I had the pleasure of staying at this splendid B&B Daniela in San Teodoro, located 100 meters from the enchanting La Cinta beach, and the experience was simply exceptional. The structure stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms furnished with taste, and an enviable location that allows easy access to the beach and the town center. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the splendid welcome and cordiality of the owner, Daniela. From the very first moment, Daniela made us feel at home, with a sincere smile and rare availability. Always ready to provide advice on the best local restaurants, attractions to visit, and activities to do, Daniela was a precious guide to discover the wonders of San Teodoro. The breakfasts, prepared in the garden with care and passion, are another strong point of this B&B. In conclusion, I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable stay in San Teodoro. The strategic location, the quality of services offered, and, above all, Daniela's warm hospitality make this place a perfect choice for a holiday of relaxation and discovery. The B&B Daniela is fantastic to say the least. The property is just a few meters from a wonderful beach, La Cinta. Daniela is a person who makes you feel at home with super breakfasts. Guests become friends in no time. There would be so much to say, but let's leave some suspense. If you are curious, I recommend you to go there. Daniela, I hope to always find a spot. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in July 2023. The Bed and Breakfast is completely renovated and the beauty and tranquility of the place are indescribable. The rooms are very nice, clean, and extremely quiet, with a beautiful garden. Breakfast includes delicious cakes prepared by Daniela.\n\nThe Bed and Breakfast is located a few meters from La Cinta beach, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. These are just some of the many qualities of this property.\n\nThere are no words to describe the kindness and professionalism of Daniela, the owner. She is simply fantastic, one of those people you rarely meet in life.\n\nIn addition to the beautiful location of the Bed and Breakfast and the fantastic Daniela, we must thank Giovanni, Lucia, and little Giulia. They too, guests of the property during our stay, are wonderful people.\n\nWe hope to return in September because it was the most beautiful vacation we have ever had. Thank you, Daniela.

The legend says that in this area there is one of the smallest existing kingdoms: the island of Tavolara! I found another one on the mainland and a stone's throw from a splendid sea... the B&B Daniela. A small kingdom with a great queen, Daniela precisely, the owner. The first thing you notice is the good taste in the garden details. Welcomed with extreme kindness and in the blink of an eye you are treated like one of the family: just what you need to start a vacation. The brand new room with all the comforts, a super bathroom with an exceptional shower box, soft and fragrant towels. And then breakfast... everything! Basically, you arrive weighing 50kg and leave weighing 52! I really recommend it to everyone. Thank you dear Daniela for managing to make me feel good with your genuine kindness!

I should write the review because in this case it is a due act, but it bothers me to inform the readers about this place. Here we found ourselves without knowing it and without imagining it at the family's seaside house. Where the daily routine with all its attachments is left at home in the city and is replaced by moments of lightness, happiness, and carefreeness, thanks to the complicity of the lovely people met during these beautiful summer days. We have just left for the return journey and we can't wait for another 365 days to meet them again. Attention, I am not talking about friendships created at the beach or during an excursion or in a downtown venue but I am talking about Daniela and the beautiful friendship created with her and thanks to her with other customers of her B&B and with her family. She lives for what she does and remains completely available to the customer 20/24 h (and she shouldn't) in her part of the property excluded from the B&B activity where customers spontaneously feel attracted to her persona's orbit and linger to chat with her. The photos of the previous reviews do not do justice to the state of the places. They are now renovated and provided with comforts not indicated on the portals. We pointed this out to the host and she didn't care about it because she doesn't need to procure customers at will... the 'corporate mission' is happiness, the serenity of those who choose it, so she will update everything when she feels like it. The breakfast is too exaggerated, too varied with the daily surprise always awaited by everyone. The sea and what a sea it is just around the corner... so I'm sorry but as the title says I didn't want to write this review because you should not choose this B&B for your holidays in July because I have to go there with my wife and daughter so alternatively I recommend Padru/Ovilo area.

The structure is hospitable and creates a special atmosphere, moreover it is in a strategic position: it is a stone's throw from the sea, very close to the center and to the stops of the various buses that allow you to easily visit the other beaches. We stayed at the B&B Daniela with our two daughters aged 2 and 4, who immediately fell in love with the place and the wonderful host! They even bothered Daniela a bit but she, with her care and kindness, made us spend 10 beautiful days. The accommodation is in a strategic position: close to the sea and the center of San Teodoro, but at the same time in a street where silence reigns supreme at night. We will definitely come back!

