It is bright and quiet.
It is located in a central position in the district of Genneruxi, one of the most beautiful of Cagliari, quiet and safe. Surrounded by the wonderful Monte Urpinu Park (with its amazing Viale Europa Viewpoint), the beautiful Molentargius Natural Park where flamingos nest,
St. Benedict District (with its shops, offices, restaurants, bars and pizzerias) that you can reach on foot in 5 minutes.
You can can arrive to the beaches of Poetto and Calamosca, and to the Sella del Diavolo in 10 minutes by bus, car or bike (the bike path in Via dei Conversi is one hundred yards from the house) or (as me!: -) ) in more time running too.
Walking you 'll be in one minute to the bus stop (line number 6) and in less than five minutes to the "Gennari" overground railway station.
So you can easily and quickly reach any point of the city as the Bastion of Saint Remy, the historic districts of Castello, Marina, Stampace as well as the beaches of Poetto and Calamosca, the Devil's Saddle the shopping centers, hospitals, the University Citadel of Monserrato (Cittadella Universitaria di Monserrato).
You 'll find easily free public parking near the House (the district is safe).

It is always a pleasure to stay in Giorgio and Nicoletta's house, kind, 'human', smiling and very helpful people. The studio is cozy, simple but equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable bed, perfect bathroom. The structure is quiet and in a good position to reach the city center on foot as well. Our stay was excellent! Cagliari and the people of Cagliari, huge love. First time in Sardinia, a trip decided suddenly, not knowing the area well we had imagined having to rent a car to explore the wonders that Sardinia offers, we were wrong. Cagliari enchanted us, a city organized with efficient buses, scooters and bikes to rent, often free for the first 15 minutes and they take you everywhere. A city full of parks where you can spend moments of relaxation and enjoy magnificent views after a short walk up to the panoramic points in Monte Urpinu park, Monte Claro park, Bastione di Saint Remi, all the promontory that from Sant'Elia beach leads up to the lighthouse and the anti-aircraft tower with a wonderful panorama over the cliff between the Grotta delle Ostriche and Calamosca. We visited the wonderful public gardens near the bastion, the Villanova and Marina districts, rich in small squares and clubs, we wandered in the covered market where you can breathe and experience humanity and scents and find excellent products, stuff to organize a truck to transport them home. We enjoyed the sea of Calamosca, Sant'Elia, and the magnificent Poetto, a 7km beach in the city with clear sea. Poetto alternates a private beach with a free beach, for the entire stretch of beach, as said 7km, with all services, very clean. All enhanced by the human beauty of the CAGLIARITANI, wonderful people, when you read about "people who have the sun and a smile in their eyes" I will always think of them, wonderful, friendly, always available and with a real smile that can be perceived in their gazes, authentic well-being is breathed. Giorgio and Nicoletta exactly reflect all this, people who make you fall in love not only with the holiday but also with the people, a rare thing today. Very helpful, moreover Giorgio is a cycling enthusiast, he will recommend bike rides and excursions to discover the infinite beauties of Cagliari. The structure is welcoming, organized, located in a beautiful residential area 1km from the city center, reachable on foot in 15/20 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes, absolute peace to rest after long days at the sea, in the city or in the parks. For every need, Giorgio and Nicoletta are always ready and with the typical sun in their eyes. This experience in Cagliari put me in difficulty, if you manage to live and fully grasp the beauty and well-being of living in this city, you risk questioning the work and the city in which you live thinking about Cagliari and the Cagliaritani. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a lug. 2018, al primo piano di un piccolo condominio silenzioso situato a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro in una zona tranquilla a 300 metri dalla fermata di varie linee di autobus/metro con possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto nelle immediate vicinanze e dove è presente anche un grande Supermercato.
La camera matrimoniale assegnataci era dotata di armadio a due ante, 2 sedie e un grande tavolo con cassetti. con piccolo balcone. Gradevole il bagno con doccia -non finestrato- dotato di sanitari recenti.
Ambiente che appariva essenziale ma pulito e ordinato.
Cambio della biancheria previsto dopo 3 gg. circa
A disposizione bollitore per the/caffè, teli mare e ombrellone.
I proprietari si sono rivelati persone gentili e premurose, sempre ben disponibili verso le richieste degli ospiti.
Complessivamente offerta valida e prezzo ragionevole.
Ci ritornerei senza problemi.

B&B ANANIA - Lo abbiamo trovato per caso, abbiamo preso contatti con Giorgio, persona gentilissima che ringraziamo per la sua ospitalità e disponibilità. Luogo tranquillo dal quale ci siamo spostati verso diversi punti della città con estrema facilità. La stanza, camera matrimoniale con bagno interno è risultata spaziosa e pulita. Ottimo il consiglio di Giorgio per la pizzeria.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per tre notti. Luogo silenzioso, ben servito da mezzi pubblici. Gentili, affabili e disponibilissimi i proprietari. Ci siamo trovati molto bene tanto da consigliarlo a nostra figlia per il suo prossimo soggiorno a Cagliari.
Anche se non vietato può risultare un po' sgradevole l'odore di fumo di sigaretta che si avverte entrando nel B&B.

Tanto da consigliare ANANIA a sua figlia per il suo prossimo soggiorno a Cagliari. Ma anche per aver sottolineato la tranquillità e il silenzio del contesto (con la possibilità, di avere a due passi, quando lo si desidera, tutta la vivacità e il movimento che si vuole) nonchè il fatto che la zona sia ben servita da bus, metro di superficie (ma anche da tutti gli altri servizi quali supermarket, ristoranti, pizzerie, banche, poste, farmacie). Faremo il possibile per sensibilizzare gli ospiti affinché l’inconveniente da lei segnalato (seppure limitato, come lei stessa precisa, al solo ingresso del B&B e non riguardante quindi anche la camera da lei occupata) non si ripeta per il futuro: su questo, ci auguriamo, potrà riferirle sua figlia: -) Un caro saluto e a presto! Ha soggiornato nel “Primo Ambiente” (matrimoniale con bagno in camera, possibilità di terzo letto aggiuntivo, climatizzatore, TV32”, minifrigo, WiFi gratuito, asciugacapelli).

