Roberta and Andrea will be glad to welcome you in an impeccable but
familiar atmosphere.

Situated in a strategic position, in town to a few minutes from downtown
and from the characteristic city beach "The Poetto", this luxurious
apartment offers all comforts of a permanence in town without excluding the possibility of a sweet break on the fantastic sea of Sardinia.

Refined furnitures immersed in a sole and quite environment, rooms
provided of all of the comforts (and private toilets, wi fi) with a panoramic
view on the Gulf of the Angels. Why to deprive yourself of a rich
breakfast in a sole atmosphere with fines porcelains of 19 century? iun. gov. it E4009

I had a great time. The room was very elegant and always fresh and clean. The landlady turned out to be a very kind person (upon my arrival, she left a package of delicious local biscuits in the room) and always generous with valuable advice on what to do and see during the stay.

We stayed at the property for a few days. The Almea B&B is very nice, very warm and familiar. The rooms are large and comfortable and perfectly air-conditioned. The lady who welcomed us was always very kind and helpful and upon our arrival she made us find a typical gift from the area, greatly appreciated and at our departure she gave us a souvenir from Sardinia. Small details that made us feel very pampered. We had breakfast at the bar just below the property and I must say we were welcomed with great kindness and friendliness. Pastries and cappuccinos of excellent quality. Our stay was fantastic.

Almea B&B is very nice and homely, conveniently located and superbly connected to public transport. 10 minutes by bus to the beach, and 10 minutes to the center. The hostess was super nice and organized everything great - very hospitable.

I had a really nice stay at Almea B&B and would recommend this place. Both the city centre as well as Poetto are in walking distance (approximately 30 min) or easily accessible by bus. The place is clean and has a wonderful balcony with many plants. My room had AC and an en-suite bathroom which I highly appreciated. Due to Covid restrictions there is no homemade breakfast available at the moment but Roberta organized a little Italian breakfast at a nearby cafe. Summing up, I would definitely recommend Almea B&B.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and comfortable apartment. The hosts were amazing in their hospitality and generosity, making our stay even more enjoyable. Well located, a 20-minute walk from the historical city center, with beautiful views, well-equipped, very clean, and air-conditioned. We very much enjoyed the personal touch of the apartment - and the hosts were very generous in offering advice on places to visit, restaurants, and sites. We will come back! Thank you to Nicoletta and Roberta for their hospitality!

I stayed at the Almea B&B for just one night but it was enough to have a great impression on all fronts! I met Roberta, the owner, just on the day of departure but her kindness and availability immediately struck me. The property is gorgeous both in terms of comfort and location; the area is quiet and parking is easy to find; the view is wonderful. Last but not least, the delicacy of the welcome from Nicoletta, Roberta's sister. It was sublime for its precision and sensitivity. I recommend this property for both business and leisure trips, in short, thanks to all the great women. Until next time.

Il B&B Almea è veramente un'alternativa valida rispetto a un albergo a 4 stelle. Situato al 6°piano di un bel palazzo panoramico in una zona tranquilla, residenziale e chic in cui parcheggiare non e un problema e inoltre servitissima di mezzi pubblici, che la collegano sia al centro che alla spiaggia del Poetto in non più di 5 minuti. L’arredamento ricercato e po' retro ti fa sentire il calore dell’accoglienza, con ogni comfort possibile: il pianoforte, la libreria zeppa di interessanti libri anche per bambini, le vecchie vetrine, i soprammobili ricercati. Le stanze sono pulitissime. Anche i consigli delle padrone di casa Roby e Nico sui luoghi dove assaporare buona cucina sono stati davvero superbi. Imperdibile la colazione servita in fini porcellane inglesi di fine ottocento. Veramente un luogo di charme, a prezzi molto competitivi, straconsigliato!

Vengo sempre accolta benissimo, la stanza è comoda e accogliente, la colazione moto buona! La camera è pulita e la posizione molto comoda è abbastanza vicina al mare e al centro, ci sono mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze e il parcheggio non manca.

Siamo stati accolti molto bene, la signora Nicoletta molto premurosa e disponibile e gentile. Ottima la pulizia la colazione abbondante. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Lo consiglio a chi deve andare a Cagliari.

Ci sono stata a fine dicembre 2015. Casa stupenda e personale molto gentile. Colazione da favola immersa nel verde della terrazza di un piano alto.