The location is perfect both for going to the beach and for taking a walk in the center. The structure is truly relaxing. Daniela then is a truly exquisite person.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the wonderful Cinta beach and 4 steps from the center. Easily reachable with a shuttle from Olbia airport. Hospitality described with a smile and a desire to meet the guests' needs, not only at breakfast but in general. Daniela is very lovable. I almost regret giving it good publicity because I would jealously keep the secret of having found this place suitable for my vacation needs in nature, tranquility, and sobriety. Thank you Daniela.

We stayed at this fantastic B&B in San Teodoro for 11 days. The location is great! 100 m from La Cinta beach, 5 minutes walk from the center, the beach bus stop, and a market. Daniela, the owner, made us feel at home right away, helped us with many little things that together make all the difference. She provided us with anything we needed like shampoo, shower gel, umbrellas, and a cool bag. Outside the B&B there is the possibility to take a hot outdoor shower and there is a BBQ available for the guests. Overall it was a wonderful vacation, we can't wait for next year to contact her again and come back. Thank you Daniela ♥️

B&B with excellent location, close to the belt, downtown, bus stop and a market, all easily reachable on foot. Small B&B with a lovely well-maintained garden with a wonderful breakfast area and great relaxation area. Breakfast with a wide choice, fresh homemade products alternated with various types of snacks. The garden also offers the possibility to use an outdoor shower which is very convenient and to make use of a fridge and beach umbrellas. Daniela, the owner, expresses all her passion by taking her guests to heart and trying to improve the B&B year after year. Together with her family, she welcomed us with great hospitality and kindness, took care of us and we felt at home right away.

We stayed 5 nights at B&B Daniela and we couldn't have made a better choice. The rooms, as well as the bathroom, were well equipped and had everything needed for a short stay. The place is very clean and welcoming, especially thanks to the atmosphere of the garden and patio, which have deckchairs and tables for chatting or just relaxing outside the rooms. The breakfast corner is also well organized, very varied and able to meet every request thanks to the fresh cakes or brioche we found every day. But what we take home from this experience is the beautiful relationship that was established with Daniela, who was available at any time and gave us really many tips to experience the beaches, the center and the Sardinian excursions at their best. With her we chatted, laughed and overcame some personal obstacles that arose during the holiday, and I think that's what convinced us to choose the B&B for another possible stay. Thanks, a hug.

I spent five nights and six days at Daniela's place (from August 3 to August 8, 2021) and I bring home a wonderful experience, both in terms of the location and the welcome. The room, well furnished and clean, has a bathroom just across the hallway, equipped with a shower and all the necessary amenities (including a hairdryer). The facility also has an outdoor shower in the garden, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the sea. La Cinta di San Teodoro, just a two-minute walk away, and the town center, located ten minutes on foot, make the location of the B&B highly strategic. The breakfast, varied and stocked with fresh products (cakes and croissants among others), is served in the garden and can be comfortably enjoyed at tables equipped with respective umbrellas. Daniela, the owner, welcomes with a smile and with that softness typical of an Italian mother, just right enveloping. She is very helpful for any type of request and also for a chat she never holds back. Personally, I think she is the added value of the facility, in addition to the location, since her availability went well beyond the strictly necessary: Daniela in fact helped me and my friends in a moment of difficulty, from which we managed to make the most. Price adequate for the location and comfort of the facility. For all the elements written, I would certainly reconsider another overnight stay at the facility.

Beautiful villa with well-kept garden close to Spiaggia della Cinta and 10 minutes from the center but in a quiet location, it's great for resting. In the garden, there is also a practical refreshing shower for any time of the day. Daniela, the owner, is really kind and helpful; she does her best to satisfy the customers' requests! It's true, as I read in other reviews, that there is no air conditioning, but there is a comfortable and programmable fan! So, for us, it was a great holiday!

We stayed here the first week of September and had a great time. The beautiful completely renovated cottage and the flower garden are both very well-kept. Excellent and rich abundant buffet breakfast under the portico. The room was very small but new and spotless. Located a few steps from La Cinta, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and about ten minutes from the restaurants and bars in the center. What about the owner.. always attentive, kind and helpful. Well done Daniela, congratulations! For me and for Susanna, full marks, until next time!