Tanto da consigliare ANANIA a sua figlia per il suo prossimo soggiorno a Cagliari. Ma anche per aver sottolineato la tranquillità e il silenzio del contesto (con la possibilità, di avere a due passi, quando lo si desidera, tutta la vivacità e il movimento che si vuole) nonchè il fatto che la zona sia ben servita da bus, metro di superficie (ma anche da tutti gli altri servizi quali supermarket, ristoranti, pizzerie, banche, poste, farmacie). Faremo il possibile per sensibilizzare gli ospiti affinché l’inconveniente da lei segnalato (seppure limitato, come lei stessa precisa, al solo ingresso del B&B e non riguardante quindi anche la camera da lei occupata) non si ripeta per il futuro: su questo, ci auguriamo, potrà riferirle sua figlia: -) Un caro saluto e a presto! Ottima struttura, ristrutturata di recente e arredata con gusto. Tra gli innumerevoli comfort abbiamo gradito molto la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina ed il microonde. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 prenotando tutto l'appartamento. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, super super consigliato. A presto.

Il B&B Anania è una struttura molto accogliente. Presenta delle camere ben arredate, moderne e dotate di qualsiasi comfort: wifi, riscaldamento, tv nonché un'ottima colazione.
Signor Giorgio e signora Nicoletta sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e sempre attente alle necessità del cliente.
La consiglio vivamente a tutti, mi sono sentita come se fossi a casa.

Ho soggiornato presso Casa Anania durante le feste natalizie e mi sono trovato molto bene. La scrivania ed il letto che ho trovato in camera erano comodissimi; come il televisore medio/grande sulla parete. Connessione Wi - Fi gratuita; varia ed abbondante la colazione, che offriva una scelta di ottimi prodotti. I titolari, Giorgio e Nicoletta, sono persone squisite, ospitali e sempre attenti a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Molto conveniente anche il passaggio da/per l'aeroporto di Elmas. Mi sono davvero sentito a casa. Ci tornerò e non posso che consigliarla a tutti. Il mio voto generale è 10.

Sono tornato con molto piacere presso il BeB ANANIA reduce dell'esperienza positiva dell'anno scorso. I gestori sono sempre estremamente gentili e disponibili. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e pulito. La colazione è abbondante. Ci si sente veramente a casa. Voto dieci! Veramente tutto eccezionale!

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce B&B et ce fut très agréable. Giorgio et Nicoletta sont vraiment adorables et nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Ils ont pris le temps de nous montrer la ville et de nous expliquer comment circuler en moyen de transport pour découvrir Cagliari. Toujours disponible pour un renseignement.
Les chambres sont agréables et climatisées. La salle de bain est propre avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris dans la chambre ou dans un café à proximité.
Merci à Giorgio et Nicoletta qui ont rendu notre séjour à Cagliari très agréable.

Sono stato giusto una notte di passaggio. Scelto dal sito proprio perché dalle foto che ho visto mi sembrava molto pulito ordinato e anche carino. Non mi sono sbagliato, ho optato per l ambiente n. 1. Camera spaziosa bagno molto carino e super accessoriato nonché estremamente pulito ed accogliente. Posizione abbastanza centrale molto vicino a via Dante. Personale gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e volenteroso. Lo consiglio vivamente. L unica cosa che mi é sembrata strana, che nonostante la colazione fosse abbondante, era di tipo Self service. comunque nulla da dire siamo stati veramente bene. Vale 10. Complimenti!

Siamo stati benissimo, posto carino, pulito e in una zona tranquillissima. Consigliabile per una fuga romantica mentre se si volesse visitare la città rimane un po' lontano dal centro (anche se Cagliari non è San Francisco) ma noi rientravamo nel primo caso. I gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Lo consiglio!

Abbiamo optato per il "Terzo Ambiente", ossia il monolocale con angolo cottura adiacente e bagno esclusivo esterno.
Ambiente dotato di ogni comfort esattamente come descritto sul sito web; angolo cottura, luminosissimo e separato da tende dal resto dell'ambiente. Bagno piccolo ma bello e comodo.
La posizione è molto silenziosa e non ci ha dato problemi di parcheggio; è inoltre ben servita dai mezzi pubblici ed è comunque possibile raggiungere il centro con una bella passeggiata.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene e vogliamo nuovamente ringraziare i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

We have stayed in this place only for 1 night, but we have enjoyed it so much. Giorgio e Nicoletta are very nice, helpful and kind couple, when we arrived, they showed us and explain everything (even how we can get to the city centre, where are the best restaurants and where we can find the nearest supermarket). Our room was furnished simply, but nicely, everything was clean and made great impression. The small minus was only the breakfast which were not served in the house, but a few minutes walking in the cafeteria and you could choose only 1 peace of the croissant or pizzeta and coffee / tea with the juice. And it would be also good if there would be a fridge for all guests in the hall where they can put some food (there was only one in the second room which was occupied by other guests). But everything else was perfect - can only recommend it.

Super nette Gastgeber, die einen bei Ankunft gleich sehr nett einweisen und für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen. Die Lage ist auch super, in einem sehr ruhigen, schönen Viertel und mit dem Bus ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Supermarkt ist auch vorhanden. War ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt, für den ich dem überaus netten Gastgeberpaar nochmal danken will.
