Description

ViviTorino+ is located on the mezzanine floor in a stately home from 1934, in a recently renovated apartment furnished with period and vintage furniture and modern accessories.

ViviTorino+ is located in a pleasantly quiet street despite being just three blocks from the lively nightlife area of Sansalvario.

It currently consists of 3 rooms of which:
- a double/twin room with the possibility of offering up to 2 more beds
- another double room with possible 3rd bed
- the third is double only,
- each room is equipped for breakfast
They all have a bathroom inside the room, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower
They are all equipped with a table, chair and armchair and a WiFi system for the internet and 2 charger sockets on the bedside tables
The large living room entrance is set up for a stop to consult guides
It is possible to use paid private parking located in the courtyard of the building, reservation only and subject to availability
It is possible to request dog sitting and babysitting services.

Area Stazione Porta Nuova

“Vivi Torino” is located in the historic and ethnic neighborhood of San Salvario, that in addition to being in the center of the city, it’s also rich in history and social life during the day and night. In the past recent years it has transformed in to the "movida" neighborhood, the most fashionable in the city.
The zone offers a wide selection of every type of restaurants, pizzerias and bars where to have aperitif. In addition to a large amount of shops of all kinds: from design, vintage furniture, foods of all types, to wines.
"ViviTorino" is also only three blocks away from the magnificent Valentino Park, a green area along the river Po, that whoever knows it envies us. For those who want to go for walks, jogging or cycling, the park is the precise selection.
It is possible to visit the historic and commercial center (with all the most important museums) completely walking, due to the proximity to the place.
Both for those who are moved by tourism and still more for those who stay by work-related or personal reasons, it’s a particularly strategic position, because of its proximity to the central station of Porta Nuova and the Metropolitan underground of the city, the main Hospitals in addition to all the main services.

Host was available and empathetic. The room was new and clean with everything that was necessary (including a bottle of water). Close to the Marconi metro, so it took 15 minutes to get to Lingotto. The area, although quiet, is near bars and restaurants. Absolutely interesting price considering the period (book fair) and the location. Recommended.

You will be welcomed by Bianca, and if you are lucky, also by her father, who says he doesn't want to know anything more about hospitality but then is stronger than himself and therefore shows all the pleasure of opening the doors of his house together with his daughter. First the smile and then the room, with pride and care, with the eyes and delicacy of someone who is doing something they deeply believe in with sacrifices. The location of the B&B is convenient and easily reachable from the Porta Nuova station, on foot, if you feel like walking, or by metro, there is a stop 200m away. The rooms have just been set up and are spotless. The cleaning service during the five days of our stay was always precise and thorough. We did not have breakfast at the facility, a service they provide upon request, but instead, we followed the recommendations on restaurants and the most typical places, advice that allowed us to eat well where the Turinese eat and not the tourists. The price is in line with other similar structures, but what they offer is above average. Highly recommended.

I stayed at ViviTorino for four days and was able to spread out wonderfully on two levels. Rarely is there so much space in a b&b at this price. Clearly, the ground floor and first floor facing the courtyard are not exactly bright, but you don't sit around in there. Definitely back here on the next Turin visit!

The lovely apartment is your own little world during your stay. Everything you need is there and it is even quite spacious as it consists of two levels, a small open kitchen space, and a separate bathroom. You sometimes hear the noises from the stairs or the backyard but hardly anything else. It is ideal for two persons, in winter you need to turn on the heaters (as it is on the ground floor). We felt very comfortable and safe. It seems to be the former housemaster’s apartment or similar, the little window in the cupboard leads to the stairs, therefore, it has quite a special atmosphere. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, the landlords are very helpful and friendly - the communication was immediate and reliable. The house is in a great location for either going to downtown (approx 20 minutes on foot) or running in the park / along the river Po. Restaurants, cafes, and small supermarkets are close by. Parking in the street was no problem, it is recommended to buy a one-day parking ticket.

The B&B is quite close to the historic center of Turin and near the Marconi metro stop, a good location for those who choose to arrive by train. The Curry room is very nice, spacious and with very comfortable beds; excellent cleanliness in all areas. The owner is very kind and in the morning prepares a good sweet breakfast at the desired time.

The property is located in a quiet area and inside an interesting historic building from the Thirties. We stayed in the small apartment, independent from the B&B. The apartment is really nice, very clean, well-equipped (kitchen corner); the breakfast is abundant and 'Piedmontese' (with typical products). The managers were very kind and helpful. The city center is reachable in a few minutes. I highly recommend it.

The structure is very well furnished, with antique furniture, and it is very welcoming. The managers were very kind and provided a lot of information about the city and its attractions. The breakfast is plentiful, with typical Piedmontese products. Possibility of parking inside the palace courtyard. A short walk away is Valentino Park; to reach the city center it takes about twenty minutes on foot.

