Beschreibung

An elegant and welcoming bed and breakfast in the heart of the historic center. Located a short distance from the main pedestrian street, via Roma, famous for shopping, leisure, the best restaurants, and lounge bars for aperitifs and evenings.

Our bed and breakfast has a family history, being run by a true Cuneo family with a great passion for hospitality. Our goal is to offer a modern and comfortable environment for all travelers, whether you are visiting Cuneo and its surroundings or just passing through. Our four rooms (three doubles and one triple) have been carefully designed and furnished to ensure maximum comfort and create an atmosphere of relaxation and harmony. We have given each room the name of a special year for us, from 1920 to 1938, representing the birth dates of loved ones.

Each room offers the following amenities: a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene products, a mini fridge with complimentary drinks, a kettle with tea, TV, WiFi connection, face and guest towels, bed linen change every three days, and a sweet and savory breakfast.

There are many opportunities available to organize hiking and biking excursions in the mountains and valleys of Cuneo, particularly in Val Maira and Valle Pesio, as well as in France. It is also possible to take a vintage Vespa tour (with a guide) in Cuneo and its surroundings, as well as participate in other recreational and cultural activities.

Easily accessible are the main ski resorts for downhill and cross-country skiing, such as Limone Piemonte and Artesina, which are only 40 km away. The first coastal resorts of Liguria are also nearby, just 90 km from Savona, as well as the French Riviera, which is 130 km away.

A must-see is a tour in the nearby Langhe, where you can admire the picturesque hilly landscape filled with farmhouses and wineries.

I stayed at B&B Virgula in Cuneo and had a really pleasant experience. The location is perfect: central and just a few steps from Piazza Galimberti, making it very convenient for reaching the porticos and the entire historic center of the city. The room had all the comforts, was decorated with great taste and a lot of attention to detail. The bathroom was new and the whole space was impeccably clean and well kept. Breakfast was abundant and very varied, with an excellent selection of products. A special thanks to Guglielmo for his hospitality: he was extremely kind, helpful and very attentive to my needs and schedule. A truly pleasant stay that I absolutely recommend.

A very nice and clean bed and breakfast in a perfect location right at Piazza Gamlimberti (access), just around the corner is Via Roma. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very beautiful and central structure. The room with private bathroom is tastefully furnished. The two young owners are very nice and very kind, always attentive to requests. Highly recommended!

I stayed two nights at this property to visit the Christmas Markets in Cuneo and it was an excellent choice. Very convenient location, close to everything, including restaurants. The owner is a young guy and super helpful, everything is managed in absolute serenity, which is a great way to start a trouble-free stay. I will definitely come back.

Difficult to find adequate words to review this Virgula B&B: we could say perfect, but we still wouldn't fully convey the idea. Carefully curated in every detail, with a truly remarkable aesthetic taste, it is located in the center in a strategic position for any visit or movement. Nicoletta and Momo manage it with passion, filling their guests with care and attention, making them feel more than at home, with their amazing breakfasts and their precious advice on their delightful little town. My wife and I left reluctantly with the thought of returning on another occasion. Absolutely not to be missed!

It's hard to find the words to review Virgula B&B at its best: I would say perfect in every way, but still wouldn't do it justice. Carefully detailed, with a truly remarkable aesthetic taste, it is managed with care and passion by Nicoletta and Momo who manage to make their guests feel at home, pampering them with a thousand attentions, from amazing breakfasts to valuable tips about their lovely city. My husband and I left reluctantly, with the idea of returning on other occasions. Absolutely not to be missed.

The Virgula B&B, brand new, furnished with great taste and equipped with every comfort, offers exquisite hospitality. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the furnishings and bed and bath linens are meticulously cared for. Furthermore, we were given the opportunity to park the car in the covered garage. We stayed here for three days around Easter 2017 with our two and a half year old daughter. The welcome was more than warm: Virginia and her beautiful family lavished us with attention, from the welcome coffee to the sumptuous breakfast (cookies, artisanal sweets, cheeses, cold cuts, but also jams, yogurt, fruit juices from local farms), to the directions to visit Cuneo (and its numerous pastry shops) to reading recommendations, and much more. The rooms, as well as other common areas of the B&B, are filled with books for every reader's taste. It is a place of serenity for the senses and the mind, without a doubt. The generosity and availability towards the needs of the child were, finally, rare and truly important for us. A place to return to, not only for a pleasant walk along Via Roma, a Cuneo kiss from Arione, and a restorative stop in Piazza Duccio Galimberti, but also for a special cuddle from "Virgula".

Truly beautiful.\nI discovered this new Virgula B&B by chance and I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the owners, you feel at home! The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and the decor is meticulously cared for. Quiet place in the center of Cuneo. Excellent breakfast. It was a truly pleasant stay!
