Beautiful accommodation. The facilities are very nice and everyone is very friendly. 100% recommended.

Great experience, exactly what we were looking for, 7 minutes from the port and 5 minutes walk from the lively center of Olbia. Spacious room, comfortable bed, air-conditioned, large bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything for a self-service breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness in every area, parking under the house (closed road so there is no traffic). Thank you Massimiliano, if I come back to Olbia I already know where to stay!

We had a nice welcome. Massimiliano and Silvia are very friendly, communicative and do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. This is their main goal. They picked us up at the port and then took my husband to the airport. We will come back whenever possible. We recommend.

It was a great experience to be in this B&B. It is well located, close to the main public transport (as I was not driving) and to the shops. The price was really good. However, what was more important to me and made all the difference in this experience in Sardinia, was the owner of the B&B. He gave me all the support during my stay, both for the right tips on the island's main attractions, and for the timetables of the local buses and to make me feel really comfortable and welcome in his hotel. He took a real interest in trying to make my stay a very special one. And he did.

The owner of B&B Gennargentu22, Massimiliano, has been a great reference point ready to meet all our needs from the start. We would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed two nights at the B&B Gennargentu22 and I cannot say (almost) anything wrong about it. Seniora Luiciana, the owner, is a really nice and helpful person. She responds to emails very fast and is very flexible and adjustable, and also speaks English very well. The rooms are big, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, towels, and everything a person would need on a trip. There is a kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge and all the cutlery, etc. There is also Wi-Fi available. The only thing that I didn't like is the breakfast, which consists of sweet stuff only, but I realized after a while that this is a standard in Italy, so maybe this is just because of my private preferences. In overall, I would highly recommend the place!

Of this B&B we have very much appreciated the speed with which our request was answered and above all the availability in proposing a solution, something we did not find at other B&Bs contacted.\n\nThere were 5 of us (2 adults + 3 teenagers) and we needed to spend a night in Olbia (to catch the ferry very early the next morning). It was the only place that provided us with a room with 5 beds! And at a price we would never have expected: very honest!\nBut the even more beautiful surprise was when we arrived on site: we found a comfortable apartment in a great location (near the port), very nice, well-kept, spotless, and our room was huge and very tastefully furnished.\n\nWe also chatted at length with Massimiliano, the owner, who welcomed us with extreme friendliness and availability. We were really very satisfied!

Pity only one bathroom but they had already told us (so it was also a choice, given that this is justified by the excellent price). Breakfast with packaged products but you choose what and how much.\n\nFor the end of our trip in Sardinia, we have already booked the last night at B&B Gennargentu22 (if we had stayed in Olbia we would have stopped there all the time).\n\nWe recommend it to everyone!

I was in Olbia for work, so I used the service for only one night, but I was really well. I will definitely return.

We stayed at this B&B for only one night because we had an early morning flight. To be honest, we stayed in a mini independent apartment a little further away because the B&B was full. The apartment is really beautiful, colorful, spotless, furnished with taste and great attention to detail (nothing is left to chance!). It has air conditioning in the living room, and for breakfast, there are various things available, including the coffee machine with pods! Already this would be enough to give a great rating to the B&B. But the owner, Massimiliano, is the real highlight. He is extremely kind and helpful: the next morning, he came to pick us up quite early to take us to the airport. We had a nice chat and realized he is a truly capable person. The only small drawback: the ceiling fan in the room is too noisy. However, everything has an excellent quality/price ratio. If we need to, we will definitely return!
