Description

Beautiful guesthouse in the Pula countryside, with a large garden and indoor parking and a mini-pool with hydromassage.

Independent solutions for couples and / or families with children older than 6, all located on the mezzanine floor (3 steps) and with independent entrances through private verandas.

The villa, located 2 km outside of Pula and 15 km from Chia, is surrounded by 3, 000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub, with palm trees, an irrigated lawn, an orchard, and private parking. The large wooden deck houses a shared mini-pool with lighting and a hydromassage.

The structure is designed to be as much as possible energetically independent and sustainable: it has solar panels for electricity production and water heating, and a herbal purification plant that recycle 100% of our sewage through garden's irrigation.

Casa Fiore is located:
- 2 km after Pula, in the direction of Santa Margherita.
- 40 km from Cagliari-Elmas airport.
The villa is about 800 meters from the nearest beach (Agumu, with the FIV sailing center), while the most famous beach of Nora with the archaeological area and the church of Sant'Efisio is 3 km away.
It is strongly recommended to have a car, because it is worth moving every day to one of the many wonderful beaches of the south-west (Nora, Santa Margherita, Pinus Village, Chia, Perda Longa and Pinnetta, Tuerredda, Piscinnì, Porto Tramatzu, Porto Pino) ??or in the mountain areas on the coast or behind us where to practice trekking and mountain biking.
The entrance of the property is directly on SS 195, while the villa is about 70 meters from the road.

Wonderful time and fantastic host Fiorenza, always helpful and caring. She suggested the best beach to visit each day and treated us to vegetables from her own garden. The cleanliness of the apartment was the most important thing for us. A wonderful holiday!

Perfect property, ideal space for two people, equipped with all comforts, impeccably clean, furnishings perfect for a beach holiday. Optimal location to reach the most beautiful places in the south in a short time. Absolute tranquility, a room overlooking the garden, at night you are lulled by the song of the crickets. I deliberately left the reference to the owners to the end to emphasize it: Fiorenza and Carlo, two exceptional people, helpful, attentive to needs, they pamper guests like family, offering tastes of the first fruits from their garden, and also giving very useful advice on beaches, restaurants and activities. It was a pleasure to spend time with them as well. I can't wait to visit them again at their beautiful property!

The house/estate is very nicely located and has the advantage that everything is very easy to reach. The beach, the town with dining and shopping options, and the airport are nearby. However, a car is required. The owner is very attentive. She gives very valuable "insider" tips without being intrusive. Very pleasant.

The structure is very beautiful, nothing was missing either in the kitchen or in the bathroom. The lady who manages it is very helpful and efficient. Waste management is green. The property is owned by the wonderful Fiorenza, whose hospitality truly made the trip special. Fiorenza went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She provided excellent recommendations for local beaches, even giving us detailed information on the wind conditions, which was incredibly helpful in choosing the perfect beach for the day. Her knowledge of the area made it easy to find the best spots. The accommodation itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms tastefully decorated. The peaceful setting and Fiorenza’s personal touch really enhanced the experience. Pula of course is ideally located for exploring the southern coast of Sardinia. It’s just a short drive to some of the island’s best beaches, like Chia Beach and Tuerredda Beach. Thanks to Fiorenza’s tips on when and where to go, we enjoyed the beaches at their finest. The proximity to Nora, an ancient Roman site, is also a big plus for history lovers. The ruins, with their backdrop of the sea, were fascinating to explore.

The structure is in a quiet area but convenient for reaching both the beaches and the center of Pula. The apartment we stayed in (two-room) was very clean and super functional, complete with anything. The outdoor area, where you can eat and relax, is also nice. At Casa Fiore nothing is missing! The structure is new and well-kept in every detail. The studio was very clean, the bathroom and shower spacious, the little kitchen provided with everything (microwave, coffee/tea machine, dishes, placemats, electric hob), the bed very comfortable. Each apartment has an external patio overlooking the garden, also very well-kept, with sun loungers and a dining area. The owner is kind, professional and always available for everything. We stayed at Casa Fiore during the week of August and we couldn't have made a better choice! The location is great because it's 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Chia but also 5 minutes from Pula where you can go out for dinner in the evening and take a stroll. The property is very beautiful, a real gem with fixtures, furniture, and all new furnishings. I found the apartment tidy and well cleaned with weekly changing of sheets and towels. They also provide beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs, really you only need to bring your own clothes and enjoy the vacation. A special thanks, however, goes to the managers who with their hospitality, availability, and care in providing us with details about the place and some culinary delights made our vacation perfect.

We stayed at this property the last week of July. The studio, nestled in a large and well-kept garden, is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is located in a strategic area about 10 minutes from the most popular beaches of Chia. Comfortable bathroom with a large and new shower, the accommodation has a very small fridge where you can store the essentials. The spaces are suitable for those who want to use the accommodation as a pied-à-terre. The entrance is directly on the main road, you need to be very careful with the car both for the entrance and the exit. Fiorenza, the owner, has always been super helpful and attentive to our needs. Lovely person, she gave us all the tips to make the most of the experience in this wonderful part of Sardinia.

