Description

Welcome to Diana's B&B and thank you for choosing to stay with us. There are some important pieces of information that you should keep in mind during your stay. Room cleanings are done every day between 09: 00 and 11: 00. Please note that no cleanings will be done after 11: 00. The linens, such as sheets, bedspreads, pillowcases, and towels, will be changed every three days. We kindly ask you to check-out by 11: 00.

Our establishment is located in the center of Stintino, in front of Largo Cala d'Oliva square and the church. Nearby, you will find souvenir shops, jewelry stores, ice cream parlors, and a take-away pizzeria. This is a safe and peaceful area, perfect for families. Your children can play in the square and during the summer, there will be various shows.

Very well apartment, located in downtown Stintino. The rooms are large and are very well equipped with wardrobe, chest of drawers, nighstands and a small refrigerator (there is also a big one in the common area). Bathroom is spacious and with everything you need. Very clean. Unbeatable rating quality/price.

The structure is very close to the center. Everything was perfect: cleanliness and hospitality. The room was new and smelled clean.

This is not a bed and breakfast because there is no breakfast, plain and simple. Clean room, clean bathroom. That is the best I can say. Overpriced for what it is. I had to ask for a hot water heater to make tea. The only way to make it was on the floor. It could be nice. Location is good, but they need to work a lot harder to make it a great place to stay.

The breakfast is not pleasant. Furthermore, I was not even asked for my documents. It is absurd to pay in cash and I had to request the receipt. B&Bs have a different way of being. The owners are even in other regions.

Loredana a lei tengo rispondere. Punto primo la colazione era stata tolta come servizio ma per cortesia e non lasciare gli ospiti a stomaco vuoto offriamo delle merende con succhi di frutta. A disposizione aveva la macchinetta del caldo dove poter prendere caffè, the, cioccolata, etc. etc. Il pos non lo abbiamo ancora preso poiche come spiegato a voce affittiamo al 95% con Booking. Le ho dato per tempo la possibilità di saldare con bonifico una volta arrivata in struttura. Non le ho chiesto nell’ acconto ne altro. Non capisco l’accanimento gratuito. Per i documenti sicuramente c è stata una svista. Detto questo, polemiche a parte, sono sicuro che ha passato bene i giorni nel nostro paese. Cordialità.

Strategic location in the center of Stintino. Great for walking out in the evening and if, like us, you have planned excursions since it is right on the port. Very close parking. Cleaning and hospitality are top-notch. The host is very helpful. Highly recommended.

Optimal location - in the center - with ample parking options - beginning of June. Near shops of various kinds, bars, restaurants, and beaches. Excellent cleanliness and brand-new furniture. Superb reception and availability.
