The Belvedere La Peonia Guesthouse is a cozy accommodation located in a strategic point for those who want to visit the wonderful beaches of the southeast coast of Sardinia, offering peace, cleanliness, and comfort at the right price. The brand-new rooms are carefully furnished and all equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, a hairdryer, and a furnished veranda for relaxation.
It has two double rooms with sea view veranda and a twin room with a hill view veranda. Breakfast is served in the common kitchen, while in the garden, you will find a beautiful barbecue area with a table and benches, where you can eat and cook. Free Wi-Fi connection is available.
Parking is in front of the property, and there is internal parking available for motorcycles and bicycles. Special offers are available for teachers and workers.
Extra services include shuttle, laundry, and beach equipment.
Check-in is from 5:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Other times are possible but must be agreed with the manager.

The property is located one kilometer from the center of Villaputzu and 4 km from the beaches of Porto Corallo. The beautiful beaches of Costa Rei are located 20 km away and those of Villasimius are located 30 km away.
How to get there: Leaving the town of Villaputzu towards Tortolì / Arbatax we are just after the district of Santa Maria. Once you reach the roundabout near the district, cross it and go straight ahead. Shortly after (about 100 meters) turn left and go straight up. It is the fifth house (yellow) and has a stone fence.

Stefania is a great host and made us feel really at home. She even invited us to a lunch with her friends and the food was simply amazing! \nWe received fresh towels every second day and she made our room. We found the location great and loved the small village next to it. Would definitely stay here again!

If we could give 100, we would give 100 to everything! Stefania and Marcello are two truly special people. Kind, unobtrusive, and always ready to give great advice. We have no words to thank them for their hospitality. We felt so good that we returned to them 3 times, we visited many bed and breakfasts in Sardinia and the Belvedere La Peonia is number one in every respect. We recommend it to all those who want to visit this enchanting area of Sardinia, you won't regret it.

Ho soggiornato solo una notte trovando grande professionalità, la struttura è accogliente e pulita, ed ho apprezzato molto il silenzio e la pace che l'avvolge.

Il posto è ottimo la signor Stefania gentilissima la colazione buonissima unico neo il bagno che è si pulitissimo ma è composto male così il wc e messo sotto l'unica finestra che quando lo si usa deve rimanere necessariamente chiusa e il box doccia risulta scomodo, inoltre mi permetto di consigliare alla gestione di montare una tenda avvolgibile nel terrazzo per evitare che la camera con vista al mare sia esposta al sole già dalle 6, 00 del mattino, detto ciò ripeto il posto è ottimo e lo consiglio a tutti il livello qualità prezzo è davvero buono in altre situazioni ho speso di più e non ho avuto un servizio così buono

Struttura B&B nuovissima divinamente arredata.
Camera pulitissima e ordinata, dotata di ogni comfort: phon, tv, frigobar, condizionatore, balcone ampio con ottima vista mare e paesaggio.
Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. Ottima colazione e super ricca.

La posizione è strategica, sia per il mare, che per scoprire l’interno del territorio. La signora Stefania, che gestisce la struttura è stata di una gentilezza superlativa, sempre disponibile e l’atmosfera che si respira è familiare, esattamente ciò che ci si aspetterebbe da un B&B (ma non è così scontato).

Struttura nuova, molto bella, le camere sono ordinate, abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli, tutte dotate di un terrazzo dal quale si gode di una splendida vista su stagno e mare, veder sorgere il sole ogni mattina non ha prezzo.
La colazione assolutamente da lod! La signora Stefania è una persona molto piacevole e disponibile, gentile ed ottima pasticciera, non ha mai mancato di farci trovare un dolce fatto in casa al mattino.
È stata una padrona di casa presente e discreta.
La cucina ad uso comune è un valore aggiunto, dotata di microonde e piastra ad induzione è stata molto utile.
Pulizie effettuate regolarmente ogni tre giorni.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo caldamente.

Abbiamo passato in questo fantastico B&B i primi 3 giorni della nostra vacanza alla scoperta del sud della Sardegna.
Un grande grazie ai gestori dell'affittacamere! Gentilissimi, discreti e professionali.
Cerchiamo di essere sintetici ed esporre i punti di forza che tanto abbiamo apprezzato e che ci hanno fatto mettere questo alloggio al TOP della classifica mentale che abbiamo dei vari B&B dove siamo stati:
-casa molto carina, dall'aspetto fresco ma dall'atmosfera calda, arredata con gusto e semplicità;
-camera fantastica, profumata, con bel bagno privato, possibilità di accendere l'aria condizionata e con accesso indipendente a piacevole ed apprezzatissima terrazza esterna ad uso privato con sedie, tavolino e dondolo in vimini; si vede anche il mare!
-letto comodo nessun mal di schiena e non è poco!
-le camere hanno accesso alla cucina ad uso comune, dove è possibile fare uso del frigorifero e dove la mattina si trova la tavola imbandita di tutto l'occorrente per fare una fantastica colazione italiana usufruibile all'ora che si preferisce (so che la signora si è attrezzata anche per soddisfare gli stranieri che preferiscono il salato) : caffè, latte, brioche, pasticcini tipici, torte fatte in casa, succhi, yogurt, cereali, fette biscottate, marmellate, nutelline, etc etc.
-spazi esterni molto carini: da segnalare la bella area pergolata dove è possibile usufruire del barbecue e dove noi abbiamo passato una sera mangiando una pizza da asporto.
-accoglienza delle migliori: i proprietari sono simpatici, gentili ma mai invasivi. Abbiamo ricevuto tanti consigli (seguiteli perché ne vale veramente la pena!).

Struttura di nuova costruzione, le camere ben arredate con aria condizionata, c'e bagno privato il tutto completato da delle terrazze arredate con divanetti e sedie e dondolo. Stefania la titolare ti prepara la colazione con torte fatte in casa, spremute e caffè ottime in più sa suggerire posti stupendi per delle passeggiate o mare in tranquillità. La zona dove si trova il B&B non è molto turistica per questo anche i prezzi sono più contenuti. Consigliatissimo.

Arrivati al Belvedere La Peonia, ci ha affascinato il panorama dal terrazzo della nostra camera. Ambiente molto bello, curato, molto pulito. Colazione abbondante preparata da Stefania, molto simpatica: ci intrattenevamo sempre a fare bei discorsi e avere indicazioni dei luoghi da vedere. Comunque noi ritorniamo ancora a Settembre 2014: la zona di Costa Rei merita un'altra visita.
