Description
Agrisole is an oasis of peace surrounded by nature, inhabited by kind people and a friendly family of cats that make the atmosphere even more welcoming. This small, colorful hamlet recalls the architecture of ancient Gallura's stazzi, offering the perfect balance between tradition and modern comfort.
Strategic location between countryside and sea
Located just 8 km from Olbia and 12 km from Porto Rotondo, Agrisole is the ideal starting point to explore the wonders of Sardinia and the Costa Smeralda. Its unique location combines the tranquility of the countryside with proximity to beaches and city services, making it the perfect destination for a rejuvenating holiday.
The property covers 15 hectares, providing guests with ample space for walks in nature and moments of pure relaxation.
An authentic and welcoming hamlet
The entire structure evokes the charming atmosphere of old villages. The rooms, divided into two separate buildings (one with five rooms and the other with two), offer peace and comfort. The restaurant, the beating heart of the hamlet, invites you to discover the genuine and authentic flavors of Sardinian cuisine.
Comfort and room services
The rooms, carefully designed to ensure a comfortable stay, are equipped with a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, and free Wi-Fi. Bed and bathroom linen are included, with towels changed every 4 days and bed linen every 7 days. Cleaning is also carried out every 4 days to maintain a consistently welcoming environment.
The minimum stay required is 7 nights. However, we recommend contacting us directly to check availability for shorter stays.
The restaurant: authentic Sardinian flavors
The restaurant, open from April to October, offers a fixed menu that highlights the authentic flavors of Sardinian tradition, carefully prepared with predominantly local ingredients. It is open to both agritourism guests and the general public. In April, May, and October, it operates 2 to 3 days a week, while from June to September, it is open daily except on Tuesdays.
Guests staying at Agrisole can book up to four different dinners during their stay, each consisting of a first course, main course, dessert, water, and wine, or opt for a complete traditional Sardinian dinner. For external visitors, the fixed menu offers a selection of the best dishes of Sardinian tradition.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, and dinner reservations are mandatory.
Note:
We do not offer half-board service, but we provide flexible options to allow our guests to enjoy the dishes on our fixed menu during their stay.
Agrisole: an authentic experience
Agrisole is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation, good food, and the magic of Sardinia, in an authentic and warm environment.
