Description

Our establishment is situated in a peaceful location in the bay of Porto Istana and is surrounded by lush greenery and the scents of the Mediterranean scrubland.

The beach is approximately 1 km away and can also be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Our apartments (two three-room and one two-room) have a private garden and reserved parking space.

Greetings everyone, my name is Marina Marongiu. I am 60 years old and I live in Florence, where I work as a business consultant. However, my true passion is Porto Istana, in Sardinia, which is located 10 km away from Olbia port and airport. It is a seaside destination where I dream of returning once I reach my well-deserved retirement.

This establishment came into existence 15 years ago after the death of my mother. Almost as a playful idea, my partner, the father of my daughter, and I decided to take part in the new B&B market. The villa was very spacious and suitable for this venture. We do it as a hobby, like a game. My partner is already retired, and I will soon join him. It is a dream life that I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I await you in this splendid paradise where I have spent the best years of my life, and where I hope to spend the remaining ones together with you.

Marina and Romano are two golden people, welcoming and super available for any need or advice. The apartment is very clean and cozy, located in a very beautiful and comfortable area for moving around. I strongly recommend it both for the accommodation and especially for the people who manage it, to whom we have become very attached.

All positive, in fact we returned the following week. Near a beautiful beach and Mrs. Marina made our stay even more charming with her availability and cheerfulness.

We really enjoyed the place and the calm. The welcome was very warm and the breakfast good. I recommend. We managed with the host even though we didn't speak Italian.

Beautiful house on top of a hill, with an incredible view of the entire valley. The host was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. I would highly recommend.