ViviTorino is a Bed & Breakfast where breakfast is a real pleasure. Nicoletta pampered us with typical sweets, fresh ricotta and yogurt, and a sublime coffee. The room, besides being very clean, is pleasant in the taste of the furnishings that combine classic with a touch of modern. In short, even though we stayed only one night, we unequivocally appreciated the hospitality and courtesy of Nicoletta and her husband.

In short: Splendid!\n\nMy room was more like an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom. It felt like a home, I could easily imagine moving in there if I were to move to Turin.\n\nEverything very well-tended, you can easily see and feel how much love and effort Nicoletta puts into her B&B. You have to prepare breakfast on your own, but everything necessary is provided. In combination with good coffee, a great location, and a fair price, I can recommend this place without any reservation.\n\nI might be back in Turin for business in a few months, and I already know where I will be staying again.\n\nThanks Nicoletta!

We were guests of Mr. Alberto in an accommodation that fully met the needs of 4 adults. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast was rich in a variety of typical sweets and included hot and cold drinks, yogurt, jams, and Nutella. The location, close to the train station, city center, and metro, is an important factor to consider when choosing an accommodation. If we return to Turin, it will definitely be a reference point.

A definite 5 star property. Centrally located, beautiful apartment in Turin. The bedroom was large and comfy. Breakfast spectacular asked if more people were coming as it was so sumptuous. Owner Nicoletta is so sweet and kind, I felt so at home. She is gracious and a gem. I highly recommend this B&B and her friend Umberto who was my guide.

It was a pleasure to stay at ViviTorino. All went well in organization. Very pleasant and helpful host. ViviTorino is a very well-kept charming home in the city with large rooms, quaint balconies, kitchen, and an abundance of breakfast. The rooms are kept clean daily and, to my surprise, my bed was made daily. I have no concerns at all about recommending this B&B and hope it continues to do very well as it deserves.

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast with my wife and two young children, more precisely in the annex and it couldn't have been a better choice. Very beautiful, very well-maintained, which allowed us to spend a few days in Turin in complete autonomy with two young children. Here are our thoughts. The hosts, Mrs. Nicoletta and Mr. Alberto, are very lovely and extremely helpful with everything. Not to mention the strategic location of the Bed and Breakfast, which allows for quick access to the historic center or the train station. We already know where to stay next time. Splendid welcome, very well positioned in relation to the center, the hosts are courteous and affable, making you feel "at home" and are helpful dispensers of tips on what to see and on restaurants where to eat well. Nice clean place, well decorated and charming owners. Only one big issue: the noise. The neighborhood is very noisy with many restaurants and a nearby avenue with a lot of traffic. Moreover, our room didn't have double glazing on the windows. Need to have a heavy sleep or earplugs.

Également à ne pas être suffisant pour équiper les fenêtres avec double vitrage, mais doit être entièrement refait, y compris les cadres. I stayed at the B&B for only one night but I was pleasantly surprised. Due to a mishap, the requested room was not available, and I was given a fabulous annex. Everything very clean and tidy with impeccable and welcoming decor. But above all, a splendid welcome was given to me by the owner who managed to explain everything in great detail and make me feel immediately welcome. Very helpful also in providing information. The location is excellent, very close to Porta Nuova station. Highly recommended place. It feels like being at home.

I stayed at this Bed & Breakfast with my friends over the weekend. We had a great time. The location is excellent for reaching any place in Turin, as the metro stop is very close. The apartment is very clean and decorated with great taste down to the smallest details. The hosts are very kind, hospitable, and helpful. The lady pampered us with a delicious breakfast and it was very pleasant to chat with her to learn more about the city. We stayed at the property during the BBday weekend and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were already occupied and they offered us to use their annex (which is normally not made available) and we could not have made a better choice. We immediately found it very beautiful and well finished. The fact of being separate from the B&B, even though in the same building, allowed us the autonomy useful for our movements.\n\nThe landlady was really kind, hospitable, and very helpful by giving us the right information to experience Turin at its best.\n\nThe location is convenient for reaching the city center, the train station, and the main attractions on foot and in a short time. We will definitely reconsider it for a possible return to Turin.

I realized that I was not at home only by leaving the B&B. Great location: a stone's throw from the station and the historic city center. The managers are exquisite and it is evident the passion in doing this job; the love and attachment to the city of Turin is also perceivable, which I found beautiful! It was mainly thanks to the warmth, cleanliness, and many comforts offered by ViviTorino and its very kind and helpful owners-managers that my stay and that of three teenagers in the city was fabulous. The kids were also very happy. It is a choice that I would absolutely repeat should I return to Turin.

This bed and breakfast is located in a very strategic area. Close to Valentino Park, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the station, and also convenient for reaching the stadium by public transport during events and exhibitions. The strong point is definitely the area, very close to the Turin nightlife, but a few streets away for a peaceful night's sleep. The hostess is very kind, the breakfast is plentiful, the structure is brand new, and everything is taken care of in every detail. Absolutely worth trying.
