Description
La Corte is a holiday home divided into 3 apartments.
In particular it is a two-room apartment (4 people) with a small garden inside a sunny and quiet courtyard, a two-room apartment (5 people) with a small balcony overlooking the same courtyard and a three-room apartment (7 people) on the first floor with double facing and two balconies on Via Carlo Alberto and on the internal courtyard.
Via Carlo Alberto is one of the oldest and most characteristic streets of Santa Teresa Gallura, starting from the main square and ending in the market square where the buses arrive from the port and the airport of Olbia.
The court is at number 17 about thirty meters from the square and less than 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca, blue band for more than thirty years and recently also green flag (beach suitable for children).
The parking is free in the streets adjacent to the Court and it is also possible to make a weekly pass for € 30 which entitles you to park in all the paid parking (blue stripes) of the Santa Teresa municipality including a dozen beaches.
In all three apartments you will find double glazing, ceiling fans, wifi and the first supply of sheets and towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer and iron.
Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and drying racks in the balconies or in the garden.
At check-in, we will give you a map of the country with suggestions on what to visit, where to park, on the most beautiful and less crowded beaches, tips on the best restaurants some of which offer our guests a discount of 10% an overview of the most interesting activities of Santa Teresa (tour of the islands by boat, scuba diving, etc.).
The owners speak fluent Italian, English, French and Spanish.

Given the great demand for a breakfast breakfast voucher, we have agreed with a restaurant on the other side of the square in the pedestrian street (80m from the apartments), the possibility for our guests to have breakfast from 0800 to 1030 am in a beautiful panoramic terrace with sea view. The cost of breakfast (sweet or continental) is 7 € per person. So from this year you can choose whether to book the apartment with breakfast included or without breakfast included. If you have particular intolerances for breakfast, please let us know in order to give the restaurant the possibility to organize itself better, thanks.
In any case, each apartment is equipped with a kitchen and been in the town center, around the house you will find a wide choice of bars offering sweet and savory breakfast, ice cream parlors, minimarket and everything you will have need during your vacation.

La Corte, is located in the historic center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in Sardinia, in the far north of the island, facing Corsica.
The surrounding nature is characterized by Mediterranean vegetation dotted with monumental granite rocks and countless white sandy bays. Less than five minutes walk from the La Corte Appartamenti you will find the Rena Bianca beach (blue flag for over 30 years) with its crystal clear waters and, above, the majestic Tower of Longosardo, built in the 16th century by the Spaniards to control the naval flow of the strict. Just outside the village stands the Nuragic site of Lu Brandali with the Tomba dei Giganti. At three kilometers, the peninsula of Capo Testa, site of Community interest (SIC), of great beauty with its granite, the Roman quarries, the striking beaches and the lighthouse. From the port of Santa Teresa there are ferries that, in fifty minutes, lead to Bonifacio, in Corsica, where in the day you can visit the charming medieval old town overlooking the sea. Just 20 km away, you can admire the famous Rock of Capo d'Orso, in Palau, or set sail for La Maddalena (15 minutes by ferry) which, together with its archipelago, is a geo-marine National Park. The surrounding area offers attractions of various kinds, from the Costa Smeralda, which is only 35km to the Etnographic museums of Aggius (40km).

Posizione fantastica, proprio nel centro di Santa Teresa di Gallura, comodissimo alla bellissima piazza, parcheggio comodo, spiaggia comoda ma soprattutto fantastica, ambiente silenzioso. Gestori simpaticissimi.
In 4 grandi (i ragazzi ormai occupano come un adulto) siamo stati molto comodi. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo fatto un ottimo soggiorno in questa struttura, già conosciuta in precedenti vacanze, sempre accompagnati dalle attenzioni dei gestori Daria e Simone, persone davvero squisite!
L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole e molto ben attrezzato, in pieno centro del paese ma al riparo dai rumori.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e non possiamo che raccomandare questo posto per una bella vacanza nella splendida Gallura.

L'appartamento è vicino a tutto spiaggia compresa. Al nostro arrivo, Daria ci ha dato moltissime informazioni sui dintorni e sulle cose da fare o i luoghi da visitare! La cucina ha tutto il necessario, compreso un comodo il balconcino per stendere gli asciugamani.
La camera da letto è molto grande e affaccia su in giardino interno silenzioso. Tutto l'appartamento è esposto a est quindi prende il sole solo la mattina, dettaglio non da sottovalutare specialmente con il caldo che ha fatto in questi giorni! Le camere comunque hanno ventilatori al soffitto molto efficienti.
Santa Teresa Gallura è una cittadina molto piacevole con spiagge stupende.
Ci torneremo.

La location coniuga perfettamente la comodità della vicinanza alla spiaggia più bella di santa Teresa con la piacevole collocazione in centro, ma in strada assolutamente silenziosa, per poter godere della vita di paese. Ottima sistemazione: Simone e Daria sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti. Grazie.

Sono stata nell'appartamento al piano terra, con giardino, nel settembre 2017. Ottima esperienza. L'appartamento è nel centro del paese (vicino a bar, ristoranti, negozi), ma è estremamente tranquillo.
È vicino anche alla spiaggia, per cui ci si può tranquillamente scordare l'auto.
Dentro è perfettamente ristrutturato, confortevole e accogliente e con i suoi colori vivaci mette allegria. Daria e Simone - i padroni di casa - sono deliziosi e fanno sentire gli ospiti a casa loro. Che dire di più? Spero di tornarci presto.

Soggiorno stupendo. Daria e Simone sono stati davvero molto gentili ed accoglienti, ci hanno dato molte indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare e ci hanno consigliato numerosi locali ottimi. Appartamento molto carino, colorato ed accogliente. Struttura dog friendly. Consigliatissimo.