We spent 5 nights at B&B Daniela where we were very well welcomed and pampered for 5 days. I particularly appreciated her attention in preparing a slightly salty breakfast just for me: =) Thank you Daniela. The terrace is very pleasant for lunch. The garden, the outdoor shower, the parking right in front of the villa and free, the beach 300 m on foot, the lively center of San Teodoro (September) 10 minutes on foot. The only downside: we found the room a bit small for 2, and being sensitive to noise, we were a bit disturbed by the doors opening and closing of the tourists staying on the same floor as us. I spent 5 days at B&B Daniela and felt at home. Both the atmosphere that Daniela creates and the structure provide the right warmth of a welcoming and functional accommodation, not cold like a hotel. Also, the location is enviable, just a 5-minute walk from the walls and still close to the center. Thanks to the Beach bus, it's possible to visit the area even without a car, which is rare to find in Sardinia. Daniela is always very present and helpful but at the same time discreet. I recommend visiting her.

Just returned from a wonderful 10-day holiday in Sardinia in San Teodoro. We stayed at the B&B Daniela, which turned out to be a little corner of paradise. The location first and foremost is perfect, being only 200 meters from the beautiful La Cinta beach, in a residential and quiet corner of San Teodoro, and at the same time only a 10-minute walk from the center. The B&B, superbly managed by Daniela, is equipped with every comfort, with various solutions for couples and families: our room was on the ground floor with a small bedroom with a shower room, intimate for a couple, very cool and well isolated. Outside there is a large garden with a patio and an outdoor shower much appreciated especially after hot returns from the sea. Excellent and varied breakfast. But what really makes the holiday unforgettable is Daniela's expert direction, who with her sympathy, discretion, and positivity makes you feel at home, but with a spectacular sea just steps away.\n\nI recommend this delightful B&B to anyone looking to spend a holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the world.\n\nA heartfelt thank you.\n\nMassimo & Daniela.

Siamo stati ospiti di Daniela per 10 notti, 11 giorni. Daniela top: disponibilissima e cordiale. Posizione top: 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cinta, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di San Teodoro, ideale per non avere stress da parcheggio per la cena e se come noi avete intenzione di smezzare la giornata al mare (di solito al mattino giravamo mentre al pomeriggio andavamo a piedi alla Cinta). Struttura bella con il quid in più della doccia esterna in giardino e la veranda con porticato e sdraio. Wifi funzionante molto bene in tutta la struttura. Colazione vasta scelta di merendine biscotti yogurt e succhi. Inoltre tutte le mattine c'era qualcosa di fresco come cornetti o torte/ciambelle. Ovviamente Caffè, latte ma no cappuccino. Stanza (piano terra) un po' piccolina, ma nuova con bagno in camera. Unico neo assenza dell'aria condizionata e in giornate molto afose (a noi ne sono capitate un paio in 11 giorni) a pranzo e di notte il caldo può farsi sentire. Di giorno si compensa stando in veranda ma di notte anche con le finestre aperte il caldo un paio di notti lo abbiam patito. Nel complesso bel soggiorno e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo da poco rientrati da una vacanza in Sardegna, vissuta nel B&B di Daniela, che ci ha riempito gli occhi e il cuore di emozioni: al mattino il canto degli uccellini ci svegliava dolcemente, uscivamo dalla nostra camera e ci accoglieva, nel patio di una bellissima villa, da poco ristrutturata, Daniela che ci deliziava con una colazione gustosa, ricca di tante prelibatezze e di tanti colori. Daniela ci ha accolti nella sua bellissima dimora, facendoci sentire sempre a casa, il suo sorriso, il suo calore, la sua discrezione, la sua umanità rendono questo bed e breakfast un posto speciale, che ti accarezza l'anima. inoltre, a soli 2 minuti a piedi, si arriva alla spiaggia della Cinta, una delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. Che dire, se si va a San Teodoro non si può non alloggiare qui. Complimenti poi alla dolcezza di Giulia e di Mia. Insomma vorremmo già tornare lì. Grazie Daniela per tutto e di tutto.

Buongiorno a tutti, ho trascorso 3 giorni di vacanze a San Teodoro posto fantastico, a completare il mio meraviglioso soggiorno l'ospitalità della signora Daniela, con la sua professionalità e dolcezza mi ha accolto facendomi sentire a casa. Ottima colazione che mi ha dato la carica giusta per affrontare la giornata. Già mi mancano le sue attenzioni, spero di tornare presto. Consigliatissimo B&B Daniela.

