Our establishment is a family-run B&B located in a peaceful area, within a short distance from the most popular and sought-after attractions in the area.

We only communicate in Italian and have limited knowledge of English.

Upon check-in, you will be asked to present an identification document.

Breakfast is included and consists of sweet items, served between 8: 30 and 9: 30.

We have 2 calm and affectionate dogs who are accustomed to guests.

The property is in an excellent location and well organized. The host was present and very helpful. Good breakfast with almost everything; for us, bread and something savory were definitely missing. The very gentle company of the dogs Wendy and Stella, absolutely well-behaved and friendly, added charm to the place. Very nice. Price appropriate. Definitely recommended. Thanks again to the host.

The property is very nice, a 7-minute drive from La Cinta beach and 6 minutes from the center of San Teodoro. The room is comfortable, with all the amenities. Mr. Salvatore is fully available for any needs that may arise. I highly recommend it.

If there had been the possibility to give a score of 100 for both the structure and the owners Salvatore and Teresa, I would have given it without hesitation! We were treated like children by them and we felt extremely well! Excellent location both to reach the beaches and San Teodoro! From our room, we could admire a truly romantic view! I really recommend it to everyone! They have two wonderful dogs, especially the little Stella!
