Welcome to B&B Arena Bianca, a newly designed accommodation located in the center of La Caletta, a municipality of Siniscola, which embraces the typical style of our island with the warm hospitality of our people.

We are situated just 150 meters from the beach and a few minutes away from the renowned destinations of Capo Comino and Berchida, which attract thousands of tourists every year with their emerald-colored crystal-clear waters and fine silvery sand. At the foot of Siniscola, almost like a postcard amidst the lush vegetation and typical splashes of color in this area of Sardinia, the Montalbo rises, with its granite rocks smoothed by centuries of wind and its peaks carved like small Dolomites, an ideal place for wonderful and unforgettable excursions.

In our cozy and warmly furnished rooms, equipped with every comfort to start the day off right, we offer our guests a tasty and delightful breakfast, the well-being of a family atmosphere, and the relaxation of a vacation, without forgetting the convenience of a favorable location, reachable in 20 minutes from the Isola Bianca seaport and Olbia Costa Smeralda airport.

The atmosphere at B&B Arena Bianca is inspired by the natural beauty of our most beautiful beaches, with their fine and white sand where the sun reflects its rays, making our vacations memorable. It is also inspired by the characteristic scent of the Santa Maria flower, providing us with unforgettable moments of pleasant relaxation, and the use of traditional furnishings and comfortable environments with the colors of the sea, the shades of the sun, and the scent of the wind.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 1% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The first meal of the day is always the most enjoyable: In this regard, we strive to offer you a healthy and complete breakfast, with organic products: fresh bread, butter, jam, honey, seasonal fruit, yogurt, fruit juices. It's a breakfast dedicated to well-being and good mood with homemade sweets, exquisite freshly baked cakes.

But to ensure you don't miss out on anything, you will also find excellent gluten-free pastries, prepared with organic flours such as buckwheat, millet, amaranth, and quinoa.

Struttura molto carina situata in un zona molto tattica per le spiagge e per la vita serale. La struttura e arredata in stile sardo camere con bagno molto accoglienti. Franco con la sua famiglia sono persone molto accoglienti offrono una colazione abbondante di prodotti fatti tutti da loro su un terrazzo. Noi e il secondo anno consecutivo che ci andiamo perché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Dunque, posso incominciare con il dire che sono stata più di una volta in questa struttura, che l'accoglienza è stata ottima, Franco sempre sorridente, cordiale, efficientissimo, a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa ed inoltre prepara succulenti colazioni. Le stanze sono pulitissime, la struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianchissima e mare stupendo e quindi. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Un saluto a Franco. La Ro. Bi. Ha soggiornato in Marzo 2017, viaggiato da solo.

Struttura pulitissima e ottimamente curata. Non n questo b&b nulla e' lasciato al caso a partire dalla prima collazione fatta con prodotti biologici e di grand gusto. Il titolare Franco è squisita, accogliente e gentilissima espressioni né della vera Sardegna fatta di accoglienza e genuinità. Ottima posizione per una spiaggia incantevole. Il tutto si sposa benissimo con questo paradiso terrestre.

Il B&B è davvero accogliente e confortevole, così come lo sono Franco e la sua famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, le stanze sono arredate con un fine gusto sardo, meravigliose e tenute con estrema cura e pulizia. La colazione è deliziosa e rilassante servita sulla terrazza con panorama sul viale del centro, rilassante! La SPIAGGIA è a pochi passi, molto bella e grandissima con una ricettività incredibile. Franco e famiglia sono persone disponibili, ospitali e di una squisita educazione! Tutto meraviglioso, davvero da consigliare! 10+.

Se amate il clima familiare ma discreto, la pulizia e la semplicità di un luogo accogliente, allora questo è il posto giusto per voi. Franco, il suo proprietario, ha fatto della gentilezza, il suo biglietto da visita. Essere accolti con un sorriso è stato l'inizio di un piacevole soggiorno in cui mi sono sentita libera e a casa.. La spiaggia bellissima della Caletta è lì a due passi, praticamente dietro l'angolo. Cos'altro chiedere? Un passaggio per l'aeroporto? Quando è possibile e concordandolo prima, il proprietario offre anche questo servizio. Da tornarci assolutamente!
