Villa Irma is a spacious three-floor house located in a quiet, green area in the heart of Baveno. The property offers a relaxing escape just steps away from the lake and the town.
I currently offer two comfortable double bedrooms on the first floor. Both are furnished with high-quality waterbeds (not free-flow; each is layered for perfect stabilization, for gentle, restful sleep).
Between the bedrooms is a spacious main bathroom reserved exclusively for guests. It includes a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. Additionally, there’s a second bathroom downstairs (no shower), also for guest use, with a toilet, bidet, and washbasin.
The house is very fresh, and very quiet, you can sleep with the windows open because there is no traffic.
Guests can enjoy a variety of lovely outdoor spaces:
A shaded terrace overlooking the garden, ideal for breakfast or a relaxing tea
A gazebo to unwind with a book or glass of wine
Sunbeds and an umbrella for sunbathing or just soaking up the tranquility
A large, well-kept garden filled with flowers, birdsong and fresh air
At the bottom of the garden are two garages with electronic closing doors, plus a main electronic gate and a side entrance with key access, ensuring both convenience and security.

Breakfast, which is always included in the stay, is served with care and attention to create a welcoming atmosphere for the start of the day. Guests can choose from tea, coffee, or cappuccino, accompanied by toast with butter and homemade jam. Every morning, a slice of freshly baked cake is offered, along with a selection of cereals and seasonal fresh fruit. If requested, a hot breakfast can also be prepared, and we would be happy to make it for you.
