The B&B Villa Lucia is located in Borgofranco d'Ivrea at the foot of the mountains of the Aosta Valley. Surrounded by greenery, this structure has 3 double rooms, each with a bathroom. An excellent place to rest and make the most of all the recreational possibilities that the area offers: lakes, mountains, and the nearby Aosta Valley. Furthermore, just a stone's throw away, there is Turna with its rock climbing gyms, the renowned adventure park, and a riding stable.

Very kind owner. The property is located in the countryside, a very beautiful house. The room is very clean and the breakfast is abundant. For the most demanding, there is no air conditioner in the room (they provided a fan) and no TV either, but there is a mosquito net. But for the price paid, I would say it's fine like this.

My breakfast review stems from my health condition: I must not eat sugar, white bread, brioches with or without chocolate, animal fats, cold cuts, fatty cheeses. A bit of whole grain bread, lean goat cheese, white yogurt would have been more useful for me.

Simply what I needed for one night, leaving the car inside Villa Lucia to not unload the luggage. The lady who welcomed me in the morning with a fantastic breakfast, better than in some multi-starred hotels. The only flaw was the unexpected heat at the end of September that forced me to sleep with the fan on. But I realize that the lady couldn't do much about it.

Mrs. Lucia is fantastic, she made us feel at home. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. There is parking space in front or inside the courtyard, the town center with restaurants and supermarket is just a few steps away, the double room is spacious with all the necessary amenities. Our stay was perfect thanks to Mrs. Lucia!

Well-organized, very clean, comfortable structure with a spacious garden available to guests. Mrs. Lucia is kind and helpful, she chats with the guests and always has a smile. Her breakfasts are plentiful and include homemade cakes, among other things. In the area, there is an adventure park for both adults and children and a beautiful lake. The only flaw, if we want to find one, is the lack of air conditioning but we actually didn't feel the need for it even though it was June 25th.

We had a lovely time at Villa Lucia. We loved the mountain views, cosiness and cleanliness of the property, responsive responses from the owner about our queries. There's also a great Italian restaurant just 10 minutes away! Breakfast was also a spread! Very impressed with everything we had and we can't ask for a better b&b. Just wished we had more time there. Highly recommended!

Fast, single overnight stay at Villa Lucia. The owner is very kind and helpful, I thank her warmly. Large, warm and bright room. Very comfortable bed. Very good Wi-Fi. Abundant and varied breakfast. Parking in front of the property. I feel compelled to report only the lack of a bidet, due to the bathroom setup with a grinder connected to the sink, shower, and toilet; therefore, each use of these three triggers the very noisy start of the grinder (so be careful at night).

This place was perfect! The hosts are very friendly and pleasant. The location is close to the town's center, train station, restaurants, and the world-famous Balmetti. The room was very comfortable, large bathroom, skylights everywhere with tons of natural light, balcony off the room, beautiful views of the mountains and countryside around every corner, not to mention the beautiful garden around Villa Lucia. The town of Borgofranco is charming, peaceful, and authentic! I can't wait to return one day... soon I hope. Thank you so much for everything Ms. Lucia.

We were positively surprised by the rooms and living room area. Luccia was a perfect host. Beds are very good, breakfast is fantastic, it's a homey experience. The location is close to a perfect swimming lake, Lago Cirio, and to a Parco Avventura LaTurna, where you can also picnic, relax, and play with a restaurant Vertical Rock.

Beautiful property immersed in the greenery and tranquility of nature. Very cozy and comfortable rooms, the owners are kind and helpful, they make the customer feel at ease. Mrs. Lucia pampered us every morning with a varied and exquisite breakfast, with cakes made by her hands. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast, where you can rest and regenerate. I hope to return.
