalisa and her family are very friendly and competent. It feels like home. To conclude, the breakfast, as they say at km 0: homemade jams and sweets of their own production, delicious, not to mention the pampering for the customer. Fantastic pancakes. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much, Annalisa.

Hello, I stayed at the bed and breakfast from August 21st to August 28th, what can I say, everything was perfect, we felt very comfortable as at home, Annalisa and her mother are beautiful, attentive and always very kind people, I thank them very much for all the attentions they reserved to us. I definitely recommend it, beaches a stone's throw away and stunning places.

Abbiamo scelto Posada perché vicina al porto di Olbia, abbiamo trovato confortevole ed accogliente la struttura I GERANI al punto che stiamo pensando di trascorrere alcuni giorni dell'estate prossima a Posada località che ci è molto piaciuta, e quindi tornare al B&B. Ottima e cordiale l'accoglienza, bella la camera ORO, pulita e ben tenuta, cordiale e professionale Annalisa e la sua famiglia.

Bel B&B pulito e molto ben organizzato. Gestori gentilissimi ed accoglienti (come essere in famiglia). Tanti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sulle spiagge. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la macchina e ci hanno aiutato in tutte le materie. Lo consiglio con tutto il cuore.

Bed and breakfast molto carino, pulito e confortevole. Si trova in un ottima posizione vicino ai maggiori punti d'interesse. La colazione molto ricca, abbondante con prodotti freschi e genuini. La signora Letizia molto gentile e cordiale si è anche resa disponibile nel fornire dei prodotti senza glutine al mio compagno, lo consiglio vivamente e ritorneremo ben volentieri.
