We highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are warm and very helpful. We felt welcome immediately and very comfortable in the large, charming room. We enjoyed the great view from the terrace during breakfast at sunrise and the peace of the B&B. At the same time, the location is ideal for getting to Olbia quickly, which was perfect for our departure from Sardinia the next day.

Indeed, the view is splendid in the countryside. Very warm welcome. An authentic place. Huge room with a dining area (good breakfast) and terrace. We recommend it.

The accommodation is located a bit outside Olbia. However, there is a very beautiful garden with seating and a fantastic view of the sea. Very friendly hosts and a large, stylish room make the stay a pleasure. Highly recommended. Tip: Bring your dinner and enjoy the sunset.

Clean property with a beautiful view and garden. It is possible to eat outdoors while enjoying the scenery. I appreciated the pod coffee machine, the spacious fridge with an ice compartment, the powerful air conditioning and the large bathroom.

Hospitality and welcome at the highest level. It is certainly not taken for granted in this area. I had a great time with the host who did everything to meet my particular needs. It was clear that he was happy to make me feel good. Clean, spacious place with an extraordinary view. I plan to return to visit this territory.

The B&B is located in a hilly area, 15 minutes by car from the center of Olbia, making it very picturesque (especially due to the beautiful view of the city it enjoys) but also not very convenient as the road to reach it is quite bumpy. We stayed in the "Sole" room, which is really beautiful and very spacious. You can feel the attention to detail and the love for the guests' well-being, as it was very clean and equipped with the necessary comforts. The outside is also very charming with common green spaces where you can relax or spend time in tranquility. The owners were very courteous and helpful.

B&B with a dreamlike view over Olbia! The accommodation is easily reachable by car in about 15 minutes from the center of Olbia via a partially steep but well-maintained road. Our beautiful room was spacious and very clean. Great and well-kept garden. Furthermore, the operating family is very nice and helpful.

A very beautiful place near Olbia. We arrived in the evening from Amsterdam and had not eaten anything. It was too late for a restaurant. We explained this to the landlords and received two beers and a cheese platter with delicious cheese and olives. Really super friendly people! After that we slept well and the next morning had a very well prepared breakfast.

Nice, quiet location with beautiful view. The hosts were super nice, they even provided gluten-free breakfast for my wife who has celiac disease.

It is about 20 minutes from the city center by car, the road is not the best but after a while you get used to it. The view over Olbia is spectacular! The room itself is very clean and comfortable with an air conditioner and a small fridge. It was always very clean. The family is very friendly and they have a nice little boy who always wanted to talk to me. Breakfast was varied with different types of bread, yogurt, fresh fruit and tomatoes, juices, coffee, cold water and other things to choose from. Overall I had a great experience and I'm glad I chose this B&B during my stay. GRAZIE!

Magnificent place and truly very kind and hospitable owners. Very beautiful and well-kept structure, only flaw the lack of blackout curtains, but the owners have already said they will fix it. Excellent breakfast. Not easy to get there in the dark because of the dirt road. I highly recommend it.

A few kilometers from the center, in a quiet location with a spectacular view of Olbia, comfortable and very clean rooms, abundant breakfasts, friendly and very helpful owners. If we were to go back to Olbia, we would know where to go.

Very nice look out over all of Olbia! We had a very big room and the bed was comfortable. Very nice and welcoming family. It's about 12 minutes to the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes to Olbia center. The only downside was breakfast, very sugary and pre-packed food. Otherwise, loved it!

A great house up on the mountain. We had a lovely, large, clean, air-conditioned room with a bathroom. The view is fantastic, the garden is available for use. The owners are very nice and helpful, we got along great, they put in an incredible amount of effort. The breakfast is exclusively sweet, you have to like that. It was an all-around great stay and we would come back!

B&B Bellavista is truly a beautiful place to stay in complete tranquility and perched on a hill. The room was gigantic, well-equipped and very clean. The breakfast was simple but good. The owners and their family are a truly pleasant bonus to whom I wish all the best. Definitely worth going back.
