We offer Bed and Breakfast services in a prestigious panoramic penthouse on the eighth and ninth floors, right in the center of the San Benedetto district. A View on Cagliari represents the ideal place for your vacations in Cagliari or for your business trips. We have optional private parking for cars at a price of €8/day and a closed garage for motorcycles or bicycles.
We also have two delightful independent apartments, each 50sqm, in the historic "Marina" district, facing the Port. They are located on the first floor of a two-story historic building, a 15-minute walk from the B&B rooms.
We offer you the warm hospitality of Sardinia in a comfortable and refined structure where you will find kindness and professionalism to meet all your needs at a truly special price.
Surroundings:
You can walk to the Teatro Lirico, the Conservatorio di Musica, and the Mercato Civico di San Benedetto, and quickly reach the historic neighborhoods of Villanova and Castello. Our B&B is also close to the pedestrian shopping streets of Via Dante, Via Garibaldi, and Via Manno, as well as the clinics of Villa Elena and Sant'Anna.
The nearest beach, Poetto, is a 10-minute drive or bus ride away.

Hi, my name is Laura. I have a degree in Mathematics, with Information Technology specialization, and I am deeply in love with the city of Cagliari. I left an excellent job as a marketing director of an Information Technology Company to focus myself to my passions: hospitality and services to eco-friendly tourism.

When I was a child, with my family, we used to bicycle along nature trails, a few kilometers from the city center. We used to ride to the Poetto beach, or along paths with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Cagliari, up to the sandy and pebble beach of Calamosca. Each time I experienced unique moments that over the years have always remained in my heart. So in 2018 I also founded "Scopri Cagliari" which organizes excursions in several languages with electric bicycles along the roads and the nature trails of the city. ».

San Benedetto is a district of the city of Cagliari with many streets full of shops of all kinds, such as Via Dante or Via Paoli.
It is famous for the historic San Benedetto food market, with the best produce of Sardinia, known for the primacy for extension at European level. The Market, which has an area of over 8000 square meters, distributed over two floors, attracts every day many tourists and allows you to meet the real Cagliari. The lower floor is occupied by a large fish market. Right outside the market there are stalls, shops and bars, the ideal place for breakfast or a delicious snack

Super clean, tidy, and very bright structure, with all the comforts! Laura, the owner, is kind, helpful, and very nice! Breakfast is available in the covered terrace of the structure, very good. Perhaps a bit limited in choice, but it's fine like that! We will definitely come back because it's in the center of Cagliari, very easy to reach.

Our 7-day stay was amazing, Laura is really helpful if you have questions about Sardinia she has an answer! She explained to us what to see and how to do it with a map provided by her. Breakfast is homemade, including pastries which were just delicious, lovely atmosphere, it feels like among friends. Every staff member is kind and positive. The room was nice with an amazing view and it was cleaned every day, which is amazing when you are trying to make the most of your stay on this paradise island. We are coming back soon!

Laura is a fantastic host. She is very attentive and explained things to do in the city upon arriving. Breakfast was amazing, Laura made traditional foods and had coffee and drinks available with additional food options. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC and a cute patio to lay out on. The location of this property is very close to the city center so it was convenient to walk to! We really enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Cagliari!

During a heatwave of at least 35-40°, the well air-conditioned, clean, surprisingly quiet, and nicely decorated room was like an oasis. Furnishings, bathroom amenities, and cleanliness left nothing to be desired. We only wished for a better mattress. Also, the fellow residents were unfortunately inconsiderate upon their nightly return. The reception by Laura was very friendly, her service (taxi ordered) absolutely reliable.

