In the morning, from 8. 00 to 10. 00 Our guests will find the buffet with bread, croissants,, butter, jams, yoghurt and muesli, sliced meats and cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit and fruit juices.

It will be our care to prepare at the moment the hot drinks, cappuccino, tea, coffee of various kinds, and offer to our guests, together with the good day, all the useful information on excursions, excursions and curiosities to see in the area.

For those who part very soon we prepare a breakfast take away provided from the evening before, on request (with a day in advance) we can prepare special foods for intolerances or special diets.

A large, comfortable and very clean room in a central and quiet building. A tasty breakfast (Marialuisa's apple cake: mmmmmhh!) and a lovely welcome from Marialuisa. She advised us about parking, restaurants and places to visit. For parking we often found a free spot on the nearby street (Via Armando Diaz). I recommend it.

The lady of the facility was very kind. She even served us breakfast 30 minutes before the scheduled time. The facility is very well-kept and clean, located right in the center and accessible to all services. The room is very cozy. In short, highly recommended!

Very centrally located accommodation that is easy to reach. The room and bathroom are very large, bright, and also equipped with a table to comfortably live in the accommodation even if there are needs for a longer stay in the room. The owners are available (it is not an unattended accommodation) and are very kind and helpful. The room is on the first floor without an elevator, but this is clearly indicated in the booking. Underground garage nearby.

We had a very good time. The rooms are very large and beautiful (more than in the pictures!); the beds very comfortable; the shower excellent; the bath products great. From the location point of view, it was very functional for us, also for the availability of parking (free and paid) near the property. Despite the very hot weather in Sassari, it was very comfortable inside the property. We didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. We didn't spend much time at home, but in that short time, Mrs. Marialuisa was wonderful. The large quantity of books everywhere and the music in the breakfast room were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the opportunity to have a coffee or tea outside regular hours, thanks to the coffee machine and kettle in the rooms, and the possibility to use the fridge (and there was already cold water!). I don't know when we will return to Sassari, but in that case, it will be an address to keep in mind! Absolutely and warmly recommended from every point of view.

Sassari, courses, update and a certainty, the 14B&B! Comfort, parking, central location. Courtesy and discretion. Many books available, what a wonder! Private bathroom, table, fridge for small conveniences and tea, herbal teas and coffee available. Comfortable and perfect room. Breakfast kindly adapted to personal needs! Local restaurants for lunch and dinner very close. Under the B&B a very convenient market. The music from the underlying venue is not annoying, it arrives attenuated and at a certain time it is turned off. Excellent!

Spacious room on two levels in an elegant building. Clean, quiet, pleasantly furnished, comfortable beds, pillows of different heights and soft linens. Close to the center, in a nice lively neighborhood, a stone's throw from a covered parking lot. The breakfast is also excellent, sweet and savory. Greetings to the kind Mrs. Marialuisa, goodbye!

The structure is very beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. It is eco friendly, so towels are changed only upon request. We stayed for 3 nights and daily cleaning was not done, the only downside besides the lack of an elevator, making it unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties.

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished and recently. Rarely have I experienced such a high level of cleanliness, I couldn't find a speck of dust even if I tried. Everything was neat, clean, and fragrant. The breakfast area is also very pleasant and the breakfast itself of excellent quality and very good selection. The 14B&B is centrally located, with many bars and restaurants nearby and also a parking lot costing one euro per night.

We fell in love with the house seeing the colors on the internet and we were not wrong. Maria Luisa welcomed us with elegant kindness and discretion, in a simple and refined structure. Great attention to detail and furnishings: art books available to guests, coffee and infusions in the room, bright and very clean environment. A great location a stone's throw from the center with a bathroom in the room; highly recommended. We stayed too short, we will have to come back! :).
