Tenuta Beatrice is a welcoming three-family home spread over two floors, nestled in greenery and surrounded by a vast 5,000 square meter plot with lawns and trees. Located just 2 km from the center of Castell’Alfero, it sits in a lively area along a main road, well-connected thanks to a bus stop just a short walk away. The property features a swimming pool filled with seawater, available from May to mid-October, equipped with an outdoor shower, patio, sun loungers, barbecue, and a pool house with a refrigerator and cooking area, perfect for enjoying outdoor days. The owner, who lives on the premises with their dog, is responsible for maintaining the pool. There is a bicycle storage area and parking is available within the property.

The “Giada-Viola” apartment, located on the ground floor, spans 150 square meters and offers spacious and comfortable living areas.