Una settimana in Sardegna. Accidenti chissà quanto sarà cara. Dopo aver prenotato i voli Bari Olbia restava la ricerca di una dimora. Ho trovato questo B&B carinissimo, a 150 metri da una delle più belle spiagge della Sardegna, ma veramente. Siamo stati benissimo. Il B&B è composto da due stanze: una doppia con il bagno in camera ed una doppia/tripla con il bagno fuori dalla camera ma ad uso esclusivo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella seconda e siamo stati benissimo, viziati addirittura da una coppetta con varie caramelle. L'instancabile Daniela ci ha confuso con le sue attenzioni, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa. Pulito, ordinato, curato nei particolari con un cucinino a disposizione dotato di tutto (e comunque di qualunque cosa avessimo bisogno c'era lei, Daniela, che accorreva in nostro soccorso). Il bagno poi ottimamente funzionante con una doccia con un bellissimo getto. Per non parlare poi del giardino con una bouganville meravigliosa a più colori. Colazione in giardino con un tavolo pieno di ogni tipo di biscotti, merendine, marmellate, Nutella, succhi di frutta, acqua e sempre, dico sempre, una torta fresca fatta da lei e latte, caffè, tè. Insomma abbondante e varia. Nel giardino poi una doccia calda favolosa al ritorno dal mare ed infine il barbecue dove ci siamo divertiti ad arrostire. Poi Daniela ci ha consigliato i posti più belli da visitare e indimenticabile è stata la gita in gommone per visitare il Golfo di Orosei. Il prezzo del B&B è stato davvero onesto e ci ha permesso di visitare la meravigliosa Sardegna. Ci tornerò certamente in questo angolo di paradiso.

La posizione del B&B è ideale: zona tranquilla lontana dal traffico, centro di S. Teodoro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi, spiaggia della cinta a 100 metri. La casa è ben attrezzata, camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti, l'angolo cottura dedicato alla zona B&B una bella comodità. La casa è circondata da un bel giardino e dulcis in fundo Daniela ci ha accolto con calore e simpatia, dispensando consigli e proposte per la scelta delle spiagge, per le opportunità di escursioni (non perdetevi il giro in gommone della Tavolara) e ristoranti per la cena. Siamo stati proprio bene e chiaramente lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia visitare questo angolo di Sardegna.

Struttura accogliente. Gestione familiare. Ottima e abbondante colazione, particolarmente gustosa la torta alle mele appena sfornata. La signora Daniela sempre disponibile anche per informazioni e qualsiasi imprevisto relativo alla vacanza.

Esperienza bellissima, struttura confortevole; Daniela fa dell'ospitalità e dell'amicizia il suo cavallo di battaglia. Grazie a questa armonia è stato facile fare incontri piacevoli.

Che dire, tutte le altre recensioni hanno già detto tutto! Il B&B si trova in una posizione comoda sia per arrivare al mare (Spiaggia La Cinta 5 min a piedi) sia per andare al centro di San Teodoro (10 min a piedi), le camere sono pulite e dotate dei comfort necessari per una villeggiatura al mare. Daniela poi è veramente simpaticissima e cordiale, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Ci ha deliziato con la sua compagnia e le tavole che imbandiva per la colazione sono veramente una spettacolo, curate nei minimi dettagli. A tutto ciò siamo stati anche fortunati a trovare un'altra coppia di vacanzieri anche loro simpaticissimi e le risate non sono mancate. Sicuramente da consigliare e ritornarci, mai stati così a proprio agio!

Siamo stati ospiti nel b&b di Daniela a settembre. Tutto perfetto, camere pulite, posizione eccellente (vicinissimi alla spiaggia) colazione buonissima è proprietaria fantastica. Più che proprietaria per noi è stata come una zia. Si è presa cura di noi, è stata gentilissima. Il b&b è veramente bello, ma Daniela lo rende ancora più bello di quello che è. Vacanza rilassante, mare meraviglioso, e da Daniela ti senti a casa. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io e la mia morosa e ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Colazione favolosa, Daniela la proprietaria più che favolosa. Insomma ci è dispiaciuto veramente tanto andarcene. Se si potesse dare un voto più alto di dieci lo darei senza pensarci due volte. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Io e mia figlia Vanessa abbiamo soggiornato in questo angolo di paradiso e ci siamo trovate benissimo, sia per la vicinanza alla splendida spiaggia della Cinta, sia per l'accoglienza calorosa e ospitale di Daniela. È una persona carinissima, simpatica e bravissima nel fare i dolci che come colazione sono stati super. Grazie Daniela per tutto. Un saluto a Giulia, ci mancate già. Torneremo a trovarvi al più presto.

