The price-quality ratio is low, the apartment is very old and poorly soundproofed with one room only. Arranged for the bare minimum. Broken toilet seat, exposed wires in the bathroom, no closet or nightstand, there’s only a kind of coat rack with hangers for children sourced who knows where. Junk thrown on the balcony, there’s no drying rack, old door that moves at night with gusts of wind. The kitchen is new and the washing machine is convenient, air conditioning only in the room. Location is quite convenient. Let’s say it’s okay to make do but not at 90 € a day in April for 3 in a room. At that price, I expect a nice structure not a grandma's makeshift house, I'm sorry. I recommend better renovation and providing a more frequent change of towels and bed linens when staying for several days. The structure is rented per person, it’s convenient for 2 people and not convenient from 3 onwards in my opinion. We increased in number and I saw much better options with more rooms and about 150 € cheaper, but I could no longer cancel.

Gentile Luca che dire… aspettavo con trepidazione la tua recensione, fin da prima della prenotazione! Già allora, basandoti su un paio di foto, avevi espresso dubbi sulla grandezza della camera e dei letti (che, giusto per la cronaca, sono 30 mq con un matrimoniale da 160x200 e un singolo da 90x200 – non proprio lettini da campeggio). Ma nonostante le perplessità, hai deciso comunque di prenotare… e addirittura chiedere uno sconto! Capisco che l’arredamento minimalista non sia per tutti, ma definirlo “casa della nonna sistemata alla meno peggio” fa sorridere, soprattutto considerando che la cucina, la lavatrice e l’aria condizionata sono nuovi – lo hai detto tu stesso. Quanto alla questione del prezzo: se davvero avevi trovato opzioni “molto migliori” a 20€ a testa al giorno, con più camere e meno rumori del vento… mi chiedo: perché non le hai prenotate? Forse il problema non era l'appartamento, ma il tempismo? Infine, mi permetto solo di ricordare che l'intero soggiorno è stato intestato a una ditta edile, come da tua richiesta. Anche lì, stendiamo un velo pietoso, come dici tu. In ogni caso, grazie per il tuo soggiorno e per aver contribuito con i tuoi commenti – da parte mia, li prendo come uno stimolo (ironico, ma costruttivo) per continuare a migliorare… anche se, a volte, mi sembra che nemmeno Versailles avrebbe superato la tua ispezione.
