What guests say

Guests value the central location in Sassari’s historic centre, within easy reach of sights, shops and the station. Reviews frequently praise the clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated rooms and Massimo’s warm, responsive hosting. Many enjoy the breakfast, though some find it limited in variety. Keep in mind that the B&B is on an upper floor with no lift, and nearby parking may be paid or restricted to residents.

I stayed at this delightful property and felt very comfortable, a short distance from the station, in the historic center and a short distance from the Teatro Civico. I liked the property very much because it is new, very clean, comfortable and Massimo is very helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. It will certainly be my point of reference for my next visit to Sassari.

I loved the location in the old centre near the church of Santa Katerina, close to everything (train station, shops, piazzas, university, tavernas, cafés, etc.). Breakfast lacked fresh bread and local products, but everything else was fine, especially the pastries. The owner was very helpful and full of positive energy. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet. The only problem for me was going up and down the stairs, but that was my own issue.

Massimo was an excellent host. He was available for any questions and helped us set up the second bed in our room when we checked in, since I had forgotten to specify it in our booking. The beds were extremely comfortable and plush, the nicest we have slept on since we arrived in Italy. Breakfast was nice, with a slice of torta della nonna for each of us and plenty of coffee available. The location was great as well, right in the historical center of the city and close to all the main tourist sights. Overall we were very pleased with the property and would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Sassari.

Our stay at Massimo's went very well. He is very responsive to requests. The apartment is very well located, right in the center of Sassari. Sassari is also a large town with all amenities. It is well situated relative to the beaches, Alghero airport, and is also close to the highway that leads north to visit La Maddalena, an unmissable place in summer with its paradisiacal beaches. Thanks also to Massimo for his welcome and kindness.

The B&B is located on the second floor (there is no elevator) of a building in a small street in the historic center, just steps from the Church of Santa Caterina and the beautiful Cathedral. It is easily reachable on foot from a nearby square where there is paid parking (many spaces are reserved for residents). The environment is modern and tastefully furnished. Our double room was quite spacious, very clean, with a third bed/sofa and a tiny balcony. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. On the upper floor, there is the breakfast room overlooking a delightful flowered terrace and a kitchenette where everything needed for breakfast is provided (slices of fresh cake in the fridge). Massimo, the owner, was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything went very well. We arrived late and the procedure to retrieve the keys and enter the accommodation was very clear and detailed, we really appreciated it. The only slight downside would be the breakfast, which is not very varied. The terrace is very enjoyable.

Brand new structure located in a very central area of Sassari. Massimo has managed to create a B&B with remarkable skill and originality, furnished with taste, very clean, and the crowning glory is the attic-kitchen with a veranda where you can enjoy the super well-stocked and well-organized breakfast by the owner. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended structure.