Il B&B daniela ha tutti i requisiti desiderati da noi che preferiamo passare le nostre vacanze nei B&B ovvero una struttura eccellente e tranquilla per rilassarsi e godersi le pause tra la spiaggia e le cene in paese, una colazione abbondante che basti anche quasi fino all'aperitivo pomeridiano e una proprietaria disponibile a rispondere ed esaudire qualsiasi richiesta, ci tengo a sottolineare anche la disponibilità che la Daniela a dimostrato nello sperimentare torte e crostate senza latte poiché mia moglie e intollerante, e ovviamente una persona come lei riesce in tutto e abbiamo quindi ottenuto delle colazioni davvero abbondanti e salutari. Un complimentone va anche alla nonna o vero la mamma della Daniela che con la sua saggezza ci ha allietato un paio di giorni!

Incantevole Daniela che ci ha accolti e coccolati durante il nostro soggiorno, colazione eccezionale ed eccellente, abbondante e deliziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona tranquilla ed atmosfera familiare.

Abbiamo passato in questo B&B 15 giorni meravigliosi. La casa è molto bella, vicinissima al mare ed al centro città; il mare è splendido. Le stanze sempre molto pulite, il bagno, pur essendo in comune, è sempre pulito. Daniela è una persona straordinaria, sempre disponibile ed attenta alle sue fantastiche colazioni abbondanti, è meravigliosa la sua torta di mele. Che dire: affrettatevi e buone vacanze. Mina.

B&B semplice ma accogliente. La Simpaticissima proprietaria è molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliato.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno per una settimana. Posizione ottima e strategica per poter girare le varie spiagge. Si trova in un posto tranquillo. La proprietaria una persona carinissima, gentilissima, sempre disponibile. Camera carina e spaziosa. Colazione super. Da ritornarci.

B&B consigliatissimo! Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dalla meravigliosa spiaggia La Cinta e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di San Teodoro. La colazione è abbondante e buonissima! C'è una cucina a disposizione per prepararsi pranzi e cene! Daniela, la proprietaria, è un angelo; ci si sente davvero a casa, disponibilissima, adorabile!

Raccomando vivamente questo B&B perché ci si sente come a casa: Daniela è adorabile, gentile, attenta a ogni bisogno (e fa torte buonissime), la localizzazione della villetta è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia della Cinta e agli ospiti è messa a disposizione una cucina nuova e attrezzatissima per potersi preparare da mangiare. Un piccolo paradiso.

Se è vero che la vita è fatta di momenti, non perdetevi questo. Qui c'è la Sardegna. In quest'acqua di cristallo, in questa sabbia di luna, in fondo agli occhi della piccola Giulia, nelle cure amorevoli di Daniela. Un soggiorno fantastico.

Ottima posizione, strategica per girare il nord della Sardegna e anche per rilassarsi nel fantastico mare della Cinta, l'accoglienza di Daniela è eccezionale, ti senti come a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stata benissimo in questo B&B, vicinissimo al mare raggiungibile a piedi in neanche 5 minuti. Il B&B è carinissimo, come la proprietaria Daniela e suo marito. Le camere sono molto spaziose e accoglienti. Il centro del paese è vicinissimo, si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi. La colazione è abbondante e ogni giorno Daniela preparava un dolce diverso. Consiglio al 100% questo B&B e spero di tornarci presto.

Ambiente pulito e molto tranquillo alla sera, camere comode, bagno comodo e sempre molto pulito. Le colazioni sono abbondanti, frutta marmellata, succo, torta fresca preparata da Daniela la proprietaria che è molto gentile e disponibile. I gestori, marito e moglie, sono gentilissimi. La struttura è "quasi" sulla spiaggia, solo 2 minuti a piedi. Consigliato.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo valutato l'idea di tornarci presto! La struttura è molto carina, curata e ospitale, e la sua posizione è eccezionale: a 2 minuti (forse meno) a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia de La cinta, e a 5 minuti - sempre a piedi - dal movimentato centro di San Teodoro. Daniela, la proprietaria, è davvero una persona eccezionale, accogliente e disponibilissima. Sorprendente è stata la colazione, forse la più abbondante e ricca che abbia visto tra tutte le varie strutture che ho girato! Consigliatissimo.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita da questo grazioso B&B, ha una posizione ottimale se si vuole andare in spiaggia senza spostarsi in macchina, la sua struttura è accogliente e familiare con un bel giardino curato. La proprietaria, gentilissima ha un vero talento per ideare e servire la colazione che è varia ed abbondante. Ne sono rimasta incantata. Anche io lo consiglio vivamente perché sono stata veramente bene.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B, il migliore utilizzato nel mio giro in moto in Sardegna. Daniela, la proprietaria, è una persona molto gentile e la struttura è bella.