We stayed for a week in the Casa Fiore studio and we had a great time! The property is surrounded by greenery and convenient for visiting beaches and the southern surroundings. The only aspect that could be improved is the size of the fridge, a bit small for our needs. Fiorenza manages everything in a welcoming way, making you feel like part of the family and providing valuable information on wind, sea, and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A comfortable and logistically perfect accommodation. The apartment is very functional, clean, and quiet. There are 2 small gardens with a porch to have dinner or relax. The house has everything you need: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hairdryer, cooler bag, beach umbrella, comfortable bed. There is also a washing machine, an outdoor shower, gazebo, and sun loungers for use by the 3 apartments. You can easily shop at the cooperative next to the house. The owner Fiorenza and her family were very kind and caring. On the last day of vacation, we were able to leave our luggage until evening and take a refreshing shower before going to the airport. We had a great time and definitely recommend Casa Fiore as a base to explore the beautiful sea of Southern Sardinia.

B&B immersed in the green countryside a few kilometers from Pula and close to the beaches of Nora and Chia. Well-kept two-room apartment both in furnishings and utensils, with air conditioning and external verandas. Guests can use beach towels, sun loungers, and parasol. Very well-kept outdoor spaces and garden with great attention to eco-sustainability. Excellent hospitality from the owners Fiorenza and Carlo, kind and available for every need, establishing a nice friendly relationship from the start. A great experience.

With my husband, we spent 8 days at the relaxing Casa Fiore. It is a small villa in the green with a beautiful garden in front and a large green space at the back (with a vegetable garden) and delicious fig trees! The two-room apartment that hosted us is very clean and comfortable! Fiorenza is very kind, as well as her husband, helpful and discreet. Fiorenza gave us detailed advice on the coves and beaches to visit, also based on the wind to help us appreciate those places even more! The house is in a strategic position to reach and visit the entire south coast of Sardinia. Last but not least, Fiorenza and her family live there in the house, so it is a security from all points of view!

We spent a very pleasant autumn weekend thanks to the friendliness and hospitality of Fiore who is discreet and attentive and provided us with tips and directions to the beaches. The property has a well-kept garden and a spacious terrace. The apartment is cozy and bright, equipped with utensils and books that are well suited for a family with teenagers and where you immediately feel at ease.

An oasis of peace and greenery very convenient to visit the city of Cagliari and the splendid beaches of Pula, Chia, and Teulada. Beautiful outdoor spaces and the possibility of picking fruits and vegetables in the meticulously cared for vegetable garden and orchard. Also very convenient and excellent is the adjacent cooperative that sells local products and offers gastronomy.

Fiorenza is very nice and gives you a lot of useful information for the stay. She is the best we met during our stay in Sardinia. We stayed at Casa Fiore in the wonderful Sardinia for a week. The B&B Fiore deserves a 10 out of 10 in every aspect. Hospitality, courtesy, cleanliness, and location. A quiet and reserved environment suitable for every need. Fiorenza is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive. Great for families with children and for anyone looking to spend a relaxing period. We will definitely come back.

We were really well received by Fiore and his family. From the rich and varied breakfast to the cleanliness, everything was perfect. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a vegetable garden and the rooms are very quiet and have a private terrace overlooking the garden. The furniture is modern and beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom new. All in all, a truly pleasant stay!

It was so great at Casa Fiore. Fantastic breakfast, accommodation cleaning every 2 days (a luxury!), Fiore's grand help and her knowledge about the wind..:) She speaks excellent German and English. To add would be that the beds are insanely comfortable!\nNow emotionally:\nit was SO, SO beautiful at her place; the second I arrived, I knew I was in the right place. I loved sitting on my small private terrace and learning Italian (I took an Italian course in Pula for 2 weeks), or lying on the garden loungers reading. I couldn't try all the beaches despite a 2-week stay, but many; they are Caribbean-like! Some I found only thanks to Fiore.\n\nThe atmosphere in her B&B is so cozy, relaxed, and loving that I can't wait to return.\n\n38 stars!

The owner, having asked for the kitchen, offered us an apartment at the nearby Pinus Village (between Pula and Chia). We stayed there for 8 days (and nights) at the beginning of July. The apartment is perfectly in line with the description on the website and is really complete with everything needed. The owner, Fiorenza, is caring, very kind, and nice, but... she didn't tell us that there was also the spectacular view of the full moon reflected on the sea below (which we were lucky enough to find during our stay); it was priceless to lie on the outdoor loungers until 3 in the morning admiring it like a painting, accompanied by the breeze and the sound of the sea. The beach, the sea, and especially the small coves (at least 4) easily reachable to the north and south are really beautiful, so much so that it was almost a shame to leave every day to visit those wonderful places in the area (especially Chia, Cala del Morto, Tuarredda, Is Arenas in Teulada above all). Thank you Fiorenza!
