Nestled in a prime location between the historic center of Alghero and Lido's beaches, B&B Casa Mia warmly welcomes its guests into an apartment designed from the outset to provide comfort and functionality. Every detail has been meticulously attended to: the spacious, bright rooms each come with a private bathroom that is naturally ventilated and well-lit, decorated in various hues to create inviting and personal atmospheres. Some rooms are named after the owner's grandchildren, reflecting an affectionate bond that is also evident in the hospitality offered.
The common areas are designed to promote relaxation and socializing. The breakfast room, which overlooks a small terrace with sunshades, serves as the heart of the home: here, each guest has a personal table, which can also be used for enjoying take-out meals. Facilities include a shared refrigerator with dedicated compartments, a microwave, a kettle, a coin-operated coffee machine, and a selection of herbal teas. Informational materials are also available for exploring the surrounding area, along with ARST tickets for major destinations.
All rooms are doubles, available for single or double occupancy, and in the Lorena room, a third bed or crib can be added. Each space is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a desk, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a luggage rack, and 5G connectivity. Welcome. By chance and perhaps by fate, I was presented with the opportunity to buy a house in 2007, and from that moment on, the idea of starting a bed and breakfast took root in me.
Similarly, the name of the B&B came to me; I immediately felt it was my home, and it was meant to feel that way for those who would step through the door of this large, bright apartment.
There has been a series of changes and transformations: for instance, the house originally had one bathroom and an additional service bathroom, but now there are three bathrooms, all attached to the rooms. Many sacrifices have been made to provide excellent service and to continually improve it. My mind is always active, ready to implement new ideas.
It brings me great satisfaction to hear that the establishment feels welcoming, to see guests walking around barefoot and to hear that the meticulous hygiene makes this possible; I put in a lot of effort to achieve this.
From the very beginning, I have aimed to provide the type of service that guests appreciate: I differentiate myself from other B&Bs by not offering self-check-in; I enjoy welcoming people to my home (I ask for their arrival time to avoid unnecessary waits). I also like to say goodbye to them at check-out and offer my assistance, ensuring they have plenty of freedom during their stay.
I provide a carefully prepared and comfortable breakfast at home, which I serve at set times. However, I do accept reservations for overnight stays only.
What makes Casa Mia unique are the colors: with four grandchildren, we playfully chose the colors of the rooms, and each of them felt like the "owner" of their respective room, which is how the names of the three rooms were created. Giulia, Lorena, and Giorgia, while the only boy had to "settle" for Marco’s lounge.
As a lover of the sea and a proud citizen of Alghero, I invite you to visit our beautiful, colorful coves; trust me, it’s worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property near the center and just a few minutes from the sea. The room was very clean and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was abundant with sweet and savory options, what more can I say. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, clean structure equipped with everything you need. Our stay was really pleasant especially thanks to Angela who, having created a very familiar environment, made us feel at home. Guest Angela is very friendly and helpful. The structure is functional and comfortable for accessing the city center and also reaching the beaches, being close to the main bus stations. The room was well-kept in detail and clean, equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the living room with other guests, with plenty of choice. Guests had a section of the refrigerator at their disposal. Mrs. Angela was available to provide information about the beaches and the city of Alghero. My wife and I hope to be able to return in the future.

I'm writing this review at the end of a quite long tour in Sardinia that led me to be a guest in several B&Bs throughout the region. I can assert with certainty that Mrs. Angela's structure is definitely the best where I stayed, for several reasons. Firstly, the apartment is divided into multiple spacious, clean rooms, each with everything necessary, including an en-suite bathroom. Each guest can therefore enjoy a certain degree of privacy. There is a common living room with a large table where breakfast is served with abundant and good fresh products prepared by Angela. Guests have access to a fridge where everyone can store their own food and drinks. Mrs. Angela welcomes you in a very kind and warm way. Very caring, she strives to make you feel comfortable and fulfill every possible request. Her advice on trips, excursions, places to visit, or good restaurants is excellent. She is precise in explaining the simple house rules and in the payment settlement procedures, with a regular receipt, without any surprises. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the house is easily found even in August. The building has an elevator. Located on a street in Alghero that leads straight to the center, by the sea. I really feel like recommending this structure because it is a good accommodation from all points of view, managed excellently and with passion.

I stayed at B&B Casa Mia in August. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean, as well as the private bathroom. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The owner tries in every way to meet the needs and requirements of the customer. The city's historic center is reachable on foot in about twenty minutes. The experience was more than positive. Angela is a very sweet, sunny, and helpful person. She was very friendly and above all patient in helping us during our short visit to the city. I stayed at this lovely B&B for 7 days and 7 nights: just a few minutes from the center of Alghero, very clean and the owner, Angela, extremely kind, treats you as if you were right at home, as if she were a sister. The breakfast is excellent, fresh pastries and Sardinian sweets with yogurt and fruit, although it also offers the option to have it at the bar. I absolutely recommend it.

We stayed in June and Mrs. Angela was very kind and friendly in welcoming us and providing all kinds of information, both before and after arrival.
The rooms, cheerful and spacious, are very clean and tidy, as well as the structure.
A 10-minute walk from the center and easy parking.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
Breakfast is offered by Mrs. Angela or at the bar.
Quiet area for a pleasant and quiet night's rest.