Excellent, the property is spacious, clean, and meticulously maintained with a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a great breakfast. For a few euros per day, you can park your car in a garage just a few meters from the property. The building is located just minutes from the center, very close to the San Benedetto market and the Lyric Theatre, the location is excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Laura, an exceptional person, very kind and helpful, she gave us valuable advice on how to visit the city and restaurants with an excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Very nice little apartment in the center of Cagliari, very well located for the station, nicely furnished, good fixtures and fittings, towels a little scarce but enough for about 2 nights, quite closed in, it was very hot in Cagliari but the apartment was quite cold at night, I slept under the bedding with a t-shirt over my nightdress, but I would definitely recommend the services they offer, and would consider coming back again, the proprietor of the property is expert, very up to speed and very helpful, she has many solutions, next time I would like to try the b&b and not the apartment. The kindness and professionalism of the host Laura. The room is comfortable and the bed very comfortable, well cared for in detail and very clean. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace on the ninth floor with a spectacular view of the city. The location of the property is strategic in a quiet area, close to shopping streets, the historic center and well served by public transport. I also had the opportunity to experience the electric bike tours of ScopriCagliari Tour that host Laura offers to discover the beauties of Cagliari. Highly recommended.

The stay was fully satisfying: excellent structure and, for my purposes, excellent location, reception, and breakfast. If I have to find a flaw, it concerns the bathroom furniture: the possibility of hanging towels separately is missing.

Excellent hospitality, excellent room and linen cleaning. Great brightness in the rooms. Beautiful view that can be enjoyed both from the room and from the attic where breakfast is served. Congratulations to Laura, very kind, always available and ready to meet guests' requests. Good location near a major road with shops, local restaurants, and public transport connections. Excellent value for money.

Professionalism, availability, exquisite as well as spontaneous cordiality and courtesy. Beautiful and very clean room, equipped with all the necessary comforts during a vacation. The location is perfect as it allows you to walk to the historic neighborhoods, you can park on the street and it also has private parking spaces. New, cozy and well-kept rooms. And above all, there is heating, a real rarity in Cagliari, where often in winter in B&Bs you suffer from the cold. Very kind owner. The panoramic terrace on the ninth floor for breakfast is very beautiful, from which you can also see the sea. I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. We had a great time, the owner was very helpful even in preparing a lactose-free breakfast for my daughter who is intolerant.\n\nThe view is stunning and the rooms are brand new, very cozy and equipped with everything. We will definitely come back!

The property is a 15-minute walk from the city center. In a building on the 8th floor (with elevator!) Street parking, no problem in June. Design room but a bit small, tiny bathroom like a mobile home. Clean and quiet. Average breakfast (no bread or cold cuts) on a beautiful terrace on the 9th floor.

Struttura nuovissima nel centro di Cagliari. Molto comodo il parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze. Laura gestisce il bed and breakfast con competenza professionalità e dedizione. Consiglio il giro in bici elettrica da lei organizzato alla scoperta dei fenicotteri nel parco del Molentargius.

Esperienza indimenticabile in un bellissimo B&B in pieno centro nella meravigliosa città di Cagliari. Struttura moderna, luminosa e accogliente. Ottima colazione in una terrazza panoramica con vista mare. Ogni confort. Parcheggio privato al modico prezzo di 8 euro al giorno. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci ritornerò presto.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi nel conoscere questo B&B dove abbiamo trovato ogni tipo di comfort, letti comodi, armadio funzionale con cassaforte, frigo in camera (con acqua in omaggio), macchinetta per tè o caffè inclusa, svariati cuscini, prese a portata di telefoni e un bellissimo balconcino con un ottimo affaccio, richiuso da finestre che chiudono perfettamente. Ovviamente tv, condizionatore etc e chi più ne ha più ne metta, non ho trovato nulla che potesse mancare. Le camere sono molto curate nei dettagli e arredate in modo molto gradevole, i bagni ottimi, ricchi di appoggi ed estremamente puliti (addirittura vasca idromassaggio).
C'è persino la possibilità di affacciarsi su un parcheggio per tener sott'occhio la propria macchina.
La colazione merita anch'essa una lode, si effettua in una terrazza carinissima, ed è abbondante e ricercata. Inoltre abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Laura, la proprietaria, persona eccezionalmente in gamba e simpaticissima, nonché cordiale. Nei periodi di bel tempo può consigliarti anche diversi servizi quali bike sharing e tour.
La posizione è centrale rispetto a Cagliari ed il prezzo è onesto per la miriade di vantaggi della struttura.
Qualora riuscirò a tornare a Cagliari, non ho dubbi su dove vorrò alloggiare nuovamente! Consigliatissimo.
