Descrizione
The Archubintu, which means "rainbow" in the Sassarese dialect, is located in a completely renovated historic building in the heart of the old town of Sassari. It is just a few steps away from the Cathedral, the Ducal Palace and the lively Piazza Tola, where there are numerous bars and nightclubs.
The train station and bus station are easily reachable on foot in just a few minutes.
The B&B offers single, double, twin and triple rooms, all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and WiFi. In addition, the triple room also has a private balcony.
On the upper floor there is the kitchen, the common area and a large terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink, or simply relax and smoke a cigarette for those who wish.
On request, a laundry service with washing and drying is available.

Our breakfast is mostly sweet, consisting of a slice of cake, buttered biscuits, Nutella, jams and honey, packaged snacks, fresh seasonal fruit and fresh fruit juices. There is a capsule coffee and ginseng machine, a cappuccino maker (with partially skimmed, lactose-free and soy milk) and a kettle for tea and herbal infusions. Gluten-free biscuits are available upon request.

Massimo was an excellent host. He was available for any questions and helped us set up the second bed in our room when we checked in, since I had forgotten to specify it in our booking. The beds were extremely comfortable and plush, the nicest we have slept on since we arrived in Italy. Breakfast was nice, with a slice of torta della nonna for each of us and plenty of coffee available. The location was great as well, right in the historical center of the city and close to all the main tourist sights. Overall we were very pleased with the property and would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Sassari.

Our stay at Massimo's went very well. He is very responsive to requests. The apartment is very well located, right in the center of Sassari. Sassari is also a large town with all amenities. It is well situated relative to the beaches, Alghero airport, and is also close to the highway that leads north to visit La Maddalena, an unmissable place in summer with its paradisiacal beaches. Thanks also to Massimo for his welcome and kindness.

The B&B is located on the second floor (there is no elevator) of a building in a small street in the historic center, just steps from the Church of Santa Caterina and the beautiful Cathedral. It is easily reachable on foot from a nearby square where there is paid parking (many spaces are reserved for residents). The environment is modern and tastefully furnished. Our double room was quite spacious, very clean, with a third bed/sofa and a tiny balcony. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. On the upper floor, there is the breakfast room overlooking a delightful flowered terrace and a kitchenette where everything needed for breakfast is provided (slices of fresh cake in the fridge). Massimo, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Archubintu B&B is a wonderful place to rest, relax and live the Italian dream. Massimo was so amazing and super accommodating at every moment. I really loved the entire space, energy, and location. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything went very well. We arrived late and the procedure to retrieve the keys and enter the accommodation was very clear and detailed, we really appreciated it. The only slight downside would be the breakfast, which is not very varied. The terrace is very enjoyable.

Brand new structure located in a very central area of Sassari. Massimo has managed to create a B&B with remarkable skill and originality, furnished with taste, very clean, and the crowning glory is the attic-kitchen with a veranda where you can enjoy the super well-stocked and well-organized breakfast by the owner. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended structure.
