Bright structure in the city center, facing the marina, just a few minutes from Cagliari Elmas airport, 2 minutes from the main train station and bus station, both to reach coastal resorts and the hinterland.

We are just a few minutes away from the most interesting historic neighborhoods of the city (Castello and La Marina).

Neighborhoods rich in shops, restaurants, and trattorias where you can enjoy the renowned typical cuisine of both meat and fish.

The structure offers a large panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxation, from which you can admire the sea and the sunset over the mountains on the horizon.

All our rooms are equipped with a kettle, herbal teas, and a coffee machine for exclusive and completely free use for our customers!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of €20.00

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Located in front of Porto Marino, just 2 minutes away from the train station and the bus station; 10 minutes from Cagliari Elmas airport. On the opposite side of our structure, you can find the neighborhood "la Marina", which is full of interesting places, small shops, and various trattorias and restaurants that serve both meat and fish dishes.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the medieval neighborhood of Castello, which is rich in churches and historical monuments.

Nearby, you will find the city's commercial center, with numerous shopping streets.

We are also close to the Civil Hospital.

Card payment and receipt... these strangers! Also the tourist tax, without a receipt. \nFor the rest, convenient location, rooms without mosquito nets so air conditioning must be on. \nGood breakfast but not served on site, but at an adjacent bar.

Très bonne adresse pleine de charme pour une nuit en famille dans une chambre très spacieuse, terrasse surprenante et bien agréable, pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants, le personnel a été à l'écoute et disponible, emplacement idéal, à conseiller vivement!

Excellent séjour à Cagliari à La Terrazza sul Porto. Excellente situation, proche de la gare des bus et gare des trains, proche de tout. Merci à Pierfranco pour son accueil chaleureux et aussi de m'avoir fait changer de chambre pour les 2 dernières nuitées pour une chambre beaucoup plus spacieuse et surtout avec une belle grande salle de bain équipée d'une douche hydromassante! Très grande terrasse meublée pour prendre le petit déjeûner ou se délasser, avec un beau panorama sur le port.

Non è un B&B ma un affittacamere. La stanza matrimoniale aveva il bagno ricavato dalla stanza mediante una paretina in cartongesso, in confronto i bagni della Tirrenia sono superlusso, da claustrofobia anche a chi non ne soffre, il lavandino talmente piccolo da non riuscire quasi a lavarsi le mani figuriamoci la faccia. Federa del letto macchiata al centro. Baccano di bacinelle e stoviglie la mattina presto e poi non la colazione ma un buono per il bar. La ricevuta è volata via con il maestrale, l'unica nota positiva è l'indiscutibile comodità della posizione.

Great stay in Cagliari. We were well welcomed, and the localisation of this B&B is perfect: near the marina, near the Castello, near the train station and the airport. Our son had a siesta on the terrace while we admired the city ! We should have planned one more night !

Sono stata qui per 3 giorni per la mia gita improvvisata a Cagliari. Personale disponibile e gentile, camera molto carina ma la parte migliore è la posizione pienamente centrale e soprattutto la terrazza sul porto da cui ammirare la città e bellissimi tramonti. Fare la colazione e l'aperitivo lì è stato bellissimo. Spero di tornare presto a trovarvi.

Consiglio il B&B per la posizione, costo e pulizia. Il gestore è molto cordiale al quale consiglio di cambiare il boiler in quanto l'acqua calda è di breve durata. Per il resto tutto a posto.

A charming place. Right in the city centre, on a main street but four flights up and the rooms surround a rooftop terrace. Its sunny and airy. It is simple accommodations, with self-serve breakfast, no lift, but if this is what you're after it is a great choice. The hosts are lovely and friendly. Memorable!
