La Corte is a large 100m2 apartment with two bedrooms, one of which is triple (double bed and single bed) with balcony, a second double bedroom, a large dining room with flat-screen TV and double sofa bed and balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. (sleeps 7).
The apartment is located on the first and last floor with a double east/west view and two balconies overlooking Via Carlo Alberto and the internal courtyard.
Via Carlo Alberto is one of the oldest and most characteristic streets of Santa Teresa Gallura, it starts from the main square and ends in the market square where buses arrive from the port and airport of Olbia.
The courtyard is at number 17, about thirty meters from the square and less than 5 minutes walk from the splendid Rena Bianca beach, which has been awarded a blue flag for over thirty years and recently also a green flag (beach suitable for children).
Parking is free in the streets adjacent to the Court and it is also possible to get a weekly pass for Euro 50. 00 which entitles you to park in all paid car parks (blue lines) in the Santa Teresa municipality including around ten beaches.
The apartment is equipped with double glazing, ceiling fans, Wifi, hand soap, toilet paper, hairdryer and iron.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and drying racks in the balconies.
At check-in, upon delivery of the keys, we will give you a map of the town with suggestions on what to visit, where to park, on the most beautiful and least crowded beaches, advice on the best restaurants, some of which offer our guests a 10% discount and an overview of the most interesting activities in Santa Teresa (boat trips to the islands, scuba diving, etc.).
The owners speak fluent Italian, English, French and Spanish.

La Corte, is located in the historic center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in Sardinia, in the far north of the island, facing Corsica.
The surrounding nature is characterized by Mediterranean vegetation dotted with monumental granite rocks and countless white sandy bays. Less than five minutes walk from the La Corte Appartamenti you will find the Rena Bianca beach (blue flag for over 30 years) with its crystal clear waters and, above, the majestic Tower of Longosardo, built in the 16th century by the Spaniards to control the naval flow of the strict. Just outside the village stands the Nuragic site of Lu Brandali with the Tomba dei Giganti. At three kilometers, the peninsula of Capo Testa, site of Community interest (SIC), of great beauty with its granite, the Roman quarries, the striking beaches and the lighthouse. From the port of Santa Teresa there are ferries that, in fifty minutes, lead to Bonifacio, in Corsica, where in the day you can visit the charming medieval old town overlooking the sea. Just 20 km away, you can admire the famous Rock of Capo d'Orso, in Palau, or set sail for La Maddalena (15 minutes by ferry) which, together with its archipelago, is a geo-marine National Park. The surrounding area offers attractions of various kinds, from the Costa Smeralda, which is only 35km to the Etnographic museums of Aggius (40km).

Two-room apartment in a strategic position in Santa Teresa, fully furnished and very functional. The reference person, Simone, is definitely an added value. Highly recommended, if we were to return to Gallura we will definitely come back here.

Fantastic location, right in the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, very convenient to the beautiful square, easy parking, comfortable beach but above all fantastic, quiet environment. Very friendly managers. We were very comfortable in 4 adults (the boys now occupy like an adult). Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this property, already known from previous holidays, always accompanied by the attentions of the managers Daria and Simone, truly delightful people!
The apartment is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, right in the town center but away from noise.
We were very satisfied and we can only recommend this place for a nice holiday in beautiful Gallura.

The apartment is close to everything, including the beach. Upon our arrival, Daria gave us a lot of information about the surroundings and things to do or places to visit! The kitchen has everything you need, including a comfortable balcony for hanging towels. The bedroom is very large and overlooks a quiet inner garden. The whole apartment is facing east so it only gets the sun in the morning, a detail not to be underestimated especially with the heat we've had these days! The rooms, however, have very efficient ceiling fans. Santa Teresa Gallura is a very pleasant town with stunning beaches. We will come back.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment with garden in September 2017. Excellent experience. The apartment is in the center of the village (close to bars, restaurants, shops), but it is extremely quiet. It is also close to the beach, so you can easily forget about the car. Inside, it is perfectly renovated, comfortable and welcoming, and with its bright colors it brings joy. Daria and Simone - the hosts - are delightful and make guests feel at home. What more can I say? I hope to go back soon.
