We are in the elegant neighborhood of Bonaria, on the main floor of a recently renovated building from the early ‘90s, located between the small port of Su Siccu and the hill of Bonaria, that with the homonymous Church and the suggestive staircase represent one of the most fascinating symbols of the city.

Our rooms are equipped with every comfort such as an independent air conditioning system, a private bathroom with the heating, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, an electronic safe-deposit box and a 43-inch 4K smart TV with satellite connection.

In the whole structure there is a Wifi internet connection with high speed internet at 1000 bit/s.

In every room there is a telephone enabled for external calls, a sitting area with an armchair, a minibar with water, soft drinks, snacks and a hot and cold beverage machine with a wide variety of pods, all available for the guests with no extra charge.

We are located in the elegant Bonaria neighborhood, on the ground floor of a building from the early 1900s that has recently been renovated. It is situated between the Su Siccu marina and the Bonaria hill, which, with its namesake Basilica and its suggestive staircase, represents one of the most enchanting symbols of the city.

A few hundred meters away is the Fieristico district of Sardinia, which welcomes thousands of visitors from all over Sardinia every year, as well as hundreds of vendors from various parts of the world.

The Cagliari Convention Center hosts concerts by famous singers and various food and wine events every year.

There is a large free parking lot 50 meters from the facility, in Piazza Paolo VI.

Vittorio is very kind and gives great advice on where to eat, what to visit and how to get around. The nearby free parking is very important. Also the room is super clean and very cozy with its modern furnishings. We will definitely go back and will recommend him to our relatives and friends.

I had a conference at the Exhibition Centre at the fair and it is a two-minute walk away. Very clean, brand new and well organized. The host is extremely accommodating. Highly recommended.

AMAZING HOSPITALITY AND ACCOMMODATION!\n\nI contacted Victor directly and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and quiet. We had a great night's sleep and having the Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the room with some tasty treats was a perfect way to start the day. The value was incredible. On the first night, I broke my tooth and the next morning his sister came to help me find a dentist even though we were only staying one night, such kindness. My daughter flew in before us and he was kind enough to organize a car for her. \nThe guest rooms are very well located to explore the city with free parking across the road. Spacious room, equipped with everything, safe, minibar and coffee machine. Pods and drinks included in the price as well as toast, brioches, jams, etc. Large bathroom with everything you need (including women's pads). Excellent cleanliness. Room very fragrant and well cared for. Long mirror in the room. Small internal courtyard for smokers. The manager was super helpful for check-in. He didn't give us a check-out time. He said we could take it easy. Great location for us who had to go to the Fair. However, the city center can also be reached on foot in a short time. Large parking lot almost in front of the structure. Highly recommended.

Apartment near the historic center. Large, comfortable and quiet. Air conditioning, spacious bed, fridge, table, separate bathroom. Food, pastries, juice, coffee maker, sugar, etc. available in the room at no extra cost. Very well managed by Vittorio. I recommend it to you.

We stayed 5 days as guests of Vittorio at Bardilio Luxury Rooms, and I can assure you that it is the best place to spend your holiday in Cagliari. The location is excellent, close to the sea, the center, and perfect for days to the west or east of Sardinia... but above all the room is perfect, large and spacious, equipped with everything, with meticulous cleaning every day of your stay. You can have breakfast in the room or in the internal courtyard reserved for the two rooms of the structure, Vittorio will provide you every morning with everything you need for breakfast, kind and helpful, you can see in his eyes the passion and love he puts into his work... thank you Vittorio, we will see you soon!

Spacious and functional room. Comfortable bed, new bathroom with all the necessary amenities just like at home (hairdryer, soaps... etc). Nice TV with satellite channels, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Everything very clean. Vittorio is kind and helpful. Good value for money, also includes a minibar with water and juices. And a clothes rack to finish! Great for medium to long stays.

Excellent experience, a structure resulting from careful renovation of a pre-existing building, well-kept in detail, functional and equipped with every comfort. Daily accurate cleaning, high-quality bath and bed linen, with replacement even within three days. Bathroom equipped with comfort gadgets (even slippers and disposable underwear...). Hairdryer with good performance and magnifying extending mirror. Mini-bar supplied with various products and snacks, coffee machine with pods and various snacks available for free. On request, supply of a series of other comfort items for the guest. TV and wifi with excellent performance. Various information available for the tourist stay. Finally, the kindness and availability of the excellent manager, Vittorio.

Brand new and clean structure. Spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. The manager provides a coffee machine, minibar, and comfortable and abundant single portions for breakfast free of charge. The manager was very kind, not only recommending beaches and restaurants but also providing beach towels. 10 minutes walk from the center. Truly a must for those staying in Cagliari. Hospitality with a capital H! Perfect stay, Vittorio is a truly kind and super helpful person! To give some examples: - He offered to drive me and my partner to the car rental as it was about a half hour walk from the property. - He brought breakfast to our room every day, always on time, as the bar next to the property was closed for holidays (abundant breakfast with 2 croissants, fresh fruit, toast, jams, nutella and juice, hot and cold drinks to choose from). - Minibar included in the price and filled every day based on what we took (water, juices, etc.). - Cleaning done optimally and every day. - Upon our arrival, he offered us breakfast at the adjacent bar and upon our departure, he gave us a package of Pardulas, typical Sardinian sweets (by the way, excellent!). - He acted as an intermediary to organize a boat trip, which unfortunately we had to cancel due to time issues. - He allowed us to stay an extra hour beyond the check-out limit as we had to wait for the taxi. I recommend anyone who wants to go to Cagliari to stay here! Convenient location, about 15/20 minutes from the center and with the bus stop a few steps away, useful for example to reach the nearest Poetto beach, spacious and quiet room! Thank you Vittorio! Wow! Superb accommodation, very recent (August 2020). The host is very responsive to messages. Huge free public parking right in front. A 10-15 minute walk from the center, or a few minutes by car where it is easy to park (often paid). Ground floor accommodation. Superb decoration, with the old stones integrated. Impeccable cleanliness, and spacious and super functional room (electric socket, lighting, curtains, etc.). They have thought of everything, really everything: -) The shower is top-notch. Breakfast to be taken in the small local café next door. Honestly, congratulations for this accommodation because it is perfect! I highly recommend it!
