In addition to accommodation, we can offer you a bed and breakfast service, making us the perfect solution for those looking to spend a summer holiday or a business trip in this famous, characteristic tourist destination of Sardinia, the ‘Coral Riviera’
It boasts six large rooms, all with bathroom ensuite, air conditioning, heating,, Hair dryer, orthopaedic beds and mattresses, TV satellitare, desk, mirror and refrigerator. Others services: free wi-fi internet connection, luggage deposit and nearby free parking
The rooms are light and airy with windows facing onto the main street.
This is a particularly quiet, private place to stay, as no one else lives in the building.
A specific relaxation area has been set up for guests, where you can have a read through the brochures of the historic centres, beaches and most important archaeological sites on the island of Sardinia,... and other useful tourist information conveniently supplied
‘Actinia Affitacamere’ is also in the ideal location for holiday makers, as you are just a few minutes from the shops, bars and entertainment offered by the historic centre. There is a bus stop just in front of the B&B, and everything you may need during your stay is nearby: supermarkets (200 parking spaces), post office, bank, chemists, park, tobacconist etc
‘Actinia Affittacamere’ is within easy reach of the sea, ideally by bicycle or bus.
‘Actinia Affittacamere’, offers guests a bed and breakfast service by means of an agreement reached with a local bar/cake shop. Our guests are provided with special pre-paid tickets to be ‘spent’ here as and when you prefer.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
-Prices include breakfast services, laundry and taxes
-The change of lines (sheets and towels) takes place on the fourth day
-Children under the age of 2 can stay free of charge, (bed with parents)
-Rooms shall be made available at 15. 00
-Luggage may be left at the reception as from 10. 00
-You must vacate the room by 10. 00 the morning of departure.
-If you cancel up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
-If cancel later, or simply fail to turn up, we will retain the advance booking fee paid
-No animals allowed
-The balance of the full amount payable on the day of arrival, in cash or credit card
-A deposit of 20% of the total cost will be required to finalise booking

We had a good time. The manager greeted us kindly, but then we didn't see her again except on the day of departure. The room was nice and clean, equipped with air conditioning and TV. The only big flaw was the lack of a fridge, as the one in the room was like a bedside table with a fan inside. I would have liked to know this at the time of booking. For a week spent in the room, we drank warm water and in the month of August it is not pleasant at all.

Non so come mai non ricordi che ci siamo visti diverse volte durante il vs soggiorno, ricordo di aver chiaccherato diverse volte con tua moglie. Forse tu non eri presente, ma vorrei chiarire che io sto tutta la mattina in struttura sino alle 12:30/13.00 e poi spesso nei pomeriggi per accogliere gli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda il frigo, mi dispiace, se mi avessi avvisato magari avremo controllato che il frigo stesse funzionando bene. Tante volte è meglio far presente che qualcosa non sta funzionando bene, in modo da poter porre rimedio e rendere la vacanza più piacevole. Noi abbiamo comprato dei frigoriferi/refrigeratori per le camere, comodini con la ventola non ne ho mai visti, non so. Spero Stefano ci darai un altra occasione per dimostrare la nostra professionalità, grazie Sonia.

Well-kept B&B with all the necessary amenities (refrigerator in the room, microwave in the common area, space to hang clothes), excellent location 300 meters from the bus stop to reach the various beaches of Alghero and a stone's throw from the historic center and the port. Affordable price, very kind owner who provides excellent tourist information. If I were to return to Alghero, I would book there again. Highly recommended.
