Extremely noisy. The unbearable noise from upstairs and the construction in the area wake you up at 7 AM. Resting was almost impossible. Hot water is not always available. The host cares about your check-out before 10 AM but not about your on-time check-in. They also insist that respecting silence in the building matters, but they clearly do not respect it.

Excellent value for money; perhaps with a few extra touches (a small bottle of water in the room, a few extra towels, and a drying rack to dry swimsuits) it would have been truly excellent.
