The host is very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom are clean, plus there was a balcony and the space in the room is large. You can leave your luggage after check-out. Internet works well. The bus stop is nearby.

The property is conveniently located in the center for all destinations, including parking. Clean room with a spacious bathroom. The refrigerator doesn't cool, the air conditioning has the only problem of being pointed towards the head of the bed so it's difficult to use. I must say that the welcome was very poor from all points of view, we felt almost unwanted guests, a feeling never experienced perhaps in life. Breakfast not too varied but of decent quality. A smile, information, friendliness in general I believe should be the basis of any accommodation facility.

Overall a good structure, in the heart of the town of Stintino. Good value for money, large rooms. Only downside: there was no dedicated place to hang towels and swimsuits.
