The Green Guesthouse

The Green Guesthouse project, was born in late 2012 with the aim of creating an eco-friendly structure able to offer its customers a location simple, attentive to the needs of all and above all environmentally friendly. Our goal is to engage customers in a responsible management of natural resources that are not absolutely inexhaustible and help reduce emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, trying in our small way, to contribute to the reduction of the greenhouse gas. We have installed a photovoltaic system on our roof, which allows us to produce all the energy needed to run for the entire year eletroniche equipment, air conditioning systems, water heating, etc. . The surplus energy will be tranfer in the electrical network system and will be used by other people. The lighting use a low energy technology or LED, we recover the rainwater runoff from the roof into two large tanks and it will be reuse for the garden during drought periods. We can manage and monitoring temperatures constantly in order to ensure maximum comfort with minimal resource consumption.
Handle things in an environmentally friendly manner, very often does not mean to deprive yourself of something, indeed ! We try to offer customers noistri everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable and hopefully memorable. We select suppliers based not only on product quality but also in terms of environmental policies they adopt.
Every day we try to improve, thanks to your advice.

Our Rooms
Classic style rooms, the first, at ground floor, it's avalabale for people with a reduced mobility, with larger doors and a specific bathroom. The other rooms are at the first floor and has a big shared balcony.
All are equipped with air conditioning system, private bathroom, cable TV Flat screen 22 inch, hairdryer and minibar service.
Bed linen and towel whashed with ecological products are included. In the bathroom you can find our selection of soap, shampo and bubble bath.

Rooms configuration is:

ROOM 1: queen size bed + 3rd single bed if request
ROOM 2: queen size bed + 3rd single bed if request
ROOM 3: 2 single bed
ROOM 4: queen size bed (no 3rd bed available)
APARTMENT: one bedroom apartment with bathroom, kitchen and 3 balconies with panoramic views. max 6 people

Lounge room:
We tried to recreate a spacious, welcoming and cheerful, traditional with a touch of modernity. Here you can relax sipping our tea selection, enjoying an espresso or simply consuming the products we have carefully selected for you. Tea and Espresso are for free all day! You will find all the tourist information, maps, brochures you need to have an enjoyable stay. You can also discover and buy a selection of fine wines and typical products that make it unique the Langhe area.
We serve breakfast in the morning from 8. 00 to 10. 30 on weekdays from 8. 30 to 10. 30 on Sundays and Holidays.

Gazebo:
Our Gazebo, is available from spring to autumn in front of the lounge room. It's a great solution for a relaxing moment, to read a book or to plan your journey trought Langhe hills.

Garden:
In our big private garden, you can park your car, discover flowers and herbs typical of spontaneus lawn used formerly by our grandfather to feed their cattles. If you want, it could become a natural solarium where you can take the sun.
